    Formation of future teachers' civil responsibility in the contemporary society

    The changes taking place in the country determine the necessity to form civil responsibility of both personal and professional attitude of a teacher, responsibility for development and formation of the rule-of-law civil society in the country. Analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature and pedagogical practice of formation of future teachers' civil responsibility carried out during the research allowed us to identify and generalize such main contradictions in the formation of future teachers' civil responsibility as: contradictions between the significant role of civil responsibility in the process of formation of a future citizen and the insufficient level of practical readiness of higher educational institutions' graduates on pedagogy for the activity on its formation; contradictions between the necessity to study and to generalize the advanced experience, development of active forms, methods, and tools of civil responsibility formation based on new information technologies and dominance of conservative (reproductive, verbal) methods of learning and parenting at higher professional pedagogical educational institutions

    © Author(s).Thematic justification of the problem under study: growth of social stratification in the present context of social and economic transformations and emerging forms of social inequality, which is creating serious obstacles for the younger generation's social adaptation, specifically among those social groups that are dealing with difficulties due to specific circumstances. First of all, it concerns children with special needs. Specifically, processes of modern public reform and how they often lead to the violation of social integration and adaptation for this group of children. Such a process poses a problem of an independent living arrangement, juxtaposed with the background of low efficiency of realization of educational and habilitation technologies. It has been observed that educational institutions have not yet been able to fully counteract these negative factors. Growth of the number of children with special needs, on the one hand, and humanization of public life, wide circulation of ideas, increases the importance of social and rehabilitation activity. The purpose is to enhance the social and educational training and increase maximum achievable adaptation of life, granted to children with special needs, a chance to develop skills for social orientation, ethics and cultural social attitude. This data and analysis of such is relevant to the esthetic education of children with special needs as conditions of formation of a socially valuable personality

    Dialectics of correlation of the school student personality socialization and individualization in pedagogical theory and practice

    © 2016 Khuziakhmetov and Nasibullov.Personality socialization has gained a versatile coverage though it is not sufficiently investigated in the context of radically changing social-economic and political situation in society; this circumstance provides the relevance of the studied problem. The objective of the paper is to substantiate theoretically and prove experimentally an integrative concept of dialectic correlation between socialization and individualization of school student’s personality, creation of an integrative model of socialization and individualization of the learner’s personality, development of social-pedagogical mechanisms of the school student’s personality formation as a result of socialization and individualization interaction in the context of training and education. The leading method to the research of this problem is the dialectic research method of development of society and the human allowing to reveal the following objective natural tendencies influencing relations between socialization and individualization of the school student personality: acceleration of reorientation of society to human’s goals; integration of social values; development of self-organization as a priority of social life; acceleration of interaction and mutual enrichment of national cultures; dynamic nature of social development; accelerating moving to human and society systemic goals, etc. Research resulted in identification of processes involved in personality developments; they are presented by analysis of personality problem, ways of its development and education. The paper covers the personality structure, periodization of personality development in ontogenesis and stages of its formation at school age, internal dynamics of personality development and establishing of its individuality. Materials from the papers can be useful to pedagogues, teachers and researchers studying issues of training and education

    Rural school as a resource for the intellectual and labour potential formation of the rural society

    © 2016 by iSER, International Society of Educational Research.The relevance of the research problem is reasoned by the need to create conceptual grounds of life organization variants in the rural school as a resource of intellectual and labor potential formation of rural society taking into account the socio-economic realities of Russia's development in the beginning of the twenty-first century, as well as by the need to maintain the competitiveness of Russia in the agricultural sector. The aim of this article is to present the theoretical and methodological substantiation of the model of the rural school system “school-employer-society”, to disclose terms and principles of its construction. A leading approach to the study of this problem is poly paradigm approach implying a dialectical unity of systematic, integrative and differentiated, activity and competence, technological and axiological approaches, the totality of which is directed on problem solving how to transform a rural school into building and strengthening resource of intellectual and labor potential of rural society. The article reveals the author's understanding of the concepts “intellectual potential of rural society”, “labor potential of rural society”, presents the formulation of the theoretical and methodological terms, conditions and principles of constructing a model of the rural school as a resource to form intellectual and labor potential of rural society, reveals the peculiarities of the model, which first of all is oriented on rural school student's comprehensive training for independent activity in the conditions of market economy in agrarian society

