The Role of the Digital Economy in the Development of the Halal Industry and the Sharia Economy in Indonesia: SWOT Analysis

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as well as strategies for the role of the digital economy in the halal industry and Sharia economy development in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using literature study and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that the ultimate strength of Indonesia's digital economy lies in the high growth in the number of Muslims and the growth in digital transactions. However, Indonesia's digital economy is still constrained by the lack of digital economy ability to respond to demand and the market as the main weakness. Meanwhile, the main opportunity lies in good government support. The threat that must be faced is the absence of regulations related to consumer protection in the digital sector. Among the strategic program that can be carried out is increasing digital sharia economic literacy and investment in Indonesia

A Study of Several Financial Literacy Teaching Methods for Children

Financial literation is very important to be applied to the child as early as possible. Financial literation will be very influential to the understanding and knowledge about finance and also the level of prosperity in the future. This paper aims to discuss several ways to teach children the functions and uses of money, and how to manage finance. The methods examined include: giving allowance to children, teach children to have savings, bring children do shopping, teach children to share, teach children that it takes effort to earn money and teach finance with a simple understanding. The results showed that the introduction of the knowledge of financial literacy in early age make children accustomed to manage their financial in the future. Therefore, parents must be able to effectively carry out financial literacy to children from an early age

The Role of the School in Developing Student Development Tasks

The development of student life is the responsibility of the parents who gave birth to it. If we empathize and can live the dynamics of a student's psychic life, we as adults will regret having treated a child or student incorrectly. This shows that we need to know about the world of children or students both at home and at school. So that we know how necessary parents, teachers, and anyone who is engaged in the field of education understand the stages and tasks of child or student development. In this study only focused on the role of educators and teachers for student development. The purpose of this paper discusses the school efforts to achieve student development into a better person. The method used in this research is literature studies with a focus on student development. The results show the role of the school is very important for the development of students to face the world of work in the future. The explanation presented in this paper, still seems to be dominated by the opinions or findings of experts from the West. Kampung Naga, a traditional village in Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java, Indonesia, shows a real example of how local wisdom and sustainable environmental management can become the foundation of community life. This article describes settlement patterns, local wisdom values, and taboo practices and customary laws in Kampung Naga. Regular community settlement patterns, use of traditional technology, and awareness of the importance of protecting the environment are the core of their environmental sustainability. Values such as discipline, honesty, and mutual cooperation, as well as respect for tradition, form the basis of community life. Taboos and customary laws play a role in maintaining cultural values and maintaining peace in the community. An Exploring the Factors Structure of Human Resource of Supply Chain Management Based Entrepreneurship in Aceh, Indonesia

The entrepreneurial opportunities emerge when certain individuals have insights into the value of resources that others do not. The resources such as alertness of entrepreneurial, knowledge, and ability become their own right. This study is intended to explore the factors structure of human resource of supply chain management based entrepreneurship in Aceh, Indonesia. The questionnaires were sent to 175 managers in firm, and were received back for an 86% response rate from 175 managers. The first factor analyzed was structure of the human resources. The summated entrepreneurship scores for managers were correlated, and responses to the human resource and entrepreneurship items were made using multivariate analysis of variance. These results identify the factors of human resources that are very influential on entrepreneurship in cluster 1 are Entrepreneurial Ability and Entrepreneurial Innovation

Analysis of Students' Communication Politeness Capabilities Towards Lecturers in an Academic Environment: Case Study at FKIP Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya

This research investigates students' polite communication skills towards lecturers in an academic environment. Data was collected through observations and interviews with students from the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program at FKIP Universitas Perjuangan Tasikmalaya. The main finding is that most students tend to use less polite language in communication with lecturers, including the use of slang, non-compliance with communication ethics, and lack of use of polite words such as "thank you." Factors such as the living environment and relationships outside campus influence student communication patterns. The modern era of technology and easy access to digital content has also influenced their communication practices. This influence has the potential to damage the campus' reputation and create disharmony in the academic environment. Awareness of the importance of language politeness and the active role of educational institutions and lecturers in providing guidance on communication ethics can help create a more conducive academic environment
