The aims of this research is to know effect of any pineaple extract juice concentration and duration of saving and to determine concentration of the pineaple fruit extract juice and duration of saving which are the most optimal to the sum of bacterial colony and protein degree in bandeng fish. Research type used was True Experiment Design. A scheme used was Complete Random Scheme of factorial pattern. Data was as such the total of bacterial colony and protein contained in bandeng fish. Result of the research shows that concentration of pineaple fruit extract juise and duration of saving effect the bacterial colony total and protein containe in bandeng fish. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Tsts (Two Stay Two Stray) Dipadu Picture & Picture Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Dan Hasil Belajar Materi Jaringan Hewan Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMA

This research aims to enhance the activity and cognitive achievement of students through learning models Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) combined with Picture and Picture. Subjects were students of class XI IPA SMAN 4 Malang. This research is a classroom action research. Collecting data using observation, testing and documentation sheets. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. Results of the study are (1) there is increased activity of students through TSTS combined with Picture and Picture with an average score of the first cycle to the second cycle by 1.18%. (2) there is improving student learning outcomes through combined TSTS Picture and Picture with an average score of the first cycle to the second cycle of 4.22%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa melalui model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) dipadu dengan Picture and Picture. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 4 Kota Malang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, lembar tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) terdapat peningkatan keaktifan siswa melalui TSTS dipadu Picture and Picture dengan skor rata-rata siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 1,18% dan (2) terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa melalui TSTS dipadu Picture and Picture dengan skor rata-rata siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 4,22%

Pengembangan Handout Mikologi pada Materi Kapang Endofit pada Tanaman Sawo Kecik

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan handout Mikologi pada materi kapang endofit dan (2) menguji kelayakan dan keterbacaan handout. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan. Data kelayakan handout diperoleh dari angket validasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli bahan ajar, sedangkan data keterbacaan diperoleh dari hasil angket keterbacaan handout pada mahasiswa Biologi UM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase kelayakan materi handout oleh validator ahli materi Mikologi I sebesar 100% dan validator ahli materi Mikologi II sebesar 99,44% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat tinggi. Persentase kelayakan handout oleh ahli bahan ajar sebesar 93,06% dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat tinggi pula. Persentase uji keterbacaan oleh mahasiswa sebesar 85,56% dengan kriteria keterbacaan sangat tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa handout sangat layak dan sangat mudah digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Mikologi
