    The Role of Learning Organizations in Improving Human Resources Management

    The rapid pace of changes in internal and external business environment affects the organizations to develop a new strategy such as learning ; in this change process, what is more important is that how organizations struggle to survive and succeed in business environment . The proposed strategy is that organizations develop into learning organizations , in other words , innovations in different dimensions make the organizations to learn as much as or faster than outside environment , in case the organizations do not embrace change and not learn as much as or even more than environmental changes , doubtlessly, they shall be destroyed.     Stock Companies as an Important Source of Influence to Increase Investment in Economic Projects: Case Study of Mofid Brokerage Firm

    One of the main tools to extend and make deeper the capital market is promoting the level of market analysis. Without extensive and comprehensive research and analysis on the capital markets, we cannot expect to grow capital market's position in the national economy. A brief review of developments in stock companies, as a key element of the market capitalization of the economy, indicates that gap analysis has been existed on this market. But promising steps have been taken towards the use of standard indicators and methodologies for analyzing our capital markets through recent years. However, it is still common that we are far from the analyzing the capital market and we have lots of works to do on this field. In this study we investigated the relationship between conservatism and some characteristics of the board of directors (as the main strategy of the company) in order to motivate and increase the level of investments. To achieve this goal, 53 companies which are the subcategories of Mofid brokerage firm were selected for a period of 6 years (from 1385 to 1391)

    Studying Customer Satisfaction of Mashhad Airport Customs Based on Kano and Servqual Models

    Over the past two decades, developed countries were shadowed by moving toward service-based economics, which is recently affecting developing countries. Due to such transformation, scientific parties became interested in and managers tried to increasingly recognize effective factors of quality of service (QoS) and customer satisfaction. The present study made efforts to cover each model weaknesses using strengths of the other through integrating the two well–known models of Kano & Servqual. The survey was conducted at Customs of Mashhad Airport trying to identify customer satisfaction effective factors. 120 questionnaires were randomly distributed among the customs’ clients. The effect of SERVQUAL model dimensions on client satisfaction was identified t=using five research hypotheses; next, each dimension was classified in one of the three requirement categories of KANO model; then, the relationship between factors of quality of service model with the requirements was examined. Research result revealed that more than 50% of changes in dependent variable (satisfaction) are explained by quality of service model components and 75% of changes in customer satisfaction were predicted by functional and motivational requirements. Moreover, There was seen a significant relationship between quality of service model components and Kano functional and motivational requirements. Finally, some suggestions are recommended to improve the organization quality of services and to advice for future research

    Effect of Employees' Entrepreneurial Orientations on Knowledge Management in Small and Medium Enterprises in Iran

    ABSTRACT The present study aims to fill the gap and investigate the effects of entrepreneurial orientations (innovativeness, risk-taking and proactiveness) on knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge transfer, knowledge storage and knowledge application) in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Descriptive and correlation (regression) methods were applied in the study. Target population of the research consisted of 15000 employees in 765 industrial production units of Toos Industrial Town which were active in the production of food, textile, chemic, cellulose, metallic and non-metallic mineral, electricity and electronics. The sample size is 375 and random stratified sampling method applied to collect data. The research tool was a standard questionnaire. Regression and correlation methods and SPSS software were used to assess the collected data. The findings revealed that there is a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial orientations and knowledge management. The results of regression analysis also showed that the factors of innovativeness, proactiveness and risk-taking have significant effects on the knowledge management changes; they also allocate more than 27 percent of knowledge management variance
