Английский язык для студентов юридического университета в эпоху глобальной культурной и профессиональной коммуникации

The article describes peculiarities of teaching English for specific purposes to the law university students under conditions of globalized English-medium communication. Specificity of legal-related activity, which is mostly connected with communication with people, accentuates importance of communicative professional competence and its component – English communicative professional competence. Communivative approach provides simulation of real activities, the skilled teacher should maintain classroom communication stimulating interlocutors to response, to act in the imposed professional situations promoting solution of the cognitive tasks associated with the law subject-matters.Розглянуто вплив сучасного статусу англійської мови на особливості викладання іноземної мови в немовних вищих навчальних закладах, зокрема студентам юридичних університетів. У сучасному світі англійська мова стала глобальним засобом міжкультурної та професійної комунікації, що визначає значущість для сучасного фахівця-юриста володіння англійською мовою. Зазначено, що специфіка роботи спеціалістів юридичного профілю пов’язана зі спілкуванням, що визначає важливість комунікативної професійної компетенції, у тому числі – іншомовної. Роль англійської мови як засобу професійної комунікації нині зростає, що мотивує студентів юридичного університету вивчати англійську мову для продовження навчання за партнерськими програмами обміну, магістерськими програмами, а також щоб відповідати вимогам до сучасного правника та конкурентоспроможності і кар’єрного зростання в професійній сфері. Специфіка отримуваної юридичної спеціальності визначає зміст навчання англійської мови, яке здійснюється в межах сучасного компетентнісного підходу і враховує методологічні та дидактичні рекомендації з викладання англійської мови для спеціальних потреб юридичного профілю. Відзначена важливість навчання на автентичному матеріалі, який враховує специфіку фаху, комунікативну спрямованість на професійне спілкування, застосування інноваційних технологій. Надзвичайно важливим в епоху глобалізації культурної та фахової комунікації є професійний розвиток викладачів англійської мови для спеціальних потреб – компетентність щодо сучасної комунікативної методики викладання професійно орієнтованої іноземної мови, організації навчання та застосування інноваційних технологій.Анализируется влияние современного статуса английского языка как средства глобальной коммуникации на изучение иностранного языка в неязыковых вузах, в частности студентами юридического университета. Подчеркивается значение для современного специалиста правовой сферы владения английским языком. Специфика юридических специальностей предполагает общение, что определяет важность коммуникативной профессиональной компетенции, особенно иноязычной профессиональной компетенции. Будущая специальность студента юридического университета определяет содержание обучения английскому языку для специальных целей в рамках современного компетентностного подхода

Problems of implementation of personalized medicine in medical cosmetology in Russia

At the present time, the 4P concept (predictive, preventive, personalised and participatory) is a prospective trend in development of clinical medi-cine. The concept is being actively introduced into different medical specialities. However, the development of personalised approach in medical cosmetology as a speciality at the intersection of medical sciences (dermatology, maxillofacial surgery, plastic surgery, restorative medicine, general practice, psychiatry, clinical pharmacology, etc.) is at the stage of discussion. The concept of 4P medicine suggests, among other things, analysis of genetic risks and development of preventive procedures based thereon that would decrease the risk of cosmetological complications development. The review includes analysis of literature dated 2010-2020. The following databases in Russian and foreign languages were searched using the keywords and advanced search builders: E-Library, PubMed, Springer, Clinicalkeys, Google Scholar. In this paper, we introduce a novel compilation of the known gene polymorphisms that may be used for determination of the genetic risks in cosmetological patients

COLLAGEN SYNTHESIS in the SKIN, ITS FUNCTIONAL and STRUCTURAL FEATURES

Collagen is the most important element of the skin structure; it provides the main mechanical and functional skin properties. Different authors often mention three types of collagen: collagen I, II, III type, while this review describe all collagen types, participated in the formation of the skin extracellular matrix, and collagen functions. This review also shows the complex multi-step process of collagen synthesis, influenced by genetic and non-genetic factors

Genomics of elastic fiber synthesis. Practical meaning for cosmetologists and dermatologists

The skin mechanical properties are realized mainly due to the extracellular matrix of the dermis consisting mostly of collagen and elastic fibers and hyaluronan (hyaluronic acid). Each of these components is responsible for different mechanical properties. In particular, elastic fibers are responsible for the skin elasticity (its ability to return to its original shape when stretched after tensile force end). If the function of elastic fibers is impaired the skin looks overstretched, loose and flabby. It is known that the synthesis of extracellular matrix components is carried out by fibroblasts however the turnover of collagen and elastic fibers as well as hyaluronic acid has its own characteristics and factors that affect the turnover completeness. Objective. To analyze and systematize studies on elastic fibers’ synthesis in the skin as well as potential genes responsible for their turnover. This will help to better understand the complex multi-step process of assembly and degradation of elastic fibers as well as prepare a personalized approach to the management of patients by cosmetologists and dermatologists. © N.N. Managing Wound Healing with a High-Risk Patient: A Case Report

Wound healing is a complex, multi-step process. This process begins immediately after skin damage. The outcome of wound healing depends on the quality of each stage of this process: a normal or pathological scar. Violation of wound healing entails a decrease in the function of scar tissue as well as aesthetic dissatisfaction with the patient. This problem is especially important in aesthetic surgery. Patients who have come for beauty feel frustration, obtaining pathological scars. We have been dealing with the problem of wound healing after plastic surgery for about 10 years. Our approach includes the assessment of the risk of pathological wound healing and the treatment of high-risk patients. The risk assessment includes historical data on wound healing, signs of connective tissue dysfunction (especially patients with connective tissue dysplasia), and genetic polymorphisms of genes responsible for the structure of the components of the extracellular matrix of the skin. In the future, patients with a high risk of pathological scarring can be prescribed treatment after surgery.
