    Turnitin Analysing The Relationship Between Ethical Leadership And The Voice Of Malaysian Muslim Employees

    Ethical behaviour, in its simplest terms, means knowing and doing what is right. Nevertheless, the main difficulty is how to define the word ‘right’. For this purpose, various individuals, cultures and religions have thus far portrayed it in different ways. The present study reflected on the Islamic society, wherein ethical leadership has been one of the most effective factors in its continuation of life and success, with a vital role in its growth, development and progress. Accordingly, the relationship between ethical leadership and the voice of Muslim employees in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2021, as the statistical population (n = 2500) was analysed. For this purpose, a standard questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data, whose validity was confirmed by the construct validity in the Linear Structural Relations (LISREL) software and its reliability was checked via the Cronbach’s alpha in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Besides, path analysis was utilised to test the research hypothesis. Confirmatory factor analysis was correspondingly implemented to examine the data. Ultimately, the study results revealed a significant positive relationship between ethical leadership and the voice of Malaysian Muslim employees (p = 0.80; t = 5.02). Contribution: Based on the literature review and the results of this study, ethical leadership can motivate Muslim citizens to participate in decision-making processes and even allows them to express their creative ideas in organisations and society

    The purposes of the study are: to reveal the meaning of the term “compliance”; to define the use of the term “compliance” in the Russian environment; to determine how the term “compliance” functions in Russian legislation; to find out what different definitions, functions, and scope of use of compliance can be found in the legal field. The article discusses the importance of compliance in various fields: legal, economic, and management. In Russian legislation, the definition of the term “compliance” is not disclosed or applied more locally. Based on the Russian and Western definitions of the concept, this article offers an interpretation of the “compliance” definition. The article analyzes compliance procedures that should not only monitor compliance with current legislation, but also act as a risk-oriented model and take into account factors that affect the implementation of any type of economic activity. In order to reduce possible business risks and comply with legislation on the part of organizations, and to address the issue of responsibility of entrepreneurs on the part of state control and Supervisory authorities, it is necessary to implement a compliance system. The main principles for implementing compliance control are also highlighted. Compliance control should apply not only to a legal entity and its structural elements, but also to a group of individuals. The implementation of compliance control is important not only for business entities, but also for state control and Supervisory organizations, since compliance control allows you to determine the integrity of a business in carrying out its commercial activities, and is also a mitigating circumstance in determining responsibility and punishment

    The article examines the features of the transformation of the role of a teacher in higher education in connection with the digitalization of education in the period before the pandemic, and during the transition of the university to a forced remote mode under the conditions of the pandemic. The assessment of the effectiveness of distance learning from the point of view of students and teachers is given. The purpose of the article is to determine expectations, the degree and nature of the influence of the teacher's personality on the effectiveness of educational process in general and distance learning in particular. Researching the effectiveness of higher education in the digital age and assessing the impact on teacher effectiveness involves the use of a number of scientific principles and research methods, theoretical and empirical. To achieve the goal, the scientific works of leading foreign and Russian scientists on the problems of digitalization of education, dehumanization of education, transformation of the role of the teacher have been analyzed, and our own research has been carried out on the basis of the Moscow Polytechnic University in the form of a survey. An assessment of the emotional consequences of isolation is given. The analysis of the effectiveness of distance learning, from the point of view of higher education teachers and students has been carried out. The expectations of students and the change in the role of a teacher of higher education as a result of expansion of functional responsibilities under the circumstances of distance learning are described. Long before the coronavirus pandemic, digitalization had been a trend in the education system. A year of distance learning has revolutionized higher education. The role of a teacher in higher education has been transformed with a significant expansion of functions and a rapid increase in the level of competencies
