: Performance nurse is a nurse acts committed within an organization in accordance with the powers and responsibilities of each, where a good performance can give satisfaction to the users of services and also improve the quality of nursing care. To improve and realize the quality of nursing service, hospitals should implement nursing care system process in the ward using the Professional Nursing Practice Model (PNPM). The team's method is a method in which the nursing care professional nurse led a group of nursing staff in providing nursing care to a group of clients through cooperative and collaborative efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the application of the method performing team nurse in the department of Irina C RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. The study design used is observational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is by using Simple Random Sampling in accordance with the inclusion criteria with a total sample of 38 people. The results using chi-square statistic test obtained value ñ = 0,020 <á = 0,05. Conclusion the results of this study has shown there is a relationship between the application of the method performing team nurse of Irina C RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado

: Success in education or so-called achievement is one of the main objectives in the learning process. Academic achievement (learning) is a testament to the success of learning or the ability of a student to perform learning activities in accordance with the weight achieves. A person who do not have a motivation in itself will emerge feeling lazy to learn and follow the lessons that can affect learning outcomes. This will impact on the ability of individuals to apply the knowledge they had received in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, in the sense that the individual is not able to do their job properly or an error could occur would be action taken. The aim of research to find out if there is a relationship between motivation Being a Nurse with Learning Achievement Student of 2013 PSIK FK UNSRAT Manado. Samples were taken using purposive sampling collection is numbered 42 people. The study design was an observational analytic with cross sectional approach and data were collected using a questionnaire and assessment form of the study program. Statistical test research results obtained Ficher\u27s exact p = 0275. Conclusion there is no relationship between the motivation to become a nurse with the achievement of students. Suggestions for nursing students need to create strategies to increase motivation as a nurse to read a variety of books to accumulate a sense of belonging and promote for profession as a nursing student

Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Perawat Dalam Penerapan Standar Asuahan Keperawatan Diruangan Rawat Inap Interna RSUD Datoe Bhinangkang

: Quality nursing care is strongly influenced by the quality of health care and often becomes one of the determining factors palayanan institution\u27s image in the public eye. To assess the quality of nursing care required for a standard of nursing practice guidelines for nurses in performing nursing care are realized in the form of either the nursing process of assessment to evaluation. Knowledge is one of the factors that close relation to the effectiveness of the implementation of nursing care. The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the level of knowledge of nurses on the implementation of standards of nursing care diruangan inpatient hospital interna Datoe Bhinangkang Kotamobagu. This research is descriptive. Berjumlan sample of 44 respondents were determined by purposive sampling method. Data was collected by interviewing and distributing questionnaires, then collected data included in a frequency distribution table and performed univariate test. Results showed a good level of knowledge respondents with as many as 35 respondents, or 77.8%, and respondents with less knowledge there were 10 respondents, or as much as 22.2%, further classified based on the application of nursing care either category. Hubungan Kecerdasan Intelektual Dengan Prestasi Akademik Pada Siswa SMA N 9 Binsus Manado

Kecerdasan intelektual adalah suatu bentuk penafsiran kemampuan kognitif seseorang, yang berasaskan pada kemampuan bertindak dengan menetapkan suatu tujuan, untuk berfikir secara rasional maupun untuk berhubungan dengan lingkungan sekitarnya yang memuaskan. Prestasi akademik adalah hasil USAha siswa dalam proses belajar yang tercantum dalam sebuah laporan akademik . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan kecerdasan intelektual dengan prestasi akademik pada siswa SMA Negeri 9 Binsus Manado. Penelitian ini bersifat survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Sampel diambil dengan teknik pengambilan Purposive Sampling yaitu sebanyak 91 sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menggunakan analisis uji statistik Chi Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05 atau 95%. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p = 0,693 > α = 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada hubungan hubungan kecerdasan intelektual dengan prestasi akademik pada siswa SMA Negeri 9 Binsus Manado. Saran dilakukan penelitian secara komprehensif dengan jumlah sampel yang lebih banyak dan variabel prestasi akademik yang lain

Hubungan Sikap Caring Perawat Dengan Pelaksanaan Oral Hygiene Pada Pasien Total Care Di RSU Pancaran Kasih Gmim Manado

Abstrack Oral hygiene is the practice of cle aning and refreshing the mouth, teeth and gums. Factors that cause poor oral hygiene include the nurse's lack of knowledge on mouth hygiene. The purpose of the research is to find the relationship between the caring attitude of nurses with the practice of oral hygiene on total care patients at RSU Pancaran Kasih, GMIM Manado. The method of research used is analytical descriptive with a cross sectional design. The technique of sample gathering is by using total sampling (saturation sampling) with 36 samples. The results of the research is based on a based on chi-square test with a level of significance of 95% (α ≤ 0,05) with a value p = 0,000 which is less than α (0,05), with Ho being rejected and Ha accepted. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the caring attitude of the nurse and the practice of oral hygiene on total care patients at RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. We suggest that nurses at RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado seek more knowledge and increase the caring attitudes concerning teeth and oral hygiene

Hubungan Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat Dengan Kepuasan Pasien Di Ruang Rawat Inap Irina a Rsup Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado

: Background The nurse is a profession focused on the care of individuals families and communities to achieve optimal health conducted by nurses by increasing mutual trust and helping to solve problems with communication, where the nurse can listen the client's problems and explain the procedure of nursing actions, it would disturb therapeutic relation which impact patient dissatisfaction if it is unimplemented. Objective this study aims to analyze the relation of the nurse therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction in Inpatient Unit Irina A of RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Method of research is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The technique of collecting sampling was done through purposive sampling. There were 67 respondents, it indicated that 42 people (91,3%) were satisfied that the therapeutic communication skills both nurses and patients, and 4 people (8.7%) were less satisfied . For the therapeutic communication skills which were good enough and 5 patients (23.8%) felt satisfy and 16 patients (76.2%) felt less satisfy. Results of bivariate chi square obtained p value 0.000 (pv <0.05). Value of 0.000 is below the alpha value of 5% (0.05). Conclution there is a relation between the implementation of therapeutic communication with the patient's level of satisfaction in Inpatient Unit Irina A of RSUD Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Suggestion is expected that Kandou Manado hospital can improve and provide training on the implementation of therapeutic communication for nurses so that patients are satisfied with the optimum services

Abstrac:Knowledge and good care was a determinant factor in maintaining reproductive health, one of the disorders or diseases of the reproductive organs is vaginal discharge, which is experienced by most women. Whitish or flour albus is the current condition of the vaginal discharge resembling pus or mucus caused by germs. In Indonesia, as many as 75% of women experience vaginal discharge at least once in his life, and 45% of women experience vaginal discharge two or more times in his life. The purpose of this study was to determine the maternal knowledge level overview of whitish in Polyclinic Obstetric/Gynecology in Hospitals ofPancaran Kasih GMIM Manado. This research uses a descriptive research method with a population of 42, with the inclusion criteria with an age range of 20-50 years and 38 samples were taken by means of nonrandom sampling. The results showed the majority of women who visit the clinic Obstetric/Gynecology in Hospitals Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado have a good level of knowledge. Conclusion to increased outreach efforts and procurement whitish props to push the level of maternal knowledge about the problem of whitish
