© 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. All rights reserved. An urgent task is the increase of thermal efficiency of pipes for heat exchangers. The greater efficiency of the pipes, the more compact heat exchangers can be created; its material consumption and cost will also reduce. The most common method is increasing the efficiency by applying surface heat exchange intensifiers. It is important to keep in mind that increasing the thermal efficiency by applying heat exchange intensifiers entails an increase of the hydraulic resistance of pipes. To create an effective intensifier we need to find the balance between the thermal efficiency growth and the hydraulic resistance growth. The results of numerical simulation of the process of heat transfer using a new kind of v-shaped intensifiers are presented in the work. A comparison of the thermal efficiency of v-shaped intensifiers with ring intensifiers and smooth pipes, and the comparison of the hydraulic resistance increase are given in the article. The research of hydrodynamic and heat exchange processes was carried out in turbulent regime within the range of Re numbers from 3000 to 40000 to assess the thermal-hydraulic efficiency of pipes in various flow regimes. The application of v-shaped intensifiers can improve thermal efficiency in the whole range of studies compared with ring intensifiers, at moderate growth of hydraulic resistance at low value of Re numbers

© 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. All rights reserved. This article is devoted to development and use of the space and geoinformational technologies allowing the state and municipal operating controls to carry out continuous monitoring of city and suburban territories regarding identification of unauthorized garbage dumps, to carry out control of their elimination. The purpose of the conducted research is definition of optimum ways with minimum expenses of labor and life capabilities to carry out searching of unauthorized garbage dumps and to provide monitoring for clear and rather in settlements. Object of a research is the modern territory of Kazan and its vicinities, with a total area more than 600 sq.km, numbering inhabitants more than 1,2 million human. In work traditional geographical methods were used: cartographical, based on methodological bases of thematic and complex mapping, on achievements in the field of geoinformational technologies, comparative and descriptive, a method of the space analysis, statistical. As a result of the conducted research the technique of probability assessment of placement of municipal solid waste with use of space and geoinformational technologies which will allow to make well-timed administrative decisions is developed and introduction of expressly developed hardware and software system on monitoring and holding the actions directed to elimination of unauthorized locations of municipal solid waste is offered

The influence of sectoral makeup of economy on its efficiency

The paper determines how sectoral makeup of economy influences its functional efficiency and territorial placement of production forces. It analyses the transformation of sectoral makeup in some countries on global and regional levels. Theoretical justification for principles of labor division is demonstrated. The author also defines the term of multicriterion approach. It is important to note that structuring of economy influences very different types of economic activity. The same calculations can be made with various indexes. Thus, structural effect may have multicriterion character when several economic indexes are being optimized simultaneously. Criteria for optimization can be profit, added value, employment, ecologic security. Presently there is enough number of methods of multicriterion optimization and application program package. Thomas Saati's method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is worth mentioning. The most important subnational entity on the territory of Russia is region whose unity altogether form a single economic area. In this regard one can define a number of efficient (effect-forming) directions which appear during the process of interaction of industrial and territorial structures. One of such directions is sectoral makeup of economy (SME) synergy as one joint entire (whole) depending on geographical position on the region's territory. Synergy arises from optimization in the proportion of SME elements which are connected with the territorial position. And this results in diversification and clusterization. For instance, the efficiency of fuel and energy industry depends on its distribution on the territory throughout the country

Investigations of heat transfer and hydrodynamics in the drop-shaped heat exchange intensifiers for use in the aerospace industry

© 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. All rights reserved. The increase of heat exchanger pipes thermal efficiency is very important for aerospace industry. Moreover, not only the thermal efficiency increase, but also the energy costs for heat-transfer pumping have a great significance. Therefore, the heat transfer intensifiers in the aerospace field are evaluated by the integrated index: thermal-hydraulic efficiency. For today, a wide variety of heat exchange intensifiers was developed. The drop-shaped intensifier that has streamlined aerodynamic shape, to reduce hydraulic losses for heat-transfer pumping is considered in this work. This paper presents the results of numerical modeling of heat transfer process using drop-shaped intensifier. Also there is given the comparative analysis of thermal efficiency of drop-shaped intensifier with ring intensifiers and smooth pipes, as well as the comparison of hydraulic resistance increase. The researches were carried out at a turbulent flow in the range of Re numbers from 3000 to 80000. The use of drop-shaped intensifiers can improve thermal efficiency in the whole range of studies, compared to smooth pipes, at a moderate growth of hydraulic resistance over the entire range of Re numbers

Predictive modeling of migration flows between russia and the cis countries

Article enlightens the role of migration in reproductive process and labor potential of Russia. In order to assess the role of migration in short-term period the forecast on the number of arrivals from the CIS countries was made. The grouping of Russian regions in terms of "migration balance" for a number of years was elaborated. It allowed identifying the regions of immigrant attraction. The analysis of ethnic structure of migrants, and the factors of immigrant attracting for these regions is represented

Regularities, still not fully studied, of "cyclic dynamics and social genetics" form the basis of transformational changes of economy. Herewith, the cyclical nature is accepted as the basic regularity of any transformation. The knowledge of cyclic paths allows to respond duly and effectively to the curvature of economic trends dynamics, prevent recessions and maintain economic systems stability

This article is devoted to analysis of production concentration processes at modern stage which indicates evolutional origin of this phenomenon, which requires the use of different approaches to managing and evaluation of their efficiency at all economic levels. It deals with characteristic features of production concentration management at the branch level taking into account existing approaches to the branch development; managing changes in the interaction of individual sectors’ agents caused by globalization processes in the economy; methods to solve problems of production concentration management, in particular, to form a network configuration and evaluate its efficiency

World population estimates and projections: Data and methods

In work results of the carried-out demographic forecasting as in general for the world and by certain parts of the world (Africa, South America, North America, Asia, Europe) are provided. It allowed to carry out at the same time the analysis of the population growth dynamics by groups of the countries "North" - "South". The analysis of the world population dynamics and certain parts of the world during 1950 - 2010 allowed to carry out the forecast of the world population and certain parts of the world before 2050. In work methods of regression and correlation analysis were applied. The received results in case of the various options choice like the approximating functions differ in the high level of the actual compliance and calculated values, i.e. insignificant errors of approximation,in case of high significance value of results (p>0.05). In the course of forecasting it was revealed that in the first half of the 21st century population growth will continue. This growth will be extremely uneven both on continents, and over groups of the countries. As a result of globalization processes the stage of demographic transition will be entered by all countries of the world (though differentiation in this plan will be very essential). In the second half of the century the period of demographic stabilization at the planetary level will begin
