    This study aims to analyze the effect of Cultural Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence on employee performance by using Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees of Supermarket Bravo Cepu. This research is included in quantitative research. The samples collected in this study were 96 respondents with a sampling technique using probability sampling. The number of respondents is determined by using the Hair formula where the number of indicators is multiplied by 5 10. The data used is primary data where the data is obtained from respondents' answers through a questionnaire that has been given. The data analysis technique used the SEM-PLS analysis technique whose calculations were assisted by the SmartPLS 3.3 software program. The evaluation analysis of the Partial Least Square (PLS) model was carried out by evaluating the outer model and evaluating the inner model. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence also have a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of data analysis also show that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediates the influence of cultural intelligence and emotional intelligence on employee performance
