Efectividad de los PQRS como Canal de Comunicación entre los Estudiantes y la Fundación de Estudios Superiores Comfanorte FESC

¿Cómo evaluar la efectividad de los PQRS de Servicio al Cliente, mediante la aplicación de técnicas que permitan la identificación y solución de problemas? Para lograr esto se manejó dentro de la investigación un enfoque cuantitativo, porque se busca identificar las características generales de la universidad FUNDACION DE ESTUDIOS SUPERIORES FESC en cuanto al manejo de quejas, reclamos y niveles de satisfacción de los clientes, además se delimitara los hechos que conforman el problema, se estructuraran los diferentes elementos que componen la investigación para luego recolectar y analizar las pautas y actividades de la atención brindada a la solución de quejas y reclamos y así establecer el modelo de mejoramiento de la calidad de servicio. Atreves de mediciones se busca cuantificar, reportar medir que sucede, nos proporciona información específica de una realidad que podemos explicar y predecir, de esa manera ofrece la posibilidad de generalizar los resultados más ampliamente. Generalmente la información recopilada, aporta potencialmente mayor valor de análisis del que suele considerarse a simple vista, a su vez facilitando comparación entre estudios similares ; dé esa manera se procura comprender el contexto o los puntos de vista de los actores sociales mediante un proceso secuencial, deductivo que permite dar precisión. El método de investigación usado fue el inductivo, ya que conlleva un análisis ordenado, coherente y lógico del problema de investigación, tomando como referencia premisas verdadero. El método Inductivo, tiene como objeto llegar a conclusiones que estén en relación con sus premisas como el todo lo está con las partes. A partir de verdades particulares, se concluyen verdades generales. Lo anterior señala que fundamentalmente la inducción, a pesar de tener como referencia premisas verdaderas, podrá llegar a conclusiones cuyo contenido es más amplio que el de las premisas desde las cuales se inicia el análisis de su problema de investigación. De este modo, el argumento inductivo se sustenta en la generalización de propiedades comunes a casos ya observados. En la Fundación de Estudios Superiores Comfanorte FESC, observamos un alto índice de reclamaciones por parte del cuerpo de estudiantes, vemos que la atención a estas reclamaciones no se realiza de forma oportuna, ocasionando que los estudiantes recurran a las entidades de vigilancia y control (Ministerio de Educación y Defensoría) para encontrar solución a su caso. The method of investigation used was the inductive one, since it entails an orderly, coherent and logical analysis of the research problem, taking as reference true premises. The Inductive method aims to reach conclusions that are related to its premises as the whole is with the parties. From particular truths, general truths are concluded. The above points out that, fundamentally, induction, despite having as reference true premises, can reach conclusions whose content is broader than that of the premises from which the analysis of their research problem begins. In this way, the inductive argument is based on the generalization of properties common to cases already observed. Analisis del Alto Porcentaje de Importaciones de Productos que Fabrica Colombia

El presente trabajo fue realizado para analizar el alto porcentaje de importaciones de productos que fabrica Colombia. Esta investigación se realizó con el fin de despejar dudas que se tenían respecto al tema y mejorar nuestros conocimientos, se usa el método cuantitativo para saber los porcentajes de compras y ventas de productos extranjeros; Fue una investigación compleja ya que es un tema muy amplio, podemos observar que nuestros resultados estadísticos son el alto consumo de productos extranjeros y que nuestros productos nacionales están desapareciendo del mercado; En este trabajo se encontraran los datos con los cuales trabajamos para llegar a la conclusión de que Colombia es un país en donde se importa más de lo que se exporta principalmente por los consumidores finales ya que son ellos los que prefieren dichos productos ya sea por su economía, por su calidad, o por su prestigio de marca antes que darle la oportunidad a un producto nacional.PALABRAS CLAVES: Competencia, Importacion, Industria, Innovacion, Precio.ABSTRACT The present work was realized to analize the high percentage of importation of products made in Colombia. El Impacto Social que tiene el Empleo con Horarios Nocturnos de Mujeres Madre Cabeza de Familia de Estrato uno en la Ciudad de Cúcuta

El impacto social que se vive a diario en las mujeres madres de familia de estratos bajos, busca analizar el motivo por la cual laboran en los empleos nocturnos para mantener sus hogares y suplir sus necesidades; de acuerdo a esta afirmación se aplicó una encuesta a las mujeres de la ciudad de Cúcuta y el 100% de las mujeres madres cabeza de familia ante la pregunta establecida ¿tiene otra causa para dejar al cuidado de terceros sus hijos? Dicen que es la única opción de dejar a los hijos al cuidado de un tercero ya que no tienen ninguna otra alternativa. Que si no trabajan no tienen para el sustento y que ellas no tienen apoyo de ningún otro. Effect of morphological filters on the moving object detection process

