Kinerja Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Di Kabupaten Bone

The aim of this study was to determine the Performance of the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative with descriptive research type. The number of informants in this study was 5 people. Data collection techniques used document review, observation and interviews. Then data  interview results were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of this study  showed that the Performance of the Population and Family Planning Control Office in Bone Regency had not  run optimally in carrying out its programs in the community due to the P2KB's could not  reach certain areas by informer , such as lonely village and the presence of programs did not run well like the PUP (Marriage Age Maturity) program. The inhibiting factor were some areas that could not be reached aside from that,  workers did not yet maximally carry out their duties and the community itself . Also many families did not understand and knew the programs implemented by the P2KB

PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT DALAM PEMBANGUNAN DESA BALLE KECAMATAN KAHU KABUPATEN BONE

This study aimed  to find out  the leadership of  Village Head in increasing community participation in development in Balle Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency. This study used a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The results showed that the leadership  of the Village Head in Increasing Community Participation in Development in Balle Village, Kahu District, Bone Regency was still not optimal, while for Community Participation, there were still many people who did not have awareness and willingness when viewed from aspects 1) Motivator, the village head needed skill to improve in giving motivation. The village head motivated his subordinates to develop talent, the ability to create a better village office in carrying out all the tasks given by the balle village head. 2) Facilitator, considered optimal in facilitating development activities. the village head had provided facilities and infrastructure for the community and village officials to facilitate the development of the village of Balle. 3) Mobilizers were good because they  do something related to development for the public interest, the village head always encouraged the community and government officials to actively participated in implementing village development

STRATEGI PENGEMBANGAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDesa) DI DESA MATTIRO ADE KECAMATAN PATAMPANUA KABUPATEN PINRANG

The purpose of the study was to find out the strategy for developing Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) in Mattiro Ade Village, Patampanua District, Pinrang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative and phenomenological approach with a total of four informants. The results showed that the organizational strategy seen from its relationship with the program being implemented had met the indicator criteria of the organizational strategy. The strategy for supporting resources had not been fully achieved, although the facilities and infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources had run well, but the utilization of natural resources had not been implemented. The program strategy had been fulfilled through a hydroponic lettuce cultivation program which had implications for the community and organizations from the profits obtained. The institutional strategy was also going well, seen from the communication and coordination between the management and the evaluation to see the progress of the performance of the Sipakalebbi BUMDesa management

Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Di Badan Kepegawaian Dan Diklat Daerah Kabupaten Enrekang

this study aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance in the Enrekang District Personal and Training Agency. This research used quantitative methods. The population in this study were 40 employees at the Enrekang Regency Employee and Education Agency Office. This study used saturated sampling in which all members of the population used as samples. Data collecting used instruments such as questionnaires and observations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results showed that the influence of organizational commitment employee performance in the Enrekang District Personnel and Training Agency was very significant. Therefore the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by the significance value. So in other words the independent variable  of organizational commitment was able to explain the magnitude of the dependent variable of employee performance, employee performance could be seen in table 4.61 which showed that employee performance was in the good caregory of 78.6% result obtained from the average questionnaire researchers

IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM INFORMASI PUBLIK BERBASIS WEBSITE DI DESA TAENG KECAMATAN PALLANGGA KABUPATEN GOWA

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of a website-based public information system in Taeng Village, Pallangga District, Gowa Regency. The type of research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The results of the study consist of six aspects, namely: 1) Communication from the transmission, clarity and consistency of communication distribution between the government and the community is still less effective. 2) Bureaucratic structure consisting of SOPs and fragmentation has been carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. 3) Resources consist of human resources, said to be ineffective because they still need staff to operate the website, the facilities and infrastructure used are adequate. 4) The disposition has been effective with the support of the village head and the community. The supporting factors are that the bureaucratic structure has been running according to the rules, the facilities and infrastructure used are adequate, and the disposition to get support from the village head and the community, the inhibiting factor is that communication has been running even though it has not been optimal, and human resources that still need additional staff.Keywords: Implementation, Information system, websit

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PENGADAAN BERAS BADAN URUSAN LOGISTIK DALAM MEWUJUDKAN KETAHANAN PANGAN DI KABUPATEN PINRANG

