Introduction. The study is complex and extremely topical in modern society and social and cultural reality. The problem is challenging because the pedagogical assistance in self-determination in trade occupations gives a great opportunity to achieve a high level in personal development, in modern production, and in society as a whole.The aim of the study is to develop a concept of pedagogical assistance in self-determination of high school students in the field of trade occupations. Methodology and research methods. The solution of the problems and test assumptions have been provided with the help of the following methods: theoretical analysis of philosophical, psychological, sociological and pedagogical works; diagnostics; observation; archival research; taxonomic qualimetric; pilot, ascertaining and educational experiments; methods of mathematical statistics.Results. The research shows a positive change in creativity, reflexivity and values of high school students in experimental groups. In certain conditions the process of self-determination in trade occupations has been successful.Scientific novelty. There has been developed a scientific concept of pedagogical assistance in self-determination of high school students in the field of trade occupations, which includes the structure, functions, laws and principles, factors, pedagogical conditions and a mechanism to ensure the effectiveness of the selfdetermination process; technological and reflexive foundations of this process.Practical significance. Training system of future specialists: quality control
The aim of the investigation is development of innovative strategy of quality control training of engineers and skilled workers (hereinafter β future specialists) in educational professional organizations on the principles of social partnership. Methods. Theoretic: theoretic and methodological analysis, polytheoretic synthesis, modeling. Empirical: research and generalization of the system, process and competence β based approaches experience, experiment, observation, surveys, expert evaluation, SWOT-analysis as a method of strategic planning which is to identify the internal and external factors (socio-cultural) of the organization surrounding. Results. The strategy of the development of the process of quality control training in educational professional organizations and a predictive model of the system of quality control training for future engineers and workers have been created on the analysis and synthesis of a quantitative specification of the quality,Β the obtained experience and success in control training of future specialists in educational professional organizations in recent economic and educational conditions. Scientific novelty. There has been built a predicative model of quality control training of future specialists to meet modern standards and the principles of social partnership; the control algorithm of the learning process, developed in accordance with the standards (international) of quality ISO in the implementation of the quality control systems of the process approach (matrix-based responsibility, competence and remit of those responsible for the education process in the educational organization, the Β«problemΒ» terms and diagnostic tools for assessing the quality of professional training of future specialists). The perspective directions of innovation in the control of the quality of future professionals training have been determined; the parameters of a comprehensive analysis of the state of the system to ensure the quality of their training on the basis of procedures for self-examination and questioning have been supported; the improving system technology to ensure the quality of vocational training have been developed; the implementation mechanism of the system of quality training control training of future specialists in the professional organization have been specified. Evidence for a fractional quantum Hall state with anisotropic longitudinal transport
At high magnetic fields, where the Fermi level lies in the N=0 lowest Landau
level (LL), a clean two-dimensional electron system (2DES) exhibits numerous
incompressible liquid phases which display the fractional quantized Hall effect
(FQHE) (Das Sarma and Pinczuk, 1997). These liquid phases do not break
rotational symmetry, exhibiting resistivities which are isotropic in the plane.
In contrast, at lower fields, when the Fermi level lies in the third
and several higher LLs, the 2DES displays a distinctly different class of
collective states. In particular, near half filling of these high LLs the 2DES
exhibits a strongly anisotropic longitudinal resistance at low temperatures
(Lilly et al., 1999; Du et al., 1999). These "stripe" phases, which do not
exhibit the quantized Hall effect, resemble nematic liquid crystals, possessing
broken rotational symmetry and orientational order (Koulakov et al., 1996;
Fogler et al., 1996; Moessner and Chalker, 1996; Fradkin and Kivelson, 1999;
Fradkin et al, 2010). Here we report a surprising new observation: An
electronic configuration in the N=1 second LL whose resistivity tensor
simultaneously displays a robust fractionally quantized Hall plateau and a
strongly anisotropic longitudinal resistance resembling that of the stripe

Measurements of the microwave surface impedance and
of the complex conductivity of high-quality, high- single
crystals of YBCO, BSCCO, TBCCO, and TBCO are analyzed. Experimental data of
and are compared with calculations based on a modified
two-fluid model which includes temperature-dependent quasiparticle scattering
and a unique temperature variation of the density of superconducting carriers.
We elucidate agreement as well as disagreement of our analysis with the salient
features of the experimental data. Existing microscopic models are reviewed
which are based on unconventional symmetry types of the order parameter and on
