    Infections caused by dermatophytes exist throughout the world, especially tropical regions that have high humidity such as Indonesia, the incidence rate is approximately the same in the big cities in Indonesia. In the treatment of disease, the approach in medical care not only focuses on the biological aspects (disease) but also influenced by psychosocial aspects. Ny.N, 42, a housewife who works as a daily laborer washing clothes came with complaints of itching and redness in the skin of the back of the hand and abdomen since 1 month ago. Ny. N is a woman of childbearing age with Dermatophytosis, curative treatment pattern, the pattern of environmental sanitation and hygiene of the body less intact, living in an extended family. Treatment in these patients in the form of counseling to the patient regarding the patient's disease to preventive care and psychosocial stress shift with things are positive. Patients get 1x200 mg tablets Ketoconazole, Ketoconazole cream 2 times a day after bath, and CTM 3x1 tablet. Diagnosis of Dermatophytosis in this case is in accordance with some theory and critical analyzes of the latest research, treatment provided is in accordance with the CPG. There has been a change in behavior on Ny.N and visible improvement in Ny.N visible lesions after intervention and given his personal hygiene.

    This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and organization commitment to employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru partially and simultaneously. Dimensions are used in work environment consists of work atmosphere, relationships with colleagues, and availability of working facilities. Dimensions variable organization commitment consists of affective commitment, continuous commitment, and normative commitment. And dimensions for the independent variables (employees performance) consists of labor quantity, labor quality, reliability, presence, and ability to cooperate. The method used is descriptive analysis method, and multiple linear analysis method that produces output t test, F test, and test of the determinant (R²). Processing data using programe SPSS 20.The results showed that the partial work environment does not significantly effect on employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, as shown by the significant value greater than 0,05. Partial variable organization commitment significantly influence employee employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru,. And simultaneous work environment and organization commitment a significant effect on employees performance. Based on research obtained the degree of correlation of 0.832 which indicates that the level of relationship between the independent variable on the dependent variable has a strong relationship and R² values obtained at 0.692 or 69,2%. This means that employees performance of human resources at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru influenced by work environment and organization commitment employees amounted to 69,2%

    Peningkatan Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Siswa Melalui Penerapan Model Project Based Learning

    Telah dilakukan Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan model project based learning terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada konsep Gravitasi menurut Newton. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MA Negeri Babakan Lebaksiu Tegal tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA MA Negeri Babakan Lebaksiu Tegal. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan mengambil 2 kelas secara acak, kelas XI IPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan model project based learning sedangkan kelas XI IPA 4 sebagai kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemecahan masalah fisika siswa kelas XI, dapat dilihat dari uji hipotesis satu pihak antara kelas eksperimen yang mendapat pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model project based learning dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional diperoleh thitung > ttabel, yaitu 3,68 > 1,57 hal itu dapat disimpulkan Ha = diterima dan H0 = ditolak sehingga hasil nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang menggunakan model project based learning pada kelas eksperimen lebih baik dari kelas kontrol yang tidak diterapkan model project based learning

    The Potential of Mechanic Vibration for Generating Electric Energy

    The purpose for this study is to convert mechanical vibration into electrical Power. Our target is to provide enough power for 1.2 V rechargeable battery having 160 . The investigation was conducted experimentally in electrical mechanical engineering laboratory. Four piezoelectric was connected to circuits in series mode called 1 module. In order to recharge the battery having voltage 1.2 volt, the measurement of the intensity of the loudspeaker was verified. According to table 1, it was found that at 2 of vibration is best because the value is 1.4 V nearest to 1.2 V. It was found that the mechanical vibration can be converted into electric power. It was found that to recharge 160 having 1.2 V, the 20 modules are needed
