    S : Business owners of palm sugar in Rambah Tengah Barat Villagehas a limited to develop their businesses due to resources organization problems,production and marketing. On the other hand, the palm sugar has high economisvalues and able potentially increase their income. The purpose of this reseach is toanalyse the alternatives strategy in developing palm sugar production based onSWOT analysis. The population are all palm sugar business owners in the RambahTengah Barat Village amounted of 30 people and samples are taken five businessowners. Data is collected trough documentation study, questionnaires and interviewtechnique. Data is then, analyzed by descriptive qualitative based on SWOT analysis.This result of the research is seven alternatives of business development strategies thathave been prioritized. The seven alternative strategies are: (1) its partnership ties withbusiness development agencies; 1) its partnership ties with business developmentagencies; (2) the establishment of business partnerships with other parties; (3)providing integrated marketing center for the area of industrial products; (4)development of microfinance institutions; (5) establishment of agro-industryinformation service center; (6) availability relevant instructors; (7) productdiversification

    Abstract: This study is a Class Action Research in Elementary School 035 Sekeladi, the purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of cooperative learning model type Non Example Example in improving students\u27 motivation. Subyek research in fourth grade 035 Sekeladi. From the research, the teacher Increased activity occurs on the implementation of the second cycle, which reached a 87.50% with a category (very good). Aktiviats students also increased, which in the first cycle of student activity only get a 64.81% and increased to 80.86% with both categories (very well). Motivasi also seen increased student learning. This is evident from the percentage of student motivation in the first cycle that only earn a percentage 57.87% in both categories, the increased to 76.39% with the category (very well).     The background of this study is that the students \u27interest in learning IPS relatively low which is characterized by a sense of interest in the students\u27 social studies, less the member\u27s attention, a sense of curiosity of students. Besides, teachers using conventional methods, ie lectures and without the use of media so that students feel bored and berinplikasi on student interest. Of the necessary problem Action Research (PTK) by applying the learning method Kooperative Non Example Example Learning mode. This study aims to increase interest in social studies class VIII MTs At Thohiriyah Srikayangan districts Tanjung Medan. The population number of students as many as 30 students. This research was conducted in two cycles each cycle consisting of two meetings. Instrument of data collection in this study is the observation sheet teacher, student observation sheet and observation sheet student interest. The results of the analysis of the activity of teachers in the first cycle of 45% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 83.3% lam very good category. While the results of the analysis of the activity of students in the first cycle of 58.3% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 87.2% in the excellent category, activities of student interest cycle I 48.27% in the medium category and the second cycle has reached the level of success ie 87.45% in the high category.     ; The purpose this paper is to know the level of health of Koperasi Unit Desa Melati based on the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium business, No. 14 / M.KUKM / XII / 2009. The research was conducted at Koperasi Unit Desa Melati in the village Empat Balai District of Kuok. This study started in April 2015. This is quantitative descriptive research.The research result showed that; in 2010 the acquisition of the cooperative health level score was 51.25 to predicate less healthy.     Abstrack: Picture and Picture learning method is a series of teaching materials delivered by showing pictures - concrete images that the students can understand clearly about the true meaning of the teaching materials presented to him. Thus, the main ingredient of the use of methods of picture and Picture is a picture - a picture that involves learning materials. The purpose of this study is to investigate the use of picture and Picture In the method of increasing student interest in learning social studies grade IV SDN 022 Sintong Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir. Where the research was conducted in SDN 002 Sintong Tanah Putuh. The sample used is siwi fourth grade students numbered 21 people, consisting of 9 men and 12 women. Data was collected using observation sheet for teachers, students and student interest. Analysis technique used is sheet activities of teachers, the observation sheet and interest in learning. From the results of data analysis that has been done shows a method of picture and picture can improve the learning interest of fourth grade students of SDN 022 Sintong Tanah Putih Rokan Hilir proven and is one of the exciting learning methods in the learning process in the classroom can be accepted.     Abstrack:Sstudy interest is very important in the learning process since it can lead students to have a concentration. However, the learning process of IPS has problemsdue to lack of students interest. The purpose of this study is to increase study interest in learning by applying the model of Jigsaw. The subjects students of SMPN 1 Rantau Kopar at clan of VIII academic year 2015/2016 totally 22 students encompases 11 male students and 11 famale students. Data obtainet using observation techniques. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics on tables and graphs. The result of this reserch in that the teacher\u27s success in implementing Jigsaw teacher\u27s increase students interest in the learning process that indicated by an incrase of study interest from rose to 96 in the second cycle

    Accomplishment Motivation and Soft Skill Related to Learning Achievement

    This study aims to determine the influence of achievement motivation through the role of soft skills to the learning achievement. This research was conducted due to the low achievement motivation of students at Economic Education Program Study, University of Riau. A total of 185 samples were selected from 344 number of population using Yamane statistical sampling technique. Data was collected by questionnaire and documentation techniques. It was then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that Soft Skill played a positive role mediate that influence of accomplishment motivation on learning achievement. This means that learning achievement is not influenced by achievement motivation alone, but also supported by soft skill as intervening variable. In order to achieve achievement motivation students should have a successful future oriented attitude. Meanwhile, to improve soft skill students must have the ability to communicate, adapt and build relationships obtained from the ability of ICT and foreign languages

    This research aims to find out the influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Climate on Performance of Teachers. Population in this study is all teachers of SMK PGRI Pekanbaru which is determined as sample of the study taken by census sampling technique. Data is collected using questionnaires and documentation. Data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and f test with significance level of 0.05%. The research shows that the Work Motivation and Organizational Climate simultaneously is positive and has significant impact on teacher performance. This is based on the results of the analysis, which shows the calculation results F test> F table (52.298> 3.25). Furthermore, with the T test to determine whether each of the independent variables (Work Motivation and Organizational Climate) have an effect on the dependent variable (Teacher Performance). The results shows a partial Work Motivation is positive and has significant influence on teacher performance. This is evidenced where t test> t table (2.517> 1.687). Next to the Organizational Climate variables show that also has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance. This is evidenced where t test> t table (7.812> 1.687). The predictive ability of the variables on Teacher Performance in this study only amounted to 73.9% (R Square 0.739) while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by other factors that are not researched in this research

    The study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions and attitudesof students on accounting learning achievment. The population is students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah as many as 166 students, and the sample of 106 students.Data collection using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression. The result of the research based on multiple linear regression showed students \u27perceptions and students\u27 attitudes have an effect on students learning achievment of class XI IPS 1. This can be seen from the value of constanta (a) of 7, 686 and the value of regression coefficient (b) of 1, 171, and 1, 378 with the regression equation 7,686 + 1,371 +, 378. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square) obtained value of 0.273. This means that the contribution of students\u27 perceptions and attitudes to accounting lessons on accounting learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Bagansinembah is 27.3%
