An谩lisis del nivel de servicio a trav茅s de la ergonom铆a cognitiva en el proceso de transporte de Victoria Cargo Transportes S.A.S.
El objetivo principal de este trabajo es analizar dentro de la ergonom铆a
cognitiva el error humano presente en el proceso de transporte de carga de la
empresa y sus implicaciones en el nivel de servicio de la empresa. Para cumplir
con este objetivo se desarroll贸 un estudio de las 谩reas Log铆stica y Comercial y sus
procesos dentro de Victoria Cargo S.A, con el fin de obtener una caracterizaci贸n
de los errores humanos presentes en las tareas del proceso del transporte de
carga de la empresa, la evaluaci贸n de estas actividades, la cuantificaci贸n del error
humano presente en las tareas y la probabilidad de ocurrencia de estos errores.
El trabajo de grado presente tiene una finalidad de correlaci贸n/causal, el
cual cala dentro de un grupo de estudios de tipo transaccional. Se bas贸 en fuentes
primarias de informaci贸n suministradas por la empresa, como actas, documentos
t茅cnicos, resultados de encuestas de satisfacci贸n y en una mayor parte por
entrevistas realizadas a el 谩rea Log铆stica y el 谩rea Comercial.
Con este proyecto se espera principalmente obtener un nivel de fiabilidad
de las tareas presentes dentro del proceso de transporte de La Empresa en
cuanto a error humano, tambi茅n, una herramienta que permita la disminuci贸n de
este error buscando el aumento del nivel de servicio y la satisfacci贸n del cliente.The main objective of this paper is to analyze within cognitive ergonomics
the current human error in the process of cargo transport of the company and its
implications in the service level of the company. To fulfill this objective, a study of
the critical areas and processes of Victoria Cargo S.A. was developed, in order to
obtain a characterization of the human errors present in the tasks of the cargo
transport process of the company, the evaluation of these activities, the
quantification of human error present in the task and the occurrence probability of
these errors.
The current thesis has a purpose of correlation/causal, which falls within a
group of studies of transactional type. The thesis was based on primary sources of
information provided by the company, such as records, technical documents,
satisfaction surveys results and, most of it, interviews conducted in the logistics
and commercial area.
With this thesis it is mainly expected to obtain a reliability level of the tasks
within the transport process of The Company in human error terms, also, a tool that
allows the reduction of this error seeking to increase the client鈥檚 service and
satisfaction level
