The study involved 50 students aged 21-22 years. Set that the nutrition of the majority of students is irrational, in the daily life of young people there is a number of risk factors associated with inadequate intake of healthy food products. Have far-reaching enough food habits due to the consumption of so-called "food waste". The analysis of the correlation relationship between nutrition, mental performance and lifestyle factors, confirmed that a violation of the rules of a healthy diet affects the performance efficiency, increases the likelihood of bad habits. Slow food culture, lack of knowledge of young people on healthy food cause the need for appropriate health education.</td> </tr> <tr> <td>Key words</td> <td>students; feed; health; intercommunications;</td> </tr> <tr> <td>References</td> <td><strong>James W.P.T. et al. <p>The purpose of the article was to study and evaluate the relationship indicators of the functional state of the brush armsport athletes and those working at the amateur level. The results of measuring of tremor and assess the accuracy of the efforts of athletes. The study involved 29 people (20,79 + 0,77 years), divided into experimental and control groups. The fine coordination of hand muscles on the run-time test, the number of touches and squeezing on the wrist dynamometer given effort. Affirmed a lower level of physiological tremor in athletes. The data are interpreted as evidence of the importance of the functional state of the brush for effectiveness in armsport. It is shown that changes in physiological tremor can be used in the assessment of athletes. Application of the correlation matrix established affinity states surveyed.</p

    Goniometric researches of armwrestling sportsmen

<p>It is analysed results of goniometry of sportsmen of armwrestling and persons that go in for sport on amateur level. Amplitude of motions is studied in radiocarpal, elbow and humeral joints. It was used results of inspection of 27 persons in age 19-21 year. Large amplitude of motions of sportsmen is confirmed, especially in a radiocarpal joint. Information is interpreted as proof of importance of development of brush for effectiveness in armwrestling. Application of method of cross-correlation matrices was set by more optimum state of sportsmen. The biomechanics features of armwrestling are marked importance of optimum corners of adduction in joints in a frontal plane. Plugging is recommended in the training process of exercises on adduction, bending and unbending of radiocarpal joint. The indicated motions are important with technical tactical positions, their implementation allows to provide the most advantageous position of fighter raceme and provides terms for winning in a fight.</p

<p>Purpose – justified the use of physical activity for children as a criterion for recreation. Studied the relationship of this index with morphological and functional features of development and the level of hygiene knowledge. The study involved 54 pupils aged 10-14 years. Results: It is shown that the level of physical activity (1282,37 ± 289,20) locomotion per day. The value of basal metabolism reaches (1350,51 ± 33,69) kcal. Established direct correlation with the main motor activity exchange (r = 0,81); body weight (r = 0,80); circumference of the chest in the pause / inspiratory / expiratory (r = 0,70-0,71); vital capacity (r = 0,37); hand muscular strength (r = 0,51-0,58). The estimation of the physical development of children by Quetelet index: mass deficit is set at 12.96%, 29.63% obese, normal physical development at 51.85% overweight at 5.56%. Conclusions: The recommended value of physical activity as a criterion for recreation and health of school children. Its definition reflects the functional state of the school, as one of the criteria for defining the health, predicts its changes, which is especially valuable in monitoring.</p

<p>Purpose: comparative study of indicators of hands’ strength and endurance at athletes of arm sport of different skill levels. Material: the study involved 50 athletes. Athletes were divided into two groups: 1 - 15 athletes with high skill levels (age 25,25 ± 0,62 years) and 2 - 35 athletes and fans of mass categories (age 22,21 ± 0,35 years). Results: it is shown that the results of carpal dynamometry right and left hands were significantly higher in group 1 (respectively: 60,50 ± 0,91 kg and 53,75 ± 0,83 kg against 52,35 ± 0,51 kg and 48 53 ± 0,46 kg). Strength endurance was significantly higher in group 2 (respectively: 32,97 ± 0,61 sec 33,09 ± 0,62 sec against 23,78 ± 0,85 sec and 24,66 ± 0,78 sec). Found that carpal dynamometry has a maximum contribution to the system (in group 1 for the right hand - 18.17, for the left - 23.50, in group 2 - 7.44 and 7.10). Correlation coefficients dynamometry in group 1 were significantly higher. Strength endurance had almost no connection with the study of reliable performance. Conclusions: it is proved that the level of carpal dynamometry is an important informative and adequate criterion. This indicator is characterized by a maximum contribution backbone.</p
