    Improving cadre knowledge in stunting prevention through android-based application

    Stunting in children is one of the most significant barriers to human development, globally affecting approximately 162 million children under the age of 5 years. Stunting is one of the problems that the Indonesian government is currently focusing on, even during the Covid-19 pandemic. Government efforts to prevent stunting continue to be developed through the ministry of health, one of which is by optimizing public participation and awareness to prevent stunting at the lowest level, namely the village. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of cadre training on increasing cadre knowledge in stunting prevention through an android-based application. This research is a quantitative type with a quasi-experimental design using a pre post test without a control group. The sample of this research is health cadres in the village of Banyubiru and Ambarawa sub-districts, Semarang district, Central Java with a total sample of 120 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis using Paired T-test. There is a significant increase in the level of knowledge of cadres between before and after being given training with a P value of 0.000

    Android-based anticipatory guidance application for students in online learning

    Online learning causes student anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic. Anticipatory guidance is a form of guidance provided for students to anticipate the occurrence of anxiety. However, the problem is that students in Indonesia consider learning assignments to be the cause of anxiety during online learning. This makes the reason that the importance of guidance for students in preventing anxiety so that online learning can be carried out effectively. The purpose of this research is to build an android-based application to anticipate the occurrence of anxiety for students that is easily accessible and understandable. This research method uses Research & Development (R&D). The subjects in this study were material experts, media experts, and students. The data collection tool used is in the form of a validation sheet to obtain an assessment of the validator or experts. The results show that after design validation by the three material experts an average score of 84.8 was very good and the validation of the three media experts obtained an average score of 72.14 in the good category

    The effect of mindfulness meditation on blood pressure on elderly with hypertension at the elderly Posyandu

    Hypertension is a disease that many people suffer from that can cause other, more dangerous health problems such as rupture of blood vessels in the brain and heart, resulting in death. According to WHO data, the coverage of hypertension reaches 1.13 billion. The management of hypertension is still dominated by pharmacological therapy. As for reducing this complexity, experts apply complementary therapies. Complementary therapy is a complementary therapy of conventional therapy for healing. One of the complementary nursing therapies that is easy to do to lower blood pressure is through meditation. Of the several types of meditation, there is one type of meditation that is closely related to human psychology, namely Mindfulness Meditation. So this study aims to prove the effect of Mindfulness Meditation on Blood Pressure in Elderly With Hypertension (In the Elderly Posyandu, Dukuh Village, Gondang District, Tulungagung Regency). The research design used was One Group Pre Test-Post Test with a cross sectional approach where the research subjects were only observed once and measurements were made on the subject variables at the time of examination.&nbsp

    The need for guidance and counseling services at higher education institutions in Indonesia

    Currently, guidance and counseling services have been widely carried out, especially at the junior and senior high school levels, while the implementation at the university level has not been widely carried out. This study aimed to identify the need for guidance and counseling services at higher education institutions in Indonesia. Meta-analysis was conducted to review articles found from several databases, namely Google Scholar, PubMed, and Science Direct. The articles used were articles published from 2016-2021. The keywords used to find suitable articles were colleges, students, guidance, and counseling services. The inclusion criteria for articles used were full text, Indonesian or English, published at least in the last 5 years, discussing guidance and counseling services, the research population includes college stakeholders, namely vice chancellors, faculty leaders, head of study program, lecturers and students, and the research carried out in Indonesia. The search results for articles were listed in the PRISMA diagram. The results of the search for articles were analyzed by identifying and linking research questions, results and discussions with theories that were relevant to the topic

    Hygiene conditions for food handlers, tenant sanitation with the presence of E. Coli in food court snacks in Makassar City

    Unhygienic food management or with poor food sanitation can cause the food to be contaminated by pathogenic microorganisms, such as Escherichia coli. These bacteria can cause various very detrimental diseases, such as digestive disorders. This study is a quantitative analytic study using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all tenants in the Tpandang village as many as 64 tenants. The research sample consisted of 9 food/beverage samples. Inclusion criteria in determining the sample are hawker traders who are in the research location, are hawker traders who are in the Food Court area and are willing to be respondents (samples are taken). The results showed that food handler hygiene was not related to the presence of E. Coli in Food Court snacks in Pandang Village, Makassar City (p = 0.284> 0.005) as well as Tenant Sanitation was not related to the presence of E. Coli in Food Court snacks in Pandang Village, Makassar City. (p=0.074>0.05)

    Relationship of discharge planning action with relapse rate in schizoprenia patients

    Background: A total of 15.81% of patients of the Regional Psychiatric Hospital Dr. Amino Gondohutomo in 2020 who had been declared healthy had a relapse. The high rate of relapse caused by discharge planning given by nurses is still not in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures, causing patients to experience relapse. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between discharge planning measures with the relapse rate in patients with schizophrenia. Methods: This research is analytical observation research using retrospective design. Samples were selected using cluster random sampling technique and obtained samples of 67 nurses. The research instrument used a checklist of Standard Operational Procedures for discharge planning and the relapse rate of schizophrenic patients based on medical records. Statistical data analysis using chi square test. Results: There is a relationship between discharge planning measures with the relapse rate in patients (p-value=0.000). Most (88.1%) nurses have carried out discharge planning actions according to Standard Operational Procedures. A total of 81.35% of nurses who perform discharge planning actions have patients with relapse rates > 30 days. This study concluded that there is a relationship between the act of discharge planning with the relapse rate in patients

    Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in blood pressure above normal. One of the recommended countermeasures for hypertension is a dietetic approach to stop hypertension or known as DASH. The purpose of the study was to analyze the relationship between DASH pattern adherence and blood pressure in hypertension patients at the Tulungagung Public Health Center. The research was conducted in April 2021. The type of research was correlation, analytical design with a cross sectional approach and the research instrument was a questionnaire. The population of the study was some hypertension patients at the Tulunagung Health Center. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique of 30 respondents. The independent variable is DASH Diet Compliance, the dependent variable is hypertension. Data were analyzed by Spearman rho test. The results showed that the knowledge of DASH Pattern Compliance at the Tulungagung Health Center was more than half of the respondents who had the DASH Pattern Compliance at the Tulungagung Health Center in the obedient category as many as 17 respondents (56.7%). Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients at the Tulungagung Health Center most of the respondents had mild hypertension, as many as 10 respondents (23.3%).&nbsp