    © 2016 Yarullin, Nasibullov and Nasibullova.The urgency of the paper considering issues of future teachers’ civil responsibility development is substantiated by transformations occurring nowadays in the spiritual sphere of Russian society that demand intellectual, active citizens as strengthening of state foundations and public life depends in many respects on higher school students’ participation in political life, on political and legal culture of future voters. The paper aims to reflect the problem of future teachers’ civil responsibility development as today the objective of higher school students’ education has to be the formation of a citizen of a free democratic state who is provided with all rights and conferred all commitments allowing them to develop freely within civil society space. The leading research methods to this problem are theoretical (comparative and logical analysis, synthesis, generalization, modeling) and empirical (study of archival and normative documents on the problem, study and synthesis of innovative experiment of higher education institutions aimed to form a civil responsibility in students, conversations, questioning, polls and purposeful observation over student’s youth activity, methods of mathematical statistics, pedagogical experiment on future teachers’ civil responsibility development). In general, results of experimental work suggest confirmation of the hypotheses about future teachers’ civil responsibility development. Materials from the paper can be useful to higher school teachers, school teachers and students trained in the pedagogical direction

The relevance of the study is due to the direction of the modern education model on the formation of a competitive creative personality, with the need for continuous self-improvement and self-development. It should be emphasized that the effectiveness of training students is largely determined by the level of motivation, interest, and the subjects’ personal involvement. Therefore, the article is aimed at the disclosure of the mechanisms of development of learning motivation of students through the system of differentiated tasks. The leading approach to the study of the problem was the personal-active approach, which aims to reveal the discussed question from the perspective of dialogism, subjectivity and individuality. The article presents the characteristics of the developed and proven system of differentiated tasks in mathematics, focused on the development of learning motivation of students, as well as providing empirical evidence about the results of implementation. The article describes the principles on which we identified three levels of tasks in mathematics: “algorithms”, “problem-search tasks”, and “creative tasks”. The objective of the paper is theoretical understanding of historical-pedagogical material on the issue of moral education, development on its basis pedagogical conditions aimed to form senior school students’ moral education, and methodical recommendations necessary for teachers-practitioners. The leading method to the research of this problem is historical-pedagogical experience of Tatarstan school about senior school students’ moral education which enables to reveal theory-methodological prerequisites for system organization of class teacher, bodies of students’ self-government and public joint activity on moral education of school students. A number of aspects of pedagogical thought development which, supplementing each other, serve as historical and social prerequisites determining current state and internal logic of Tatarstan educational school formation and act as methodological foundations for solution of the investigated problem are revealed.     Organizing moral education for teenagers in the course of humanitarian subjects

    © Serials Publications. This article discusses the issue of moral education and the formation of ethical principles in teenagers through teaching humanitarian subjects. The importance of this issue stems from those cultural and spiritual changes that Russian society is currently experiencing and from the current priority to preserve and develop the Russian traditions of moral education, patriotism and humanitarianism needed to instill highest moral principles in new generations and to support the academic and cultural development of the human capital. This article aims to develop the issue in view of the fact that education today prioritizes moral education that is orientated towards raising children to be rich in fairness, kindness, generosity, tolerance, humility and patriotism. Over the course of the study we used both theoretical (comparative and logical analyses, synthesis, generalization, modeling) and empirical methods (studying achieves, regulatory documents, innovative practices in ethical education and organizing discussions, observations, surveys, questionnaires, statistical analysis and the pedagogical experiment aimed at instilling ethical principles in teenagers in the process of teaching humanitarian subjects). All in all, the results of our empirical work suggest that our hypothesis in regards to moral education is correct. Teachers and student teachers might find the materials of this article useful

As a result of the use of network principles, the integrity of educational institutions can be effectively guaranteed and realized in continuity of principles and approaches to the management of different functional and territorial subsystems, and in the more distant future - its equitable integration into the world community
