    Peningkatan Kemampuan Sains Melalui Pendekatan Proyek

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sains melalui pendekatan proyek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PAUD Dahlia Indah, Medan, Sumatera Utara pada Februari-April 2013. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan dengan satu siklus yang terdiri dari 4 tahap: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah lima belas anak-anak. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen observasisebelum siklus dan setelah siklus I, catatan lapangan, dan catatandokumentasi.Dalam penelitian ini persentase analisis data yang didasarkan pada kesepakatan peneliti dan kolaborator adalah nilai masing-masing anak-anak yang mencapai 70%. Hasil datapra-penelitianadalah 23,33% dan pada siklus I adalah 81,85%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan sains dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan proyek

    This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge on environmental issues and personality (introverts) towards environmentally responsible behavior. The method used in this study is an ex-post-facto study. This study was conducted at SMAN 1 Bekasi, with 40 respondents Students.Research and development has been applied by involving 40 people as sample,each for treatment and control group Instrumet for measuring people knowleage has been developed in true-false format with reability research results revealed that there was significant difference of people knowleage between post and pre-test in treatment group between treatment and control group gain-scores. These indicated that instructional package was able to improve effectively people knowleage abaut natural reasource conservasion.sasi culture has been proven to be one of traditional heritages which influence people way of live howto harmonioussly with nature.it has been also strengthened by a intergrating it with ecological concepts in an intsructional package this product could be disseminated for young generation as what expected by sustainable development, The results of the study show that there is an influence of environmental issues on the personality of environmentally responsible behavior. The conclusion that knowledge of environmental issues is not alone affects the environmentally responsible but also depends on the personality (introvert and extrovert) hali it can also be seen in the findings

    Pengaruh Ability Pegawai Memahami Isu-isu Lingkungan dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Pengelolaan Konservasi Hutan Kota

    The purpose of this study is to reveal the strength of employee's ability factors to understand environmental issues and leadership on the effectiveness of urban forest management employees. This research was carried out in the PT JIEP Pulogadung industrial area in Jakarta for three months, starting from June to August 2017. The research method used was ex post-facto or comparative causal relationship with 2 x factorial design 2. Results of research on urban forest conservation management activities between employees with the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than those with the ability to understand the low environmental issues. The average urban forest conservation management that has the ability to understand high environmental issues is 141.93 higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues, namely 125.93. Furthermore, there is an interaction effect between the application of the ability to understand environmental issues and Leadership on the management of forest conservation of the city. The effect of the interaction is 41%. Urban forest conservation management activities between employees who have the ability to understand high environmental issues are higher than employees who have the ability to understand low environmental issues in the group with Transformative Leadership as evidenced from the tuckey test results, that Qcount> Qtable is 5.91> 4 , 11 Keywords: Employee Ability, Environmental Issues, Leadershi
