Motivation is an impulse or desire for someone to do something you want to achieve the objectives of certain research, shopping for clothes online is that students 2012. Student generation communication communications online shopping for clothes because of the needs, lifestyle, influence of friends and the influence of advertising. Clothing is a primary need or basic human needs to be filled.Clothing is one tool to protect body. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the motivation that drives students to buy clothes online and how characteristics of students mentioned. As for researchers used theoretical basis is motivation, lifestyle and consumption. Whereas this study using Quantitative Descriptive, using purposive sampling technique or aims. Collection sample data by observation / direct observation, questionnaires, guided interviews and documentation. The number of respondents in this study as many as 24 people. Pergeseran Peran Mamak terhadap Kemenakan dalam Adat Minangkabau di Kanagarian Simalanggang (Kecamatan Payakumbuh Kabupaten 50 Kota)

Shifting the roie of mamak occurring in Kanagarian Simalanggang constituting asocial phenomena that happened in the society in Kanagarian Simalanggang has an importantposition, mamak is the figure of a leader for the families especially the nephew of mamak it,mamak in custom of Minangkabau have broad enough role which was in educating nephew,in terms of property inheritance and in terms of marriage nephew her, but in fact the thismoment, with the rapid advancement of development period, the role of mamak inKanagarian Simalanggang experiencing shift. Mamak at the moment now is no longernoticing nephew her as is done by mamak-mamak formerly according to rule the custom. Thepurpose of this research which is to find out froms changes the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang and to know anything factors a causing shifting mamak role against thenephew in Kanagarian Simalanggang. Data analysis conducted by ways of quantitatifdescriptive. Data capture techniques in this researcher searching from one respondent torespondent another, so the number of sampel to be much, the author took 10 respondent ofthe four jorong who number of a whole samples there are 40 people with the tribe of beingdiverse. From the research can be concluded that the role of mamak in KanagarianSimalanggang experiencing change, this can be seen clearly that the mamak most of nolonger execute his role in accordance with the provision custom. The issue of service to the community is always prominent in the affairs of public service, are registrasion of identity card, card of family, and ecextra. The existence of public complainsh tasksthat slow, working hours of the apparatur does not comply with the rules made public difficulty in optaining one.The research is focused to problem of how performance of village institution in give service to public. And what are the factors that influence the task of institution.The research its done in Petani village of Mandau subdistrict Bengkalis regency, and the research is done by quantitative descriptive approach.The result showed that the work ethic that is in the staff is looking for money, the status of the staff is as workers but its role is not in accordance with the devision of labor, socialization received staff of government is not going well, there is a control to village institution and it didnt happen norm infraction and that values. Perancangan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL) Industri Kertas Halus

Industri kertas merupakan industri yang menghasilkan limbah cair dalam jumlah besar. Selain itu kandungan parameter pencemar dalam proses pewarnaan kertas sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan PerGub Jatim no. 72 tahun 2013 terdapat 5 parameter baku mutu air limbah yang harus dipenuhi sebelum dibuang ke badan air. Adapun parameter yang perlu diolah adalah pH, COD, BOD, TSS,dan Pb. Pada perancangan digunakan data primer berupa data debit dan karakteristik limbah yang diambil dari industri kertas halus PT.X Sidoarjo. Limbah yang diolah berasal dari proses pewarnaan kertas. Karakteristik limbah yang diolah memiliki nilai TSS41000 mg/l, COD 45384 mg/l, BOD 8300 mg/l, Pb 0,56 mg/l dan pH 7,7.Unit IPAL yang direncanakan terdiri atas prasedimentasi, bak ekualisasi, bak pengaduk cepat, bak pengaduk lambat, sedimentasi 2, dan ABR-ABF. Perhitungan BOQ dan RAB menggunakan HSPK Kota Surabaya 2015 dan didapat angka sebesar Rp217.650.760 untuk pembangunan seluruh unit IPAL

Thus will realize the quality of resources in the future. Child workers in school-age children who were supposed to be attending but they work and it does not want to attend school again. Here children made economic factors that support the sustainability of the family to meet the needs of the family. The population in this research is a school-age child workers who do jobs as labourers Palm harvesters, local coconut harvesters, workers and domestic workers who numbered 11 children. Child workers in school age here belongs to underprivileged children who due to poverty, even though at the moment the Government has helped ease the cost of these things however geratis SPP have not been able to help the child. Lesbians are women who have sex with same-sex love, or commonly referred to homosexual women the emotional relationship that involves love and affection of two men who had sex at the both women. Background this study caused because many women were in a relationship with a woman in a loving relationship that is serious in dating status in Pekanbaru city, but human nature created in pairs. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of lesbians in Pekanbaru city in this case the researchers start with the data in depth informant, lesbian characteristics according to age, education level, religion, ethnicity, labels in the community, and how to distinguish heterokseksual lesbian women, whose activities are often carried out lesbians This collective group of lesbians in Pekanbaru and activities that are often done as a couple lesbinya lesbians at home and outside the home and the factors that cause a person become lesbians. In this study the respondents amounted to ten people from the community KBBP (Large Family Belog Pekanbaru), respondents came from various backgrounds ranging from students to students. Data collection was done by observation study in which researchers took direct participation in the lives of the respondents either at home or in the lesbian community as well as in-depth interviews to the respondents. From the findings of the field can be seen that in terms of age is still old lesbians 15 years to 22 years, the average has a very good education, the majority religion of Islam and the five respondent is a native of Soweto and five other people are migrants, the majority of ethnic Malay and Minang, six respondents in this study is the butch and femme four people are. Upaya Keluarga Orangtua Tunggal dalam Mempertahankan Ekonomi Keluarga di Kelurahan Kota Lama Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

Berorang growth of single-parent families is now ongoing phenomenon . Kotalama in the Village , District Kunto Darussalam , Rokan Hulu occurrence of single parent due to divorce and the death of one spouse . Causes of single parent families are: a ) divorced , widowed status generally affected in a number of factors working in her husbands inadequate and can not fulfill the economic needs of the family . b ) divorce die , as with the factors of pain on a partner or husband and this is becoming a status be left for dead by his partner s widow . c ) there are also factors that cheating on a spouse is a single parent , choose to live with another woman and this is what makes the status of a single parent or widow . Due to the two parties to which it damages the relationship in a single parent . In this study population taken is the number of single parent women in urban cities than 5 respondents . In general, 5 of a sample of respondents is low on economic factors and education below high school education . The number of samples taken in engineering the population quota ( quota sampling ) that is the size of samples taken for each category in proportion to the actual population for each category . The number of single parents are divorced divided into 3 and 2 couples stayed dead . And part of a single parent is 2 respondents in the medium and low economic factors 3 respondents made infoman .In this research, using qualitative descriptive research model . Research subjects in this study were single parent families and in this case the researchers took samples with both techniques quota ( quota sampling ) that is the size of samples taken for each category in proportion to the actual population for each category . Instruments used are filtering the data are interview , observation and documentation . The technique of data analysis used descriptive qualitative . Public distrust in the success of parenting and to meet the needs of families in single parent families is quite high . So that seeks to maintain the single parent family economy .
