dise帽o no experimental transeccional.
The management of educational institutions has among its purposes, the training of teachers, which is needed to develop skills to manage students in the classroom. For this reason, the research aimed to identify the effects of a training program on teachers, on the behavior of its primary level, basic education subsystem, in Maracaibo, Venezuela. It was an explanatory study, experimental design, in which two groups of students contrasted (experimental and control) observed before and after administration of a 12 hours training program, on topics achievement motivation, self-efficacy and communication, to a group of teachers. Coefficient was obtained for reliability inter-observers 0.87, which is interpreted as high. The results showed that the intervention teachers, unfavorable behavior of students decreased by 43% compared to the control group. However, it showed a small increase of positive behaviors between experimental and control group. It is proposed to optimize the training process to continue working with the same group of teachers, increasing the number of program sessions. You should also have studies that observe the behavior of teachers, training is done from the observed behaviors in them, and then make another observation to assess changes in them and their students.
