The influence of laser treatment on metal coating sprinkled with wire explode
The research of influence of laser beam on surfaces with metal coating sprinkled with wire explode is described in this paper. Aiming to increase hardness of metal coating sprinkled with wire explode, we decided to use laser technologies for that, as one of ways for surface treatment. The samples with metal coating sprinkled with wire 2.0Cd0.8U2C explode were strengthened with laser "KvanM6" beam, when energy of beam was ~ 9J, - 6 J, 13= 4 J, I*- 2 J and diameter of beam - d|= 1.5 mm, d2 = 2 mm, d3 = 2.5 mm. The depth of strengthened layer depends not only on strength of laser beam but more on metal coating sprinkled with wire explode layer. Surface hardness was 1.5 - 2.5 times better than in case of metal coating sprinkled with wire explodeVytauto Didžiojo universitetasŽemės ūkio akademij
