The author performed a detailed motive-thematic analysis of the Donbass poetry, presented in the book “The Great Checkpoint: an Anthology of Donbass Poetry” (St. Petersburg : Piter, 2023). The following motive-thematic lines have been identified and analyzed: premonitions of war; native land, Donbass and Donetsk; experiences of the fiery reality of war in all its manifestations; death, memory, connections of the historical past and present; the mystical unity of the living and the dead; cultural and linguistic identity. The range of attention also included the journalistic component of the Donbass lyrics — its open evaluation, reportage form, polemical orientation. The conclusion is made about the inclusion of this poetry into the tradition of Russian civil and political lyrics, marked by the names of A. Akhmatova, N. Gumilev, M. Voloshin, A. Blok, O. Mandelstam, I. Savin, N. Turoverov, V. Smolensky, Yu. Sofiev, O. Bergholz, K. Simonov, I. Elagin, poets of the front generation

AbstractThe study suggests data of expert assessment of basic emotional states, as being displayed on the computer. Gender, Age, and extraversion/introversion would serve as differentiating indicators for the groups of experts. Stimulus material of a visual nature was arranged in the following way: we took a two-minute movie (a video clip) with a close-up which tightly framed a human in a certain emotional state; the film was cut into seven shots (slides). Each shot was assessed by the experts on the nine-point scale to rate the eight basic emotions (joy, disgust, surprise, anger, bewilderment, calmness, fear, sadness). The movie as a whole was being assessed on the five-point scale with thirty items. The study reveals that emotional experience of a human in TV communication is represented by a combination of several basic emotions. The group of women over 35 years and the group of extraverts demonstrated a higher level of emotional intelligence

The research goal is to determine clinical, endoscopic and morphological signs of chronic duodenitis in children. Materials and methods: The diagnostic value of molecular markers has been revealed by immunohistochemical research of biopsy. It has been received from endoscopic examination of 32 children aged from 3 to 17 years old with chronic duodenitis. Morphometric investigation of markers expression has been carried out by means of analyzing system of digital images of Mikrovizor medical uVizo-103. Results: The index of proliferation has been higher in cells of cover epithelium than in glands. The inductor expression of apoptosis Bax has been poorly expressed in both groups of patients. It has been proved that proliferative processes are predominant in this pathology. Conclusion: It has been found out that proliferation of significant activity in the cover epithelium accompanies the development of preatrophic processes in children with chronic duodenitis. The greater degree of regeneration has been marked in crypts.</p&gt
