    Modern theological education in Rrussia European experience and development prospects

The aim of the present study is to consider the problems of modern theological education in Russia from the standpoint of the feasibility of using the Eastern European experiences and prospects for national development of theological education. The issue of theological education has existed since the first half of the XIIIth century, therefore it is considered in a huge number of literature sources. It cannot go unnoticed that in the recent years more and more publications are devoted to theological education, both in Russia and throughout the post-Soviet space. With every increasing frequency the information emerges about the establishing of new schools offering formal theological education. The article describes the post-secular situation in the Russian society, which today has led consistently to the actualization of the issue of legitimization of Theology in the Russian secular higher education. The article analyses the viewpoints expressed in the panel discussion on Theology in higher education, which was attended by experts on concerned problem. The results of the panel discussion have shown that in a post-secular situation, as well as in the presence of Theology in some secular universities, it is necessary to find certain post-secular „middle ways‟, where morality, religious values, and secular freedoms, as well as scientifically grounded virtues will complement each other through Theology

    Article shows possibilities of realization of innovative potential of all participants of such new form and organizational structure in education as a cluster. The purpose of this publication is the analysis of the entity and practical parties of an educational cluster. Separate purposes are connected with a specification of concept of an educational cluster, disclosure of the most characteristics and significant elements, issuing of the best the practician of creation of educational clusters. The empirical analysis and expert estimates allowed to draw a conclusion on stability of a cluster as forms of development of educational complexes and «environmental» organizations, which creates conditions for realization of innovative educational services. The cluster helps to involve an innovative (network) form of interaction of preschool educational organizations, the state and non-state general education organizations, organizations of leisure, culture, sport of Moscow, of regions of the country and of Russia in general.Статья раскрывает возможности реализации инновационного потенциала всех участников такой новой формы и организационной структуры образовательной организации как кластер. Целью данной публикации является анализ содержательной и практической сторон образовательного кластера, а задачи связаны с конкретизацией понятия образовательного кластера, раскрытием наиболее характерных черт и значимых элементов, изучением лучших практик строительства образовательных кластеров. Эмпирический анализ и экспертные оценки позволили сделать вывод об устойчивости кластера как формы развития комплексов образовательных организаций и «средовых» организаций, создающих условия для реализации инновационных образовательных услуг. Именно кластер позволяет воспользоваться инновационной (сетевой) формой взаимодействия ДОО, государственных и негосударственных общеобразовательных организаций, организаций досуга, культуры, спорта Москвы, регионов страны, России в целом
