Military radio communication systems are the basis of special purpose control systems and the object of the enemy's primary influence. Therefore, the issue of increasing the noise immunity of military radio communication systems is important and needs further research. Thus, the object of the research was chosen to be a military radio communication system. Maintaining a given level of noise immunity for military radio systems is one of the key issues in radio resource management, the effective management of which allows the use of the entire suitable frequency range for the transmission (reception) of electromagnetic energy by radio electronic devices. A number of works have been devoted to the ways search for increasing the noise immunity of military radio communication systems. One such way is to develop new (improve existing) approaches for assessing the effectiveness of military radio interference management. This work solves the problem of improving the method of multicriteria management effectiveness evaluation of the structure and parameters of the military radio systems noise protection. The scientific problem is solved by the devices of multicriteria estimation of the of noise protection level of the military radio communication system, graphic display of the executed and not executed tasks, the aggregation scheme of formation of the integrated estimation of noise protection. The research used scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, also the theory provisions of signal-code structures and the provisions of the complex technical systems theory. The peculiarity of the proposed improvement of the methodology is the multi-criteria assessment of the noise immunity level of the military radio communication system in the conditions of radio electronic conflict. The proposed technique allows: – to evaluate the effectiveness of noise protection management; – to substantiate the optimal configuration of the military radio communication system in solving the problems of noise protection management in the conditions of radio electronic conflict; – to identify the ways to increase noise immunity at the stage of operational management of the military radio communication system in the conditions of electronic conflict. The results of the research should be used in assessing the effectiveness of management of noise protection of military radio communication systems and determining the optimal structure and parameters of military radio systems

The paper considers the task of allocating the resources of an automated control system for special purposes in conditions of insufficient information on the development of the operational situation. The object of research is an automated control system for special purposes in the face of uncertainty in the operational environment and limited computing resources. One of the most problematic places in the distribution of resources of an automated control system is the low quality of planning, distribution and use of resources of an automated system in conditions of insufficient information about the operational situation and the inability to predict the actions of the enemy. This reduces the efficiency of both the system itself and its application. The scientific problem is solved with the help of developing a model for the distribution of system resources with the possible appearance of a lot of perturbations at the input, taking into account the features of the current operational situation in the course of the armed conflict and allows forecasting the state of the automated control system. In the course of the study, the authors of the work used the basic principles of queuing theory, automation theory, the theory of complex technical systems, as well as general scientific methods of cognition, namely analysis and synthesis. The novelty of the proposed model lies in the fact that it allows to justify the decomposition of the system. This allows to present a solution to the vector optimization problem in the binary relations of conflict, assistance and indifference. It also takes into account the operational environment and allows predicting the state of the system taking into account external influences, constructing utility functions and guaranteed payoff, as well as a numerical optimization scheme on this set. The proposed model will improve the efficiency of information processing due to its distribution and rational use of available computing resources. It is advisable to use the research results when planning the configuration of the data transmission system and at the stage of operational control of the resources of these systems

Development of A Method of Multi-criteria Evaluation Under Uncertainty

The object of research is decision-making support systems. Local wars and armed conflicts of recent decades are characterized by high dynamics of operations (combat operations) and a significant amount of diverse information circulating in information systems. These features determine the search for new approaches to increase the efficiency of decision-making support systems, given their reliability. This article solves the problem of developing a method of multicriteria evaluation in conditions of uncertainty. In the course of the research, the authors used the main provisions of the theory of artificial intelligence, automation theory, theory of complex technical systems and general scientific methods of cognition, namely analysis and synthesis. The proposed methodology was developed taking into account the practical experience of the authors of this work during the military conflicts of the last decade. The method of multicriteria evaluation is universal and can be used to assess the state of the objects of analysis of any architecture. The results of the research will be useful in: – development of new control algorithms in decision-making support systems; – substantiation of recommendations for improving the efficiency of operational management; – analysis of analysis (monitoring) objects in the course of hostilities (operations); – creation of perspective technologies to increase the efficiency of operational management; – assessment of the adequacy, reliability, sensitivity of the scientific and methodological apparatus of operational management in decision-making support systems; – development of new and improvement of existing management models. Areas of further research will be aimed at developing a methodology for intelligent management in special-purpose decision-making support systems
