Batik Painting Employees\u27 Welfare in YOGYAKARTA (an Analysis of Maqasid Sharia Framework)
Objectives - The main purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of welfare concept from the Islamic Economic perspective in Sub Sector Batik Painting Industry in Yogyakarta.Methods - This is an explanatory research study with analytical descriptive of kashif analytical. This study uses rational-empirical approach (deductive). The research begins with empirical facts of an event/phenomenon that shows the number of batik industry in Yogyakarta. Maqasid Sharia is used to analyze the object of the research. Therefore, this study can be categorized as empirical-rational (inductive). The study was conducted in Yogyakarta that consists of 5 districts, namely: Sleman, Bantul, Kulon Progo, Gunung Kidul and Yogyakarta.Results - Maqasid sharia as an indicator of welfare has been implemented in most of the batik painting industry in Yogyakarta, with the highest order is hifzhul-‘aql, followed by hifzhul-maal, hifzhun-nasl, hifzhun- nafs, and the lowest is hifzhud-din. By order of the area of application, the highest is Kulon Progo (70.31%), followed by Yogyakarta (70.26%), Bantul (70.25%), Sleman (60.09%) and the lowest is Gunung Kidul (50.29%).Conclusion - Based on the analysis of socio-economic welfare, as much as 64.7% of employees were able to meet the needs of their family life, while the remaining 33.3% were classified as mustahiq (poor) which require serious attention. Based on the analysis of Ibn Khaldun\u27s concept on welfare, Batik industry in Yogyakarta has not fully implemented the welfare yet. It is characterized by the application of distributive justice between the owner and the employees are still not in accordance with the Hadith of the Prophet, which is 1: 2
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi pada Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Gunungkidul)
The existence of knowledge about the analysis of the influence of Leadership Style and Self Efficacy at Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency. Probability sampling method and using simple random sampling with the employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency with respondents 56 employees. The implementation of research using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using SPSS 24 to analyze it. Researchers took the results leadership style significantly had no influence on employee performance, leadership style significantly had no influence on job satisfaction, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on employee performance, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction significantly has no influence on employee performance
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Locus Of Control, Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Roy Sentoso Collection
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, locus of control, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini menggunakan 50 karyawan Roy Sentoso Collection. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Pengujian menggunakan Systematic Random Sampling dimana data diolah menggunakan SPSS 25.terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, locus of control berpengaruh secara negatif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan pada kinerja karyawan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi terhadap Efektivitas Kerja dengan Disiplin Kerja sebagai Variabel Intervening
This study aims to determine and examine the effect of Leadership Style, work motivation on work effectiveness with Work Discipline as an intervening variable. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study is all employees and their partners in the BUMDes Maju Mandiri Office. This study consisted of 60 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique, i.e. all the population was sampled. The analytical method used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that partially leadership style affects work discipline. Work motivation has no effect on work discipline, leadership style has no effect on work effectiveness, work motivation has no effect on work effectiveness, and simultaneously or together work discipline has an effect on work effectiveness
Penguatan E-Commerce Fesyen Tas Kayu Mindi Berbasis Inovasi Desain di Bantul YOGYAKARTA
Kayu mindi merupakan kayu lokal yang mudah diperoleh dan saat ini sangat diminati karena mudah pengolahannya bagi para pengrajin mengingat sifat kayu yang stabil dan tidak mudah melengkung. Kayu mindi lazim digunakan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan barang kerajinan khusus yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan karena karakteristik teksturnya yang cenderung lurus dan bebas dari mata kayu sehingga cenderung mulus. Ruaya merupakan salah satu industri rumahan yang fokus pembuatannya pada produk tas mode berbasis kayu olahan dengan citra desain khas tas mode. Sebagai produsen Tas Kayu mode, Ruaya fokus mempertahankan kualitas produknya dan keunikan gaya dengan terus berinovasi untuk mengembangkan produk-produknya. Produk yang dipasarkan hingga pasar mancanegara ini sangat beragam, yakni tas kayu mode sebagai produk unggulan, pengeras suara (speaker) kayu, dompet kayu dan produk-produk lainnya. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di industri rumahan Ruaya sebagai mitra menggunakan metode pendampingan partisipasi melalui intervensi kegiatan peningkatan mutu SDM dan tata kelola produksi maupun Pemasaran. Metode PKM ini digunakan untuk memberikan strategi penguatan E-Commerce tas mode kayu mindi berbasis inovasi desain yang dituangkan dalam paparan ilmiah sebagai hasil pendampingan UKM pada kegiatan Hibah PKM. Hasil PKM yang diperoleh di antaranya; penguatan merek (brand) tas mode kayu mindi sebagai rintisan industri kreatif melalui E-Commerce, Penguatan sistem Marketing Communication (MARCOM) berbasis E-Commerce sebagai upaya meningkatkan omzet penjualan dan penguatan strategi bisnis pasar global, Strategi penguatan E-Commerce tas mode kayu mindi berbasis inovasi desain di Pajangan, Bantul