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Implementasi Kebijakan Pengadaan Beras Badan Urusan Logistik Dalam Mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan Di Kabupaten Pinrang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jumlah informan 11 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah satu bentuk implementasi kebijakan Pengadaan Beras Badan Urusan Logistik dalam Mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan Di Kabupaten Pinrang yaitu; 1) Komunikasi, hubungan komunikasi Perum BULOG Cabang Pembantu Pinrang dengan instansi lain sudah berjalan dengan baik, termasuk dengan mitra kerja yaitu pengusaha kilang padi yang selalu berkoordinasi dan berkomunikasi langsung kepada BULOG terkait harga beras. 2) Sumber Daya, dalam hal ini sumber daya masih kurang memadai termasuk sumber daya manusia, dan sumber daya lainnya yaitu fasilitas masih kurangnya alat-alat mesin yang bisa menghasilkan beras premium. 3) Disposisi, kemampuan Perum BULOG Cabang Pembantu Pinrang belum maksimal dalam mengotrol dan mengkoordiasi kegiataan pengadaan beras BULOG, sehingga Perum BULOG melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan khusus untuk meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan manajerial dalam pengadaan beras. 4) Struktur Birokrasi, Perum BULOG Cabang Pembantu Pinrang dalam menjalankan kebijakan pengadaan beras sesuai dengan tupoksi masing-masing bidang terkait kebijakan tersebut

Efektivitas Kinerja Penanganan Tindak Pidana Narkoba Anak Di Bawah Umur Pada Kepolisian Resort Kabupaten Pinrang

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the performance of child drug crime handling at the Pinrang District Police. This type of research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that the investigation process of narcotics abuse by children certainly experienced various kinds of obstacles. In various cases including narcotics crimes against children, the investigator seems to have a dual role, apart from being hampered by various obstacles. Investigators must also provide solutions or outreach to the public. Such as: it consumes time compared to investigations in adult cases, the investigator hopes that the parties involved in assisting the investigation process are expected to cooperate cooperatively, the lack of public awareness to report so that the police are expected to provide information to the community about narcotics crime, the lack of the role of the family environment , as parents should be more active in maintaining their children by following developments. Keywords: Kinejra Effectiveness, Underage Childre

EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN DANA KREDIT USAHA RAKYAT (KUR) DI BRI UNIT CAKKE BAGI PETANI BAWANG MERAH DI KECAMATAN ANGGERAJA KABUPATEN ENREKANG

Effectiveness of People's Business Credit Fund Management for Shallot Farmers At BRI Cakke Unit, Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency, where the problem arises is the lack of capital owned by shallot farmers to develop their onion farming business.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effectiveness of the Management of People's Business Credit Funds for shallot farmers to improve the welfare of the community in Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency. The basis of the research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author conducts interviews with informants, the source of the data itself is from primary data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from documents, notes, reports. The results of this study indicate that the results obtained by shallot farmers according to the habits of the local community have increased in yields. Agricultural products have provided many benefits for the welfare of farmers. Income obtained from agricultural products can meet daily needs, education costs, health, to the fulfillment of housing needs so that it has a major influence on the development of the economic sector in Anggeraja District, Enrekang Regency.                                                                                                           

Kualitas Pelayanan Di Kantor Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Kabupaten Bulukumba

This study aimed to find out the quality of service in the Social Security Organizing Agency (BPJS) office of Bulukumba Regency. This study used qualitative method. The number of informants in this study were 9 people. Data collection methods used  documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of this study showed that  the facilities   in the office were adequate, the aspect of reliability  showed from the service of the officer was maximum, where the officers did role play activities before carrying out the service, the responsiveness aspect had  maximally reached because the officer in the service had a responsive attitude, aspects of assurance had not been reached to the maximum where in terms of providing a period of time sometimes still not in accordance with punctuality. While empathic aspects had maximally reached where the officers had given a lot of attention to a case of MSC (mobile service center), this made it easier for the public to take care of BPJS cards or change data on participants without going  to the office

Pelaksanaan Kampung Keluarga Berencana Di Kelurahan Langnga Kecamatan Mattiro Sompe Kabupaten Pinrang

This study aimed to describe and explain the implementation of the Family Planning Village in Langnga Village, Mattiro Sompe District, Pinrang Regency. The research used a qualitative descriptive method by conducting data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results of this study showed that the standard and target aspects of the implementation of the KB village policy were quite good. This seen from the existence of the SOP in the form of a technical manual for the KB Village and the implementor's understanding of the standards and objectives of the policy itself. Communication aspects between organizations, communication to the community regarding the implementation had been running effectively, especially in terms of socialization, the characteristics of the executing agent, the bureaucratic structure of the division and authority and the character of the KB Village officers in its implementation was quite clear and good, it seen from  bureaucratic structure and its officers the characteristics of a good policy implementing agent. and the Social, Political and Economic Environment, the response of the community and all parties in the implementation of the KB Village could run well and maximally.
