Development of an open source agricultural mobile data collector system
The information is important in every decision area. The Big Data philosophy lead to collect every possible data. Nowadays these applications are more and more successful in the following agricultural areas: different parts of food industry, extension services, precision agriculture. While studying the use of these new ICT technologies can be concluded that different types of services offer different possibilities. Firstly we compared the possible mainboards and sensors. General information about the existing mobile main boards. We compared the Atmel AVR, the Raspberry PI and the LEGO Mindstorms NXT. We choosed the Arduino system board. We described the main system architecture and connection possibilites. We found the temperature sensor widely useable. The software was also briefly mentioned. We can say there are several advantages of the Arduino. The whole system can be upgradeable, and there are several Arduino based mainboards and sensors too. Nowadays the block programming support are increasing (etc. MIT Appinventor), but there are disadvantages too. The system has several limitation: the number of the connected sensor, the connection type, the system energy supply, the data loss, the creation of user friendly interface and the system failure tolerability.</jats:p
Androgenesis induction in microspore culture of sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.)
Isolated microspore culture experiments were
carried out in sweet pepper (Capsicum annuum L.) F1
hybrid genotypes. In the first experiment, four culture media
(W14, B5, MS and NLN) were compared to test their
effectiveness in inducing the formation of microsporederived
structures in two genotypes. The experiments
revealed the superiority of B5 medium. In the second
experiment, the effects of different ratios of 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic
acid (2,4-D) (0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.5 mg l-1) and
kinetin (0, 0.2 and 0.5 mg l-1) were also investigated in B5
medium with two genotypes. The effect of growth regulators
were investigated on the production of microsporederived
calli and embryo-like structures (ELSs), the ratio of
the two and plant regeneration (number of regenerated
plantlets) in microspore culture. The histological experiments
revealed the differences between the microsporederived
ELSs and calli. The most promising results were
obtained on the investigated parameters in the presence of
0.1 mg l-1 2,4-D and 0.2 mg l-1 kinetin producing the
highest number of plantlets in both genotypes tested. In the
response of 11 genotypes, the androgenesis induction was
successful in each sweet pepper genotypes tested using the
best basic medium and growth regulators combination.
In case of 11 genotypes, the number of ELSs ranged from
20 to 100/Petri dish (an average of 48.1 ELS/Petri dish),
while the number of green plantlets varied from 0 to 8
plantlets/Petri dish (an average of 1.5 plantlets/Petri dish)
depending on the genotype. The spontaneous rediploidization
rate obtained was 25% in isolated microspore

A receptor molekulá-kat jelátvivĹ‘ egysĂ©ggel egy eszközben integrálva szenzorokat alakĂtottunk ki Ă©lettani, környezetvĂ©delmi Ă©s Ă©lelmiszer minĹ‘sĂ©gbiztosĂtás szempontjábĂłl fontos ionok meghatározására. KĂĽlönbözĹ‘ eljárást dolgoztunk ki anyagtranszport kontrollált ionszelektĂv elektrĂłdok előállĂtására a szenzor paramĂ©terek javĂtása cĂ©ljábĂłl. ElsĹ‘kĂ©nt publikáltuk az ionofor-arany nanorĂ©szecske konjugátumok alkalmazását, mint Ăşj lehetĹ‘sĂ©get ionoforok ionszelektĂv membránban valĂł rögzĂtĂ©sĂ©re. Az originális ötlet alapján ezĂĽst szenzort fejlesztettĂĽnk ki, mely nanomĂłlos kimutatási határral jelzi az ezĂĽstionokat Ă©s megmutattuk az ilyen tĂpusĂş Ă©rzĂ©kelĹ‘k nyomanalitikai alkalmazhatĂłságát. By coupling the original sensormolecules to different signal transduction units new chemical sensors were fabricated for the selective determination of ions important in physiology, environmental protection and food quality control. Different approaches have been elaborated for the fabrication of mass transport controlled ion-selective sensors with improved analytical parameters. For the first time we have reported on the application of ionophore-gold nanoparticle conjugates as a new concept in confining ionophores to ion-selective membranes using inert nanoparticle carriers. Based on this new concept silver selective sensors were fabricated and the applicability of this type of sensors for trace analysis has been demonstrated. Potentiometric miroelectrodes of robust construction, adaptable to Scanning Electrochemical Microscope have been suggested for analysis in biological fluids. For the detection of zinc in the nanomolar concentration range optical zinc ion-selective sensor, while for the simultaneous detection of heavy metals at trace level in foods receptor modified voltammetric sensors, and for the analysis of microorganism and pesticides biosensors were developed

Napjainkban számos terĂĽleten Ă©rezhetjĂĽk a digitalizáciĂł pozitĂv hatását. Nincs ez máshogy az egĂ©szsĂ©gĂĽgy terĂĽletĂ©n sem, ahol az IoT-koncepciĂł (Internet of Things) adatgyűjtĂ©ssel, illetve a Big Data koncepciĂł adatkezelĂ©ssel kapcsolatos megoldásai hozzájárulnak az adatorientált, szemĂ©lyre szabott egĂ©szsĂ©gĂĽgyi döntĂ©sekhez. Jelen kutatás cĂ©lja a fogyasztĂłk tĂ©makörrel kapcsolatos vĂ©lemĂ©nyĂ©nek felmĂ©rĂ©se, illetve a technolĂłgiai megoldások diffĂşziĂłját befolyásolĂł faktorok meghatározása annak Ă©rdekĂ©ben, hogy a kutatás folytatásakĂ©nt az igĂ©nyekhez illeszkedĹ‘ hardver- Ă©s szoftverplatform kialakĂtására nyĂljon lehetĹ‘sĂ©g.
