    <p>FISH scoring clustered into three groups after matching aCGH validation analysis. Notably, cases showing from 3 to 7 fluorescent signals displayed no 3q amplification after aCGH analysis, thus showing false 3q amplification by FISH. Cases showing ≥8 fluorescent signals displayed at aCGH analysis true 3q amplification.</p
