    本研究の目的は, 第一にピアジェが認知発達プロセスを解明する為に創出した課題の中での代表的な課題である系列化課題に焦点を定め, その系列課題解決に必要な認知操作の発達的変化を追求していく中で, どのようのことが研究されてきているか, また研究者間でのアプローチにどのような差異がみられるかについての研究レビューを行うことである。第二の目的は, その研究レビューを踏まえて, ピアジェが主張した「真の意味での認知操作の発達」, その中でもあるステージからあるステージへと認知構造が向上していく過程は, どのような位相を辿っていくか, その詳細な変化過程を明らかにすることの重要性を指摘することである

    本研の目的は,大学生の感情表出方略,なかでも“言語化”に注目し,その実態と体調不良につながる要因を探ることであった。対象は大学生325名であった。重回帰分析の結果,「体調不良」と「ネガティブ感情」「爆発型」との間に有意な正の関連がみられた。さらに,決定木の結果から,大学生においては,日常的なネガティブ感情の感じやすさが体調不良に大きく関連しているが,体調不良につながるうえで絶対条件ではなく,爆発型の感情表出方略や,ソーシャルサポートの低さの組み合わせで体調不良が高くなることが示唆された

    The Current Status of the 2021 “Practical Training in Psychology” subject for Training Certified Public Psychologists in the Department of Psychology

    本科では3年次開講の「心理インターンシップ」とは棲み分けて「心理実習」を4年次に開講することになった。2021年度は事前指導と事後指導の45時間と代替実習を含む見学実習を40時間以上実施することができた。今後は大学院の「心理実践実習」の連携教育を強化し,科学と実践を意識した教育を行っていきたい。In this department, we decided to separate the “Psychology Internship” offered in the third year from the “Practical Training in Psychology” subject offered in the fourth year. We were able to provide more than 45 hours of pre-and post- guidance and more than 40 hours of observation practice, including alternative practice in 2021. We would like to strengthen the educational program in cooperation with the graduate school’s “Advanced Practical Training in Psychology” subject, and provide education with an awareness of science and practice

    本研究の目的は,心理実習における実習生の多職種連携に関する学びの変容過程を明らかにすることであった。通年授業(全30回)の1回目,15回目,30回目の計3回のレポートの特徴語の分析により,連携する人(機関),情報(共有),職種の理解の3点について,学びの変容が見出された。それに伴って,公認心理師の専門性についての言及も増加していた。実習生は他の職種について理解を深めたことで,公認心理師という自職種について,その役割や存在意義について考えるきっかけとなっていたことが示唆された。今後は,「他者を知ることで,自分を知る」機会となる教育プログラムを構築していきたい。The purpose of this study was to clarify the transformation process of trainees’ learning about interprofessional in Practical Training in Psychology. By analyzing the characteristic words in the reports of the first, 15th, and 30th sessions of the fullyear class (30 sessions in total), transformation process of learning was found in terms of three points: people (institutions)to collaborate with, information( sharing), and understanding of professions. Furthermore, there was an increase in references to the professionalism of the Certified Public Psychologist. The results suggest that the trainees deepened their understanding of other professions, which has led them to think about the role and significance of their own profession as the Certified Public Psychologist. It is necessary to construct educational programs that provide opportunities to “Know oneself by Knowing others”

    Narrative patterns of primary caregivers of mentally ill patients in relation to their feelings toward the patient

