Assessment of Explosion and Fire Risks Associated with the Galvanizing Process

Import 04/07/2011Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením rizik požáru a výbuchu. Kvůli možnému výskytu průmyslových havárií, které se vyznačují vždy obrovským rizikem pro zdraví, majetek a životní prostředí, je nutné tento obor brát vážně a tyto rizika systémově vyhledávat a analyzovat, aby došlo k jejich předcházení. Práce se dělí na dvě části, na teoretickou, kde je uvedeno několik významných havárií, legislativa zabývající se touto problematikou, vysvětlení fyzikálně chemických vlastností látek, technicko bezpečnostních parametrů a v neposlední řadě jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o galvanickém zinkování. Druhá praktická část se zabývá charakteristikou závodu Galvan CZ s.r.o., popisem činností v závodu, popisem technologického postupu zinkování, vyhledáním a identifikací možných rizik a jejich analýze.This Bachelor Degree thesis focuses on the evaluation of the fire and explosion risks. Given the possibility of industrial accidents representing a health, wealth and environment peril, it is extremely important to take this branch seriously and therefore systematically trace those risks and analyse them in order to prevent the disasters. This thesis is divided into two parts: The theoretical one introduces several important accidents, the legislation engaged in this issue, it explains the physical and chemical traits of the substances as well as it clarifies the technical and security characteristics and last but not least it mentions the basic information about the galvanic zinc coating. The second part, the practical one, deals with the Galvan CZ s.r.o. establishment characteristics, the description of its activities and the technological electroplating procedure, it traces and identifies the possible risks and analyses them.Prezenční030 - Katedra požární ochranydobř

System of Water Storage from the Point of View of Fire Safety and Environmental Protection

Import 26/06/2013Diplomová práce se zabývá systémem skladování nebezpečných odpadů z pohledu požární ochrany a ochrany životního prostředí. Kvůli možnému výskytu požáru a kontaminaci životního prostředí při skladování a manipulaci je nutné tento systém skladování popsat, poukázat na možné problémy vyskytující se v praxi a navrhnout opatření k zamezení těchto problémů. Práce se dělí na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je uvedeno několik významných požárů skládek a skladů, rozbor legislativy zabývající se touto problematikou, současný systém skladování odpadů v České republice a v neposlední řadě základní informace o systému skladování z pohledu požární ochrany a ochrany životního prostředí. V praktické části je přezkoumáni systému skladování odpadů ve firmě TALPA-RPF, OZO Ostrava a SITA CZ a návrh protipožárních a environmentální opatření.This Dissertation Degree thesis focuses on the storage system of dangerous waste from the perspective of fire protection and environmentally sound. Because of the possibility of fire and contamination environment with storage and manipulation is needed this storage system describe, show problems in real landfill and propose measures to deal with these problems. This thesis is divided into two parts, The theoretical and practical one. In the theoretical part is mentioned several important landfill and storeroom fire, analysis legislation of these issue, present storage system in Czech republic and basic information about storage system in fire protection and environmental view.
