System analysis of generic and specific properties evaluation functions in the economy
Topic/theme Properties of evaluation functions in the economy, their system analysis, multidimensional process of change of status and the impact of socio-economic facilities to one-dimensional criterion. Objectives/targets To systematize the properties of naturally-market and expert-analytical Metrology state of the organizational systems, to divide them into generic-mu and species trait. Methodology In this work we used simulation methods-semantic modeling in complex with the methods of statistical and analytical analysis. Discussing the possibility of creating an expert system, reproducing the generic and specific properties of the Islands natural market Metrology, formation of universal evaluation functions and comparable measures of performance for a variety of particular indices. Results The developed model integration evaluation indicators providing a rating assessment of various organizational structures and processes. Conclusions/significance It is concluded that under the conditions of multi-directed indicators the most viable scheme of management of organizational systems is to reduce the multidimensionality of the processes to one dimensional uniform criterion
Economic-mathematical methods of forming the optimal assortment plan trade enterprises
© 2015, Asian Social Science. All rights reserved. The article provides a critical analysis of the existing economic and mathematical models, summarizes the main deficiencies identified by various researchers and authors themselves, which allowed to recommend greater use of methods of linear programming. In a highly competitive consumer market, and most importantly, in the context of the dynamic expansion and deepening of product range, it is impossible to form the optimal assortment plans, focusing only on maximizing profits, it is also necessary to minimize distribution costs. According to the authors duality theory solves both of these problems. An algorithm for creating the optimal assortment plan commercial enterprise, based on the solution of the primal and dual linear programming problem. Given the economic interpretation of the possible reasons for which the task will not have a solution. Existing computer technologies allow to realize the proposed algorithm and provide a high reliability of the results
The technology of creation of the standard base for socio-economic dimensions
© Medwell Journals, 2016.Practice education standards for assessing and comparing (comparing/contrasting) heterogeneous properties of controlled processes of socio-economic spheres. Design technique and technology to create a reference framework for processes in socio-economic sphere and on this basis to apply for measuring operations scientific methods of metrology. In this researchers methods of imitating and semantic modeling in a complex with methods of the economical and statistical analysis are used. Possibility of creation of the expert system reproducing technical and operational properties of natural market metrology, formation of general estimated function and a comparable measure of productivity for a set of diverse and multidirectional indicators is discussed. The model of creation of reference base for private indicators providing an integrated rating assessment of a condition of various organizational structures and processes is developed. The conclusion is that in terms of multidirectional indicators the most viable scheme of management of organizational systems is the formation of the reference base, the formation of normative-evaluative, the synthesis of multidimensional processes to one-dimensionality of a single criterion
Chemical Mesoscopics Notions in the Explanation of Polymeric Materials Modification Mechanism with Participation of Metal Carbon Mesocomposites
The paper is dedicated to the consideration of the chemical mesoscopics notions application for the explanation of polymeric materials modification mechanism by the metal carbon mesoscopic composites. The main peculiarities of these nanosized particles are following: a) the presence of unpaired electrons on the carbon cover; b) the structure of carbon cover consists from poly acetylene and carbine fragments; c) the atomic magnetic moment of inner metal is equaled to more than 1,3 μB. The metal carbon mesocomposites activity depends on the medium and conditions influence because of the possible changes of the phase coherency and quantization of negative charges
ABC - analysis, as an important tool for generating an optimal assortment plan commercial enterprises
© 2015, Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. All rights reserved. High rates of financial and economic state trading enterprise is largely dependent on its assortment policy. It is known that not all commodity groups food supermarket are equally profitable. Since the formation of a range of tactical problems of commercial enterprise, the analysis of its economic efficiency should be evaluated systematically. The most popular method of assessment of such acts ABC - analysis. The purpose of the ABC-analysis in our study - Identification of product groups, with the most high, medium and low share of sales
Measurement of the electric dipole moments for transitions to rubidium Rydberg states via Autler-Townes splitting
We present the direct measurements of electric-dipole moments for
transitions with for Rubidium atoms. The
measurements were performed in an ultracold sample via observation of the
Autler-Townes splitting in a three-level ladder scheme, commonly used for
2-photon excitation of Rydberg states. To the best of our knowledge, this is
the first systematic measurement of the electric dipole moments for transitions
from low excited states of rubidium to Rydberg states. Due to its simplicity
and versatility, this method can be easily extended to other transitions and
other atomic species with little constraints. Good agreement of the
experimental results with theory proves the reliability of the measurement
method.Comment: 12 pages, 6 figures; figure 6 replaced with correct versio
RISK ASSESSMENT OF THE PRESENCE OF SILENT MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA IN TYPE 2 DIABETIC PATIENTS
Purpose: testing in clinical practice a mathematical model of risk assessment of the presence of silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) in type 2 diabetic patients.Material and Methods: 55 type 2 diabetic patients have been studied; among them 26 (47,27%) men and 29 (52,73%) women, mean age – 57,79 ± 8,39 years, diabetes duration – 9,65 ± 6,41 years. Identified 11 parameters included in the model. Calculated and assessed the presence of factor SMI. To verify the diagnosis, all patients completed ECG monitoring with mandatory achievement of submaximal heart rate. Results: Higher risk of having SMI was detected in 14 (25.45%) patients, low risk - in 41 (74.54%). SMI was diagnosed in 10 (71.43%) patients at high risk. In patients at low risk SIM was not found. Thus, the sensitivity of the model was 100%, specificity - 91%, the positive predictive value - 71%, and the negative - 100%.Conclusions: This mathematical model assesses the risk of having a SMI in type 2 diabetic patients and can be used in actual practice to optimize early detection of this disease
Analysis of phagoand antibiotic sensitivity of Enterobacteriaceae bacteria isolated from women of reproductive age
Pelvic inflammatory diseases occupy a special place in the structure of general morbidity, and are polymicrobial in nature with dominance of opportunistic microorganisms, in particular bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae. The aim was to study the composition of the vaginal microbiota in women of reproductive age with pelvic inflammatory diseases, as well as to determine the sensitivity of isolated microorganisms to antibiotics and bacteriophages. The study included 70 women of reproductive age, among them 37 were diagnosed with colpitis and cervicitis, 33 women in the comparison group (women screened for a diagnosis). Isolated microorganisms were identified by abdominoperineal methods, including the disk diffusion method to determine the sensitivity of microorganism cultures of Enterobacteriaceae family to antibiotics, and the method of crosses (evaluation of lytic activity of bacteriophages by the number of crosses) to determine the sensitivity to specific therapeutic bacteriophages. Vaginal biocenosis was characterized by deficit of lactobacilli (< 106 CFU/ml in 100 %), the presence of conditionally pathogenic microflora: bacteria of Enterobacteriaceae family, coccal flora and Candida fungi. From 60.0 to 89.3 % of Enterobacteria strains were resistant to aminoglycosides and quinolones, but also had a low level of sensitivity to therapeutic bacteriophages. The obtained data indicate the reduction of colonization resistance of vaginal mucosa in pelvic inflammatory diseases and specify the need to use medicinal drugs only under medical supervision to prevent clinically significant drug resistance
