Local government needs innovation to solve public problems, one of them is investment climate. The problems related to investment climate include no security and weak rule of law, lack of infrastructure, las well as ong and complicated bureaucracy. Lamongan Regency is trying to create innovative programs to solve investment problems. Those innovations include Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2015 and Regent Decree number 23 of 2015, proactive service, fast service package, SMS Gateway, facilitation of land acquisition and gathering with investors. Through these various innovations, Lamongan government was awarded as East Java Investment Award 2015 from the Governor of East Java, with first honors for the category of investment performance

The aimed of this research was to know the influence of coconut water and tea dregs on the growth stum sleep eyes, look at the concentration of coconut water and tea dregs dose and the best combination for the growth of the eye stum rubber bed. The research was done experimentally by using Completely Randomized Design (CRD) by using two factors: the first factor is the provision of coconut water A1 = 250 cc/ l, A2 = 500 cc/ l, A3 = 750 cc/ l. The second factor is the provision of tea waste B1 = 80 g/ polybag, B2 = 100 g/ polybag, B3 = 120 g/ polybag. Data were analyzed statistically using Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) followed by a further test DNMRT at 5% level. Parameters measured were time buds appear (days), shoot length (cm), number of leaves (pieces), shoot diameter (cm), shoot dry weight (g). Combination treatment with coconut water giving 750 cc/ l with the dregs of tea 120 g/ polybag showed the best results for the time parameter appearing shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, stem diameter and dry weight of shoots

The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship of the best quality oil palm at the different age of plants in peatlands. The method used in this research is the survey method using diagonal sampling 5% of the land area in order to obtain 27 plants of all plants ages (6, 7 and 9 years old). The data analyzed were fresh weight, dry weight, volume of fruit, thick mesocarp, water capacity, oil return and free fatty acid of oil palm. Data were analyzed using the t test and correlation at the 5% level. The results showed the age of the plant affects the weight of fresh fruit, fruit, dry weight and the volume of oil palm fruits, but did not affect the mesocarp thickness, the water capacity of fruit, oil content and free fatty acid of oil palm fruit. Based on the quality standards of oil palm fruits PTPN V (2007) in this study, plant with age 6, 7 and 9 years old have bad fruit, water capacity, good oil yield fruit and free fatty acid with medium quality of fruit

This study aims to determine the effect of the storage material and the volume of irrigation water on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the Main Nursery and have been implemented in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau from June to October 2014. The study used completely randomized design (CRD) with two factorial factors and three replications. The first factor is the use of water-storage material (A), which consists of 4 levels: A0: Without the use of water-retaining material A1: Hydrogel 25 g / 10 kg soil, A2: Cocopeat 500 g / 10 kg soil, A3: Trunk bananas 50 g / 10 kg of the ground and the second factor is the volume of irrigation (V), which consists of three levels, namely: V1: 1 liter / day / bib it V2: 1.5 liters / day / seed V3: 2 liters / day / seed. The results showed the use of water storage material and the volume of water giving no real effect on seedling height increase, in the number of leaves, wrap accretion hump, dry weight of seed and seedling quality indices but significant effect on the ratio of the root crown. Hydrogel combination of 25 g / 10 kg soil and water provision volume 1 liters / day / seed tends to further increase in the number of leaves, wrap accretion hump seed, seedling dry weight, and seed quality index, while the combination of cocopeat 500 g / 10 kg soil and volume the provision of water 2 liters / day / seed tends to further increase the high accretion canopy ratios of seed and seedling roots. The growth of oil palm seedlings tend to be better with the use of water storage hydrogel material and cocopeat. The growth of oil palm seedlings tend to be better than the entire treatment volume of water provision

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of application of Trichocompost and to get the best dosage on the growth of young oil palm plants in main nursery stage. The research was conducted at the experimental unit of Agriculture Faculty, University of Riau from May to August 2014. This researchwas arranged experimentally using Completely Randomized Design(CRD), consistins of5 treatment sandeach treatment repeated 3times. The treatments are dosage of Trichocompost: without application Trichocompost (T0), application Trichocompost 25 g/polybag (T1), 50 g/polybag (T2), 75 g/polybag (T3), and 100 g/polybag (T4). Data were analyzed statistically using ANOVA and followedby DNMRT at level of 5%. Parameters measured were :the increase of plants height, increase of leaves number, increase of hump diameter, root width ratio and plants dry weight. The research results showed that the application of Trichocompost significantly effectedon all observed parameters, except on the increase of leaves number of young oil palm plants seeds in main nursery stage. application Trichocompost with dosage of 75-100 g/polybag is the best to improve growth of young oil palm plant in main nursery stage

Giving chicken manure fertilizer and N, P, K done to improve the growth and production of sweet corn in ultisol soil. This research aims to obtain interaction of various doses of chicken manure fertilizer and N, P, K the best on the growth and production of sweet corn in ultisol soil. This research was carried out in society garden at Indra Puri, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru in September to December 2013. This research used Randomized Block Design (RBD). The treatment consist of2 factors, factor I: without chicken manure fertilizer, 46,8g/plant chicken manure fertilizer, 70,3g/plant chicken manure fertilizer, 93,7g/plant chicken manure fertilizer and factor II: without giving N, P and K, 9,14g/plant ZA, 6,25g/plant TSP, 0,14g/plant KCl, 13,7g/plant ZA, 9,79g/plant TSP, 0,21g/plant KCl, 18,2g/plant ZA, 13g/plant TSP, 0,29g/plant KCl. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and further tested by Duncan's Multiple test at 5% level. Parameters measured were the plant height(cm), cob diameter (mm), Male flowers appear time (DAP), female flowers appears time (DAP), heavy cob with husk(g), heavy cob without husk (g) and plants dry weight. The results of research shows the interaction of chicken manure fertilizer and N, P, K had no effect on all parameters except on cob diameter and plants dry weight. Combination treatment of chicken manure fertilizer with N, P, K can improve sweet corn growth, while the increase of sweet corn production occurred at doses 46,8 g/plant chicken manure fertilizer and ZA 13,7 g/plant, TSP 9,79 g/plant, KCl 0,21 g/plant
