Mathematical modeling of the UHF heating of water oil emulsions

    No full text
Questions of mathematical aspects of microwave technologies development for the oil extraction complex are considered. Mathematical modeling methods are discussed. Common aspects of mathematical modeling of water oil emulsions are considered. Accent was made on the fact that mathematical model of the UHF heating of water oil emulsion was the β€œheart” of the controlling part of technological complex for it separation on water, oil and impurities

Development of microwave processes and complexes at the present stage

In this paper, we discuss results of researches in the field of microwave technologies carried out by scientists and experts of Kazan school. The first section is traditionally devoted to the summary of the conducted researches and development, as well as their places in similar researches of the world community. Results of author's researches in the field of mathematical modeling for microwave technologies and complexes are given in the second section. Approaches to the solution of the general and private problems of modeling are given. In the third section of paper, original classification of microwave processes is discussed. Results of development of installations, devices of real technological microwave complexes for various branches of industrial productions are given in the fourth section. The short review of the materials, published in various world and Russian editions, is provided in the fifth section: monographs, papers in journals and conference proceedings

Optimization and projecting methods for microwave technologies UHF-systems

    No full text
Statements and solutions of arbitrary problem are connected with determination of extremal problems, which provide correctness of initial hypothesis, an optimal choice of realization method and economical expedience of practical utilization. Common statements of extremal problems for creation of microwave technologies UHF-systems, which affect on environment with variable parameters in closed volume by means of electromagnetic field in order to get final definite effect, are concerned

Development of microwave technologies for the oil and gas extraction complex

    No full text
Questions of microwave technologies development for the oil and gas extraction complex are considered. The data on the oil environment being object of microwave electromagnetic fields influence is resulted, the physical essence of carried out microwave technological processes are briefly discussed. Classification of the microwave technologies used and developed for the oil and gas extraction complex, the basic requirements is resulted for them, economic and ecological aspects of their application are marked

Microwave field energy as baker's yeast metabolism regulator

    No full text
The influence of EMI EHF on physiological, morphological and technological characteristics of the bakery yeast growth in a wide frequency range has been investigated. Frequencies, significantly activating the yeast physiology, are defined. It is shown that impact effects persist during at least 250 generations. Changes in physiological activity, due to the radiation, are in good agreement with experimental data on enzymatic activity transformation of the key enzymes of yeast metabolism (Ξ²-fructofuranosidase, hexokinase, fumaratehydrotase). The action of EMI EHF on Saccharomyces cerevisiae yeast growth in the presence of azole and polyene groups of antibiotics, influencing on the formation of cytoplasmic membrane and yeast cell wall, has been studied too

Optimization of electromagnetic field excitation for microwave industrial and agricultural application

    No full text
The aim of the paper is to discuss the modern approaches to the problem of electromagnetic field excitation efficiency improvement for operating chambers used for microwave industrial and agricultural applications.Problems of microwave excitation optimization are divided into two classes: optimisation under requirements for electromagnetic field intensity and in accordance with the different kind requirements for the temperature field distribution. Optimization problems accordingly to these two classes are formulated and calculation methods are discussed

Complex permittivity measurements in adaptive microwave complex

    No full text
Complex permittivity measurement issues are under review in this work. After considering of all existing methods it was decided to choose one of them, that according to the expert point of view is the most perspective one for usage in microwave technological complex which are performing temperature and microwave processing of oil-inwater emulsion. Measurements are carried out on the same frequency as processing. Results of the experiments are given at the end

    A dielectric lens collimator

    No full text
In the given report the results of development of the simple collimator with an extended target zone on a basis of the dielectric lens with a rotational symmetry are presented. The increase of EM field uniformity in lens aperture is achieved because of a choice of the lens material with losses, and the decrease of total gain of the collimator is compensated by increasing of radiator gain. The experimental features of the collimator in the target zone also are shown

Mathematical modeling of the UHF heating of multilayered liquid in static cylindrical volume

    No full text
Questions of mathematical aspects of microwave technologies development for the oil extraction complex are considered. Mathematical modeling of multiphase liquid in static cylindrical volume is discussed. The result of modeling is the proof of the UHF heating efficiency. As it has been shown, the basic part of UHF energy is spent for Β«useful workΒ», namely, on heating of multiphase layer of water oil emulsion due to what there is its decomposition
