Analisis Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di Pulau Sumatera Dengan Regresi Data Panel Tahun 2015-2019

Pertumbuhan ekonomi menggambarkan perkembangan fisikal barang dan jasa  di suatu wilayah/negara, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah pengeluaran pemerintah,investasi, ekspor ,impor dan jumlah penduduk berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah dengan mengunakan regresi data panel (tahun 2015-2019) di peroleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Pengeluaran pemerintah,Impor dan jumlah Penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di pulau Sumatera, sedangkan Investasi dan ekspor tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di pulau Sumatera

Peluang Wanita Menikah Bekerja di Sektor Informal (Pedagang Kaki lima) di Desa Kemang Indah Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Propinsi Riau

This study aims to examine the effect of married women's education, husband's occupation, the education of the oldest child, residence status, family dependence and household expenditure on the chances of married women working in the informal sector (street vendors) in Kemang Indah Village, Tambang District, Kampar District . This study uses primary and secondary. The analytical tool used in this study is logistic regression. From the research results obtained from the six independent variables used in this study, three independent variants have a significant effect on the probability of married women to work in the Informal sector namely variables: husband's work, oldest education, residence status, while the other three independent variables are the education variables of married women, Jumah family dependents and household expenditures did not significantly influence the probability of married women in Kemang Indah Village, Tambang District to work in the informa sector (street vendors)

KKN merupakan bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa kepada Masyarakat dengan tujuan  mensosialisasi akan arti pentingnya pelstarian lingkungan hidup untuk mewujudkan lingkungan tempat tinggal yang aman dan terpelihara sehingga dapat memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman kepada seluruh penduduk atau Masyarakat yang ada di lingkungan tersebut maupun Masyarakat yang berada di sekitar pemukiman tersebut Upaya penciptaan lingkungan yang aman dan nyaman tidak dapat dilkukan secara personal namun harus dilakukan secara Bersama dengan semangat gotong royong.Kegiatan KKN dilakun dengan Menyusun program kerja berdasarkan kondisi yang ada dilapangan pada saat survei awal kkn,untuk menemukan permsalahan yang urgen untuk dibantu mencarikan dan memberikan solusi sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyakat dengan cara melibatkan langsung Masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan yang ada di proker yakni: 1. pembuatan tong sampah kreatif 2. This research aims to determine the factors that affect labor supply in Riau Province over a period of nineteen years (2000-2018). From the results of the simultaneous study, it is known that wage level, economic growth, number of family dependents, average length of schooling and total population have a significant effect on labor supply in Riau province, while partially the wage level, number of family dependents, average school duration, and population have a significant effect on labor supply in Riau province, while tpak and economic growth have no significant effect on labor supply in Riau province. &nbsp

Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kecenderungan Kecurangan pada Rumah Sakit Kota Pekanbaru

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengendalian internal, kesesuaian kompensasi, budaya organisasi, ketaatan aturan akuntansi dan moralitas individu terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan (fraud) pada rumah sakit Kota Pekanbaru. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer, yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah 64 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal, kesesuaian kompensasi, ketaatan aturan akuntansi dan moralitas individu berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan. Sedangkan budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan kecurangan

Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja Perempuan Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir (2010-2021)

This study aims to see how the influence of GRDP, UMK, the number of women with a high school education equivalent, the number of women with diploma education and above and the number of female population aged 15-64 years on the participation rate of the female workforce in Rokan Hilir Regency for the years (2010-20210). The results of this study indicate that the variables GRDP, UMK, women with high school education equivalent, women with diploma education and above have a positive and significant effect on the level of participation of the female workforce in Rokan Hilir Regency in 2010-2021, while the variable number of female residents is negatively and not significant. on the participation rate of the female workforce in Rokan Hilir Regency

Pengaruh Corporate Governance Terhadap Pelaporan Online Informasi Strategik Pada Perusahaan Yang Terindeks LQ45

This study aims to examine corporate governance mechanism on online reporting of strategic information. To carry out this study, some of the company’s specific characteristics are used as control variables such as firm size, firm complexity, risk level and profitability. The sample of this research is taken from a company indexed LQ45 in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Hypothesis tested by using cross sectional data with multiple regression. The result show that audit committe are positively assosiated with strategic information online reporting. The frequency of meeting of the board of directors and  the size of the auditor that include the big four or local has no effect on the online reporting strategic information. The proportion of independent non-executive directors shows a negative direction in terms of online reporting of strategic information. Pengelolaan Sampah Plastik Domestik Menjadi Wadah Media Tanam Sayuran

Limbah plastic domestic yang dihasilkan dimasa pandemic Covid-19 saat ini semakin meningat. Meningkatnya limbah plastic karena kebiasaan baru yang harus diterapkan selama Covid-19. Kebiasaan baru dengan tetap tinggal di rumah, bekerja di rumah, dan hampir semua kegiatan hanya dilakukan di rumah. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan/ ketrampilan / soft skill  masyarakat kurang produktif/non-produktif  (recycle limbah plastik), meningkatkan penerapan IPTEK dalam pengolahan limbah plastic, dan membantu memenuhi kelentingan keluarga dalam kebutuhan pangan penduduk desa pada kondisi Pandemik Covid 19. Metode yang dilakukan adalah ceramah-penyuluhan, tanya jawab, pelatihan shoft skill. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah sebanyak 30 ibu-ibu di RT 01 RW 02 Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang mendapatkan keterampilan/soft skill untuk mendaur ulang limbah plastic, dapat menerapkan IPTEK dalam pengelolaan limbah plastic, dan membantu memenuhi kebutuhan sayur sehari-harinya dimasa pandemic Covid-19

Pengaruh Good Governance, Kompetensi dan Pengendalian Akuntansi terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah Kabupaten Kampar

The government's performance is measured so that it can be seen how the government carries out what it is responsible for. The issue of local government performance is in the public spotlight because it has not shown good results that are felt directly by the community. Researchers took 25 OPDs of Kampar Regency as research objects. The purpose of this study was to determine whether Good Governance, Competence, and Accounting Control affect the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies. Collecting data using research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical, with the aim of testing the hypothesis that has been set. The data analysis technique used Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of the validity test on each variable in this study are valid. The value of r-count greater than r-table is 0.304, so that r-count> r-table and the variables used are declared reliable. The normality test value is above 0.05 so that the residual is declared normal. In the F test, the significance is 0.00 or smaller than 0.05, it can be said that the regression equation is fixed. Partially that Good Governance and Accounting Control does not, while Competence have a significant influence significantly influence the Performance Accountability of Government Agencies in Kampar Regency

Analisis Tingkat Partisipasi Angkatan Kerja di Propinsi Bengkulu (2010-2019)

Bengkulu is a Province in Sumatra which is located at coordinates 5 ° 40 '- 2 ° 0' LS 40 '- 104 ° 0' E with an area of 19,788.70 km2 (7,640.46) which borders: North: West Sumatra, South : Lampung, West: Indian Ocean, East: Jambi and South Sumatra. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of labor force, the number of poor people and the provincial minimum wage on TPAK in Bengkulu province. Of these three variables the number of workforce is positively and significantly related to the TPAK of Bengkulu province, the variable of the number of poor people is positively and not significantly related to the TPAK and the Provincial Minimum Wage is negatively and significantly related to the TPAK in Bengkulu Province
