Research on the dynamics of the appearance of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera was made in the frame of a farmland cultivated with maize in Neamt county. The biological material collected using sticky yellow traps during the year 2019 from June to August. The variants and repetitions of the experience were organized according to the mode of protection of culture and according to the treatment applied, and thus resulted in three variants as follows:Variant 1 - untreated maize; Variant 2 - ground treatment with granulated insecticide FORCE G 1.5; Variant 3 - treatment of the seed with Seedoprid 600 FS.During the entire period of observation, a total of 5313 adult specimens of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera were collected, where the first alert of the adult was made on 12 June, and its last registration was on 16 August

The material was collected in the corn crop belonging to the Ghiorghesti stationary, Neamt. In this periode, constant harvest was carried out between May and August 2018, by taking over biological material represented by roots and maize stalks that have been brought into the laboratory for examination and processing the data obtained. From the collected biological material, the Diabrotica virgifera virgifera specimens that have been determined and centralized have been retained.  The material was harvested on the three variants represented by untreated seed maize (V1), maize crop to which was applied the granulated soil treatment (V2) and maize crop to which was applied the seed treatment (V3). During the period of observation, were collected a number of 1951 specimens of larvae of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera. Following the centralization at variant 1 we totaled 963 specimens, at variant 2 we totaled 476secimens and at variant 3 we totaled 512 specimens

In order to establish the optimal moment of carrying out the treatments for the control of the adults, the dynamics of the appearance for Diabrotica virgifera virgifera is very important step in warning of treatments and their effectiveness. The research was carried out, in the corn cultivars from Neamt County. The biological material collected using sticky yellow traps during the year 2020 from June to September. The experience and randomization were organized according to the mode of protection of culture and according to the treatment applied, and thus resulted in three variants as follows three variants : variant 1 - no tillage work system, variant 2, minimum tillage work system and variant 3 , conventional tillage work system. In all variants the soil have was treated with granulated FORCE G 1.5 insecticide, active ingredient 1.5%, (Syngenta) at a dose of 15 kg ha.During the entire period of observation, a total of 5810 adult specimens of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera were collected, where the first alert of the adult was made on 15  June, and its last registration was on 15 September

In the current context, of banning neonicotinoids triatments, tillage systems and crop rotation are vrey important rings in controlling larval attack. The samples was collected in the corn crop from Ghigoiesti stationary, Neamt County. .The period of observation, harvest samples was carried out between May and August 2020, by taking over biological material represented by corn roots, that have been brought into the laboratory for examination and processing the data obtained. From the collected biological material, the Diabrotica virgifera virgifera specimens that have been determined and centralized have been retained.  The material was harvested on the three variants represented by no tillage (V1), minimum tillage  (V2) and conventional tillage (V3). All three varians are planting in soil tratament with Force G 1.5.Folloing the collection of samples and after analises, during the period of observation, were had colected a number of 1239 specimens of larvae of Diabrotica virgifera virgifera. And  after centralization at variant 1 we totaled 457 specimens, at variant 2 we totaled 418 secimens and at variant 3 we totaled 364 specimens

The Danube Strategy involves creating synergies between different sectors (tourism, environmental protection, agriculture and forestry), promoting solutions and contributing to the prosperity of social, economic and cultural sustainable development. It requires multi- interdisciplinary problem solving biodiversity conservation and environmental protection. Agro- biodiversity conservation and means must be assessed according to international risk categories, taking into account the culture, traditions and local lifestyle. Fundamental aspects of the protocols will be to assess species and breeds endangered and their influence on specific ecosystems of the Danube and Danube Delta to promote local tradition and cultural heritage. Our studies will have to reveal new interdependencies between socio- economic phenomena that occur in the context of regional sustainable development and identify viable solutions to ensure the conservation of agro- biodiversity as part of the natural and cultural heritage of the Danube Delta . Need of cooperation between Danube countries and between local authorities and research entities to conserve natural and cultural heritage that can be achieved based on eco-bio-diplomacy. Some ethnic groups, as the Roma, are thought to have different healthcare seeking behaviour. This paper aims to provide findings on the attitudes, preferences, expectations and concerns of a Roma ethnic group (Kalderash) regarding inpatient hospitalization. The findings focus on a series of data analysed from semi-structured interviews with 23 Kalderash patients and caregivers from Zanea community (county of Iasi, north-eastern part of Romania). Kalderash people have negative attitudes towards hospitalization and report significant anxieties. The findings reveal specificities related to patients’ ethnic background, cultural views and communication barriers. For their part, Roma are often suspicious of non-Roma people and institutions. Roma ideas about hospital are closely related to notions of purity and impurity. These basic concepts affect everyday life during inpatient hospitalization, including the way Roma deal with eating and washing, physicians and treatments, or coping with illness and death. When they seek medical care, Roma often come into conflict with medical personnel who find their behaviour confusing and demanding. Roma’s cultural beliefs and attitudes underlie their behaviour when they are being confronted with a serious illness and are seeking inpatient medical care. Attention to cultural diversity does matter, as this should lead to different medical behavioural patterns
