    复方丹参滴丸对非勺型高血压患者血压昼夜节律及高敏C反应蛋白、心功能影响

    Objective: To investigate the effect of Compound Danshen Dripping Pill on circadian blood pressure, high sensitive C reactive protein and cardiac function in patients with non dipper hypertension. Methods: According to ABPM nocturnal blood pressure decline rate < 10%, select 178 patients whose systolic pressure and diastolic pressure meet the standards, 88 cases were divided into treatment group, and the rest 90 cases were in control group. All patients were having the levoamlodipine maleate 2.5mg, 1 time a day, the blood pressure still > 140 / 90mmHg, the addition of Stan. The treatment group were treated with 10 Compound Danshen Dripping Pills, 3 times a day, June. ABPM and hs-CRP, ultrasonic Beckoning figure was examined before and after treatment.Results: All the patients completed the study in June, by antihypertensive drugs and compound Danshen dripping pills after treatment, consulting room (CSBP and CDBP) and BP are parameters of ABPM increased significantly (P < 0.01). Partial parameters compared with the control group after treatment were significantly different (P < 0.05). Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, circadian variation rate level, variation rate and high sensitive C reactive protein of the treatment group after treatment were significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.05). The treatment group after treatment of diastolic function improved significantly (P < 0.05), the control group after treatment had no obvious improvement. Systolic function of two groups before treatment increased slightly, no statistical significance (P > 0.05).Conclusion: Long-term use of Compound Danshen dripping pill can improve the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with non dipper hypertension, reduce the high sensitive C reactive protein level, improve cardiac diastolic function.目的 探讨长时间服用复方丹参滴丸对非勺型高血压患者血压昼夜节律及高敏C反应蛋白、心功能的影响。方法 根据ABPM夜间血压下降百分率<10℅的指标,选择收缩压和或舒张压符合标准的患者178例,其中88例列为治疗组,其余90例列为对照组。所有患者都给予马来酸左旋氨氯地平2.5mg,日1次,血压仍>140/90mmHg,加用缬沙坦。治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸10粒,日3次,计6个月。治疗前后分别行ABPM及hs-CRP、超声心动图检测。结果  所有患者完成6个月的研究,经降压药和复方丹参滴丸治疗后,诊室BP(CSBP与CDBP)与ABPM各参数均有明显改善(P<0.01).部分参数与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后收缩压昼夜变异率、舒张压变异率和高敏C反应蛋白水平较对照组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。治疗组的舒张功能治疗后有显著改善(P<0.05),对照组治疗后无明显改善。两组的收缩功能较治疗前略有提高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 长时间服用复方丹参滴丸能改善非勺型高血压患者血压昼夜节律,降低高敏C反应蛋白水平、改善心脏舒张功能

    SPEED AND SPIN OF 40MM TABLE TENNIS BALL AND THE EFFECTS ON ELITE PLAYERS

    The 40mm table tennis ball has been officially used by ITTF since October 2000. The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of the large (40mm) ball and the effects on the technique of elite players. In this study, Singapore elite players received both topspin and backspin balls from a robot. Three video cameras were applied to capture video data of Singapore elite players for three-dimensional motion analysis at a rate of 200 fields/second. Both speed and spin of 38mm and 40mm balls were calculated. The men and women players of different styles using different techniques including attack, loop and service, were analyzed and compared quantitatively and the effects of these differences on these elite players is discussed

    Robust Average Formation Tracking for Multi-Agent Systems With Multiple Leaders

    In this paper, the formation tracking problem of the multi-agent system under disturbances and unmodeled uncertainties has been studied. An identifier-based robust control algorithm using the neighboring relative information has been proposed to ensure the followers to maintain a given, and time-varying formation and track the average state of the leaders at the same time. Some sufficient conditions for the second-order multi-agent system with multiple leaders in the presence of disturbances and unmodeled uncertainties have been proposed based on the graph theory and the Lyapunov method. Numerical simulations are provided to testify the validity of the algorithm

    Conditionally Additive Utility Representations

    Advances in behavioral economics have made decision theoretic models increasingly complex. Utility models incorporating insights from psychology often lack additive separability, a major obstacle for decision theoretic axiomatizations. We address this challenge by providing representation theorems which yield utility functions of the form u(x,y,z)=f(x,z) + g(y,z). We call these representations conditionally separable as they are additively separable only once holding fixed z. Our representation theorems have a wide range of applications. For example, extensions to finitely many dimensions yield both consumption preferences with reference points Sum_i u_i(x_i,r), as well as consumption preferences over time with dependence across time periods Sum_t u_t(x_t,x_{t-1})
