The interesting differences in the general chemokine and cytokine levels between the CNS compartment and the peripheral blood are depicted. A) The CXCL10 concentration was markedly higher in CSF than in serum, whereas B) the CXCL13 and D) BAFF concentrations showed the opposite trend.
