Pengaruh Insentif Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Kota Batu, Jawa Timur)
This study was conducted to observe of the impact of incentives and motivation on employee performance, which is an important issue in a number of organizations. This research is explanatory research, where researchers conducted observations in research data collection and record data such as presence, analyze and explaining the data. The study took place in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu by taking all employees as the population. It is based on the total number of employees who only reached 104 people. So that the sampling in this study randomized and the amount of samples taken for 83 respondents. The purpose of this research is to understand the significant effect of incentives and motivation on employee performance in CV Suka Alam (Kaliwatu Rafting) Batu partially. And to investigate the incentives and motivation have a significant influences on employee performances. Overall this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance do simultaneously and partially. From here it can be seen that both the independent variables were the most dominant influence on employee performance is incentives because it has highest beta coefficient and t quantification
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Karyawan PTPN XI Unit USAha Pg Semboro)
The purpose of this study to examine the influence of leadership style on job stress and employee performance in PG Semboro. This research used leadership style variables consisting of authoritarian leadership style, democratic leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, work stress, and employee performance. This research used explanatory research with quantitative approach. The sample in this research amounted to 100 respondents with data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis was done by using descriptive statistics, path analysis, and precision model. The results of this research indicate that authoritarian leadership style have positive and significant impact on work stress, democratic leadership style have negative and significant impact to work stress, laissez faire leadership style have negative and significant impact to work stress. Also an authoritarian leadership style have negative and insignificant impact on employee performance, democratic leadership style have positive and significant impact on employee performance, laissez faire leadership style have positive and significant impact to employee performance, and work stress has negative and significant impact to employee performance
Peranan Pemimpin Dalam Mengembangkan Budaya Organisasi (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) Malang Regional Office)
Organizational culture is a something that must grow if there is intention to establish organizational behavior, individual behavior and organizational image that conforms to the expectation of community as the user of service and product. The research aimed to understand the description of organizational culture established by the corporate leader and the role of leader in establishing organizational culture to achieve the goal of corporate.Method of the research is qualitative. Data are obtained by interview and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, data presentation and conclusion remark or verification.Result of research indicates that the role of leader in establishing organizational culture is found in their communication and their stand as role modeling. Communication in corporate is very important part that must be considered by leader.because communication represents a tool for leader to implement organizational culture. As role modeling, corporate leader classified as relatively good person because every employee perceives that leader behavior is a guide that must be followed. It is suggested that employee discipline must be built well and kept persistent through monitoring and sanction if deviance shall occur
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pelayan (Servant Leadership) terhadap Produktivitas Kerja (Studi pada Karyawan Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang)
This research aims to know and explain the influence of servant leadership towards employee productivity (a case study on employee at Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang). The type of this researcher is explanatory research by using quantitative method. This research use two types of data which is primary data and secondary data. The subject of this research is 38 staff of Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang by using sampel jenuh technique. Analysis of the data included descriptive analysis and path analysis were processed using SPSS versi11. The method of this research is simple regresion analysis. The result of regresion analysis is the leadership that applied on Pabrik Gula Tjoekir Jombang staff have positive and significant influence towards work productivity. Pengaruh Konflik Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Soekarno Hatta Malang)
The aim of this study is to determine the influence of work conflict and work Stress variables on employee's performance, both simultaneously and partially. The type of research in this study is Explanatory Research with quantitative approach. The sample studied amounted to 45 employees of PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk branch Soekarno Hatta Malang. Multiple linear regression analysis in Table Coefficients equation Y = 37,030-0,191X1-0,285X2 which means that each additional unit of work conflict will reduce the value of the employee's performance of -0.191, and each additional unit of work stress will reduce the value of the employee's performance of -0.285. Simultaneously, it obtained value of F (10.980)> F table (3.23) with the level of sig t (0.000) <α (0.05), which indicates that work conflict and work stress simultaneously affect the performance of employees. Partially, tcount of work conflic indicates the value of -2.471, and work stress indicates the value of -2.292, which are greater (>) than ttable with a value of -2.021. As well as the significance of work conflict with sig t 0,018 <α 0.05 and the significance of work stress with sig t 0,027 <α 0.05, which indicates that work conflict and Work stress partially give negative influence and significant impact on employee's performance

The development of tourism industry in an area is very dependent on the increasing number and utilization of the Tourism Destination (DTW), so that with the number of tourists the tourist location will develop well, and it happens in Bojonegoro Regency which has tourism potential. One of the leading tourist attraction is Kayangan Api. Kayangan Api is an icon of Bojonegoro Regency that needs to be developed. Therefore, it is necessary efforts in the development of attractions Kayangan Api in order to increase the interest of tourists to visit. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Research instruments used include interview guides, documentation guides, recorder and camera. The validity of data used in this research is data triangulation method. Data analysis technique used is an interactive analysis technique consisting of four components of data collection, data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions.
