    This study aimed to determine the effect of brand extension and product quality on purchase decisions of Dove shampoo in Semarang. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents taken using accidental sampling techniques. The techinique of analysis used in this study was linear regression with SPSS for windows. The results showed that the brand extension have a significant effect (partial) on purchase decisions of Dove shampoo in Semarang of 17,5%. The variable quality of product also has a significant influence (partial) on purchase decisions Dove shampoo in Semarang of 31.3%. Variables brand extension and product quality simultaneously have significant influence to the purchase decision of 33.0%

    This research aims to investigate customer\u27s perception concerning retailing mix that has been done by Sri Ratu Peterongan Supermarket, its influence towards customer loyalty, and which variable influence customer loyalty the most. Population that was used is Sri Ratu Peterongan Supermarket\u27s customer who has SATU card. Number of sample is 100 people. Sampling technique that was used is nonprobability sampling. Sample was taken by purposive sampling method. Data which is obtained was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively using validity and reliability test, crosstab analysis, correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, double linear regression, determination coefficient, t and F test with SPSS 18 for windows. Research results are retailing mix, consist of store location, merchandise, price, customer service, promotion, and store atmosfer, have positive influence towards customer loyalty, and customer service variabel has the biggest influence towards customer loyalty

    The purpose of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of product, price, and promotion to the Toyota Yaris purchasing decisions on PT. Nasmoco Gombel Semarang. This study uses explanatory research approach to the 94 respondents who were taken by purposive sampling method.Techniques of data collection using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using linear regression analysis. Based on the results of analysis variables influence product purchasing decision variable at 64.9%. Variables affect the price of the purchase decision variable of 93.3%. Promotion variable influence on purchase decisions 74.8%. Taken together the variables of product, price and promotion influence on purchase decisions of 94.9%. The better the product, the price is cheap, and attractive promotions then the higher the purchasing decision. Suggestion for the company, the company should keep perform periodic evaluation and improvement so that the product in the eyes of consumers better than other similar products.     This research aims to know the brand equity effect which is consists of four brand equity dimension, they are ; brand awareness; brand association; perceived quality and brand loyalty; and promotion to the decision of utilizing the Garuda Indonesia flight company service. The hypothesis is there was brand equity variable effect and promotion to the decision of utilizing the Garuda Indonesia flight company service. The type of this research is the explanatory research,the sample collecting technique is purposing sampling technique by 100 samples as the respondent. Hypotheses tested by correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and determination coefficient which is supported by SPSS for Windows as the analysis method. The result of this research shows that equity brand variable has significant effect to the decision of utilizing the Garuda Indonesia flight company service 37,4 %. The promotion variable has also significant to the decision of utilizing the Garuda Indonesia flight company service 30,3 %. Equity brand variable and promotion have effect to the purchasing decision 45,4 %

    Competition occurs among private hospitals make patient satisfaction a top priority, which will be fulfilled when the patient satisfaction of services provided in accordance with their expectations. Therefore, hospitals need to assess what are the factors that will affect patient satisfactions and patient satisfactions are met in order to maintain the patients. This study aimed to analyze the level of patient satisfaction at RSI Sultan Agung Semarang seen from the dimensions of service quality. The hypothesis, there are differences in quality service for hospitalized patients in each class. This type of research in this research is explanatory research with a number of respondents 120 respondents were taken using proportionate stratified sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) Based on the analysis of the IPA, found that for the VIP class, I class, II class, and III class have different attributes in Quadrant A, Quadrant B, Quadrant C, and Quadrant D. From the analysis of patient satisfaction showed that the overall level of patient satisfaction in VIP class and I class in the category of satisfied. While the level of satisfaction of hospitalized patients in class II and class III in the category of very satisfied. RSI Sultan Agung Semarang advised to maintain and improve service performance attributes in Quadrant A

    Costumer satisfaction is influenced by several factors, including the quality of service and price. This study establishes the service quality and price as a benchmark for customer satisfaction at Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul restaurant. This type of research is explanatory research, by using a self questionnaire administrator as the data collection technique. The tool used was a questionnaire. The population in this study is the food costumers Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul. Calculation of the sample using non-probability sampling technique, the type used is accidental sampling by respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used is the linear regression analysis. The conclusion from this study is that there are significant between service quality and price on consumer satisfaction Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul Kendal, partially affect service quality by 28.8% to customer satisfaction, and prices by 34.9% on customer satisfaction. Mutual influence the quality of service and price to customer satisfaction by 36.3%, while 63.7% is influenced by other factors. Advice: the company must conduct periodic evaluation and improvement of the quality of service that is better in the eyes of costumers, Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul restaurant must still maintain a decent price for the costumer based on their level of income, a place of comfort and quality of food as well as other competitors

    Goals to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of the decision to use the image of the brand through brand trust services (case study in JNE Branch Semarang). The sample in this research were 100 respondents, respondents are consumers of JNE Branch Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis method used is a simple linear regression and path analysis. Measurement scale using Likert Scale. In the analysis of the data using simple linear regression. From the analysis of the data is known that effect of brand image on the decision to use services is 52,8%, the effect of brand image on brand trust 51,6%, the effect of brand trust on the decision to use services 68,4%, and the effect of brand image to decision to use services through by using brand trust is 1,605. Based on these results JNE Management Branch Semarang should consider consumers' brand trust so that the level of Decision Using JNE. JNE services remains high and Brand Image JNE also remains good

    This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality, brand citizen, and promotion on purchase decisions AQUA gallon in Semarang barat. Type of research used in this research is explanatory research with 100 respondents drawn using purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study using linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows. The result of research showed that quality of product has a significant effect (partial) on purchase decisions AQUA gallons in Semarang barat 18.2 percent. Citizen brand has a significant effect (partial) on purchase decisions AQUA gallon in Semarang barat 37.7 percent. Promotion also has a significant effect (partial) on purchase decisions AQUA Gallons in Semarang barat 8.6 percent. Quality of product, citizen brand and promotion simultaneously have the effect on purchase decisions AQUA Gallons in Semarang 37.9 percen