    精神疾患患者の主介護者の患者に対する語りのパターンと患者に対する感情の関係を明らかにし,家族への支援について検討した。30名の主介護者に半構造化面接と記名自記式質問紙調査を行った。面接内容をK-J 法で分析した結果,28概念,10カテゴリーが生成された。対応分析を行い,カテゴリーの組み合わせによる,語りパターンを検出したところ,【地域重視】,【自己責任】,【前向き】,【悲観】の4パターンに分類された。パターンによって患者への肯定的感情に違いがあるかを検討した結果,【自己責任】が【悲観】に比べ有意に高かった。また,【自己責任】に初回入院,【前向き】に再入院が多く,情緒的支援(家族内)ついて,【前向き】が【地域重視】と【悲観】より有意に高かった。主介護者の患者に対する語りのパターンは,患者の要因,主介護者の要因,患者に対する肯定的感情の強さが反映されていることが示され,パターンに応じた支援の重要性が示唆された。To clarify the relationship between the patterns of narratives of primary caregivers of mentally ill patients and their feelings toward the patients, and to examine support for family members, a semi-structured interview and a self-administered questionnaire survey were conducted with 30 primary caregivers. The interviews were analyzed using the K-J method, which generated 28 concepts and 10 categories. Correspondence analysis was conducted to detect narrative patterns based on the combination of categories, which were classified into four patterns: [community-oriented], [self-responsibility], [positive], and [pessimism]. The results showed that [self-responsibility] was significantly higher than [pessimism] in terms of positive feelings toward patients. In addition, first-time hospitalization was more common in the [self-responsibility] group, and re-hospitalization in the [positive] group, and emotional support “within the family” was significantly higher in the [positive] group than in the [community-oriented] and [pessimistic] groups.The patterns of primary caregivers’ narratives about patients reflected the factors of patients, primary caregivers, and the strength of their positive feelings toward patients, suggesting the importance of support according to the patterns

    現代の日本では,セクシュアルマイノリティ非当事者は,当事者を十分に理解していないため,当事者のことを理解し受容していくことが重要である。そのため,本研究ではセクシュアルマイノリティ受容感を高めるための要因について検討した。研究1では,セクシュアルマイノリティ受容感に当事者との個人的接触経験や異質拒否傾向の低さ,「性の多様性」授業を通して当事者への共感的態度が形成されることが関連していることが明らかになった。研究2では,セクシュアルマイノリティへの共感的態度に着目した「性の多様性」授業の効果について検討した。その結果,セクシュアルマイノリティへの共感的態度に着目して授業を行うことは,セクシュアルマイノリティ受容感を高める上で,有効であることが明らかになった。In modern Japan, it is important for sexual minority non-parties to understand and accept the parties because they do not fully understand them. Therefore, in this study, we examined the factor for increasing the feeling of accepting sexual minority.In Study 1, it was clarified that the feeling of accepting sexual minority were related to personal contact experience with the parties, low of tendency toward uniformity in friendship groups and empathic attitude to the parties formed through “sexual diversity” class. In Study 2, we examined the effect of “sexual diversity” class focusing on empathic attitude toward sexual minority. As the result, it was clarified that the class focusing on the empathetic attitude toward sexual minority was effective in raising the feeling accepting of sexual minority

    Effects of a high-fat diet on the electrical properties of porcine atria

    AbstractBackgroundBecause obesity is an important risk factor for atrial fibrillation (AF), we conducted an animal study to examine the effect of a high-fat diet (HFD) on atrial properties and AF inducibility.MethodsTen 8-week-old pigs (weight, 18–23kg) were divided into two groups. For 18 weeks, five pigs were fed a HFD (HFD group) and five were fed a normal diet (control group). Maps of atrial activation and voltages during sinus rhythm were created for all pigs using the EnSite NavX system. Effective refractory period (ERP) and AF inducibility were also determined. When AF was induced, complex fractionated atrial electrogram (CFAE) mapping was performed. At 18 weeks, hearts were removed for comparing the results of histological analysis between the two groups. Body weight, lipid levels, hemodynamics, cardiac structures, and electrophysiological properties were also compared.ResultsTotal cholesterol levels were significantly higher (347 [191–434] vs. 81 [67–88]mg/dL, P=0.0088), and left atrium pressure was higher (34.5 [25.6–39.5] vs. 24.5 [21.3–27.8]mmHg, P=0.0833) in the HFD group than in the control group, although body weight only increased marginally (89 [78–101] vs. 70 [66–91]kg, P=0.3472). ERPs of the pulmonary vein (PV) were shorter (P<0.05) and AF lasted longer in the HFD group than in the control group (80 [45–1350] vs. 22 [3–30]s, P=0.0212). Neither CFAE site distribution nor histopathological characteristics differed between the two groups.ConclusionsThe shorter ERPs for the PV observed in response to the HFD increased vulnerability to AF, and these electrophysiological characteristics may underlie obesity-related AF