En los procesos de sustracción de fondo aplicado a la detección de objetos en movimiento, una de las etapas de mayor relevancia es la del filtrado por morfología, en donde se simplifica la imagen y se conservan la mayor parte de las características de forma de los objetos. Por ello, se realiza una comparativa entre las operaciones de dilatación, erosión, apertura, cierre y gradiente en imágenes de video con fondo estático, donde circulan personas en ambientes no controlados, con el objetivo de determinar su comportamiento en la detección y conteo de personas. El procesamiento de imagen se realiza en lenguaje Python y se utiliza el paquete especializado para visión por computadora OpenCV. Además, mediante Tkinter se desarrolló una interfaz gráfica de usuario con la que se ingresan los valores del tamaño y la forma del elemento estructural para el procesamiento. Al aplicar el filtrado morfológico por dilatación se obtuvo un acierto en las detecciones de 82.28 %, con la erosión el acierto fue de 81.86 %, mientras que, con las operaciones de apertura, cierre y gradiente el acierto fue de 83.69 %, 93.07 % y 87.69 % respectivamente.In the processes of background subtraction applied to the detection of moving objects, one of the most relevant stages is the filtering by morphology, where the image is simplified and most of the shape characteristics of the objects are preserved. Therefore, a comparison is made between the operations of dilation, erosion, opening, closing and gradient in video images with static background, where people circulate in uncontrolled environments, to determine their behavior in the detection and counting of people. Image processing is performed in Python language and the specialized computer vision package OpenCV is used. In addition, a graphical user interface was developed using Tkinter to enter the values of the size and shape of the structural element for processing. When applying the morphological filtering by dilatation, a success in the detections of 82.28 %, with erosion the accuracy was 81.86 %, while, with the opening, closing and gradient operations the accuracy was 83.69 %, 93.07 % and 87.69 % respectively

Application of the MOORA method for the evaluation of the industrial maintenance system

In the industries it is quite important to evaluate the parameters of the maintenance system, with the main objective to design continuous improvement plans helping to maintain the operation processes working efficiently. In this respect, the proposed method that we will use in the current research is the multi-criteria decision making named as MOORA. Moreover, we propose an analysis and evaluation for the maintenance system, by using the metric data collected during the process. Such evaluation determines the optimal operation conditions of the machine, and, in the same way one can be able to establish its worse operational conditions; it might help to the management to take into account the best decisions with regard to each machine. The aim of this paper is to tackle the study in the decision making in the industrial area, specifically in the maintenance of molding machines. Finally, an experimental case is developed to validate that the MOORA method is feasible to evaluate the performance of the machines

Vulnerability in the security of the internet of things

En poco tiempo, internet cambió rápidamente la manera en la que trabajamos y la actual fase, llamada el Internet de las Cosas (IoT), permitirá la conexión del mundo físico a la red. Este trabajo busca conocer de IoT sus generalidades, comunicación, amenazas y metodologías que contrarresten los peligros existentes. Finalmente, el aumento de dispositivos IoT conectados es inminente, lo que conllevará a la creación de nuevas tecnologías; por ende, se debe prestar atención a los grandes cambios tecnológicos, principalmente en temas de seguridad y privacidad de la información, ya que la vulnerabilidad en la mayoría de dispositivos de IoT permite a los atacantes tener acceso remoto al dispositivo o tomar el control completo del sistema. Suppliers selection based on intuitionistic fuzzy dimensional analysis

Supplier selection is a crucial activity in the supply chain management, and fundamentally it is a multi-criteria decision-making problem. However, the interaction of the criteria, the uncertain regarding to subjectivity and the imprecise information generally present in the provider selection process is still an open issue. The main purpose of this paper is to arise a new method to support the provider selection process. In this sense, this paper introduces the intuitionistic fuzzy version of dimensional analysis under a group decision making and multi-criteria environment applied to suppliers selection. Likewise, a set of decision makers reveal their preferences about the criteria and options in evaluation by mean of a linguistic grade that are mapped via intuitionistic numbers. Consequently, the importance of each decision maker and criteria is considered in the method. Hence, the methodology assumes that exist a choice better than the rest which is called ideal alternative. Each choice in evaluation, is compared with that ideal to induce an index of similarity. Additionally, the alternative with highest index of similarity is proposed as solution to the supplier selection problem. The method offer a systematic mode to deal with the interrelationship between the criteria attached into the decision making sphere. Simulación de balanceo de línea con Promodel

Dentro de una empresa, es importarte que la carga de trabajo en cada una de las estaciones de trabajo sea la adecuada. Pues gracias a esto se evitan situaciones, como lo es un cuello de botella, que es un problema muy común dentro de los procesos de elaboración de cualquier producto. Por este motivo, la herramienta del balanceo de líneas es indispensable para la solución de dicho problema. En este artículo, se muestra un ejemplo de la ejecución de dicha actividad tomando como referencia un caso resuelto por miembros de la Universidad de Malaysia, en el cual se estudió una línea de ensamble de convertidores de potencia, utilizando como dato principal las unidades de tiempo de 27 actividades que conforman un total de 19 estaciones de trabajo para la elaboración de este producto. Para la resolución de este caso, se utilizó la teoría básica respecto al tema de balanceo de líneas, la cual consiste en equilibrar los tiempos con respecto al tiempo tipo que se desea que posean cada una de las actividades para el requerimiento promedio de unidades que desea la empresa.
