Penegakan Hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Pembunuhan Satwa Orang Utan yang Dilindungi Menurut Undang-undang No. 5 Tahun 1990 di Wilayah Ijin USAha Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit( Studi Kasus di Wilayah Hukum Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara)

Efektivitas Hukum. 5 tahun 1990 tentang Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Hayati dan Ekosistemnya dalam penegakan hukum pidana pembunuhan orangutan dilindungi, Keputusan Pengadilan Negeri diadili Tenggarong Nomor: 46/Pid.B/2012/PN.Tgr, 1 Mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya 2 Pembimbing I, Dosen Bidang Hukum Administrasi Negara Fakultas Hukum Universitas Mulawarman 3 Pembimbing II, Dosen Bidang Hukum Pidana Fakultas Hukum Universitas Brawijaya 2 keduanya dijatuhi hukuman penjara masing-masing selama 8 (delapan) bulan , dan denda sebesar Rp. 30.000.000,00 (tiga puluh juta) dengan ketentuan apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana penjara selama 6 (enam) bulan. Dengan bukti tulang sebanyak 85 tulang ditemukan di TKP Blok G36 Devisi Selatan, 1 (satu) Skull and Bones potongan 1 (satu) senapan angin merek Tajam Clasic kaliber 4,5 mm, dihukum karena membunuh 2 (ekor) dewasa orangutan dan 1 (satu) ekor anak orangutan. Bahwa putusan hakim hukuman ringan dan tidak sesuai dengan amanat undang-undang dan dikatakan belum efektif, itu pembunuhan orangutan diadili di Indonesia. Seharusnya, hakim memberikan hukuman yang lebih berat serta berkampanye untuk mempromosikan perlindungan dan penyelamatan hewan orangutan. Dari fakta persidangan merupakan kejahatan terorganisir, ada memerintahkan, tidak membayar upah dan tidak ada orangutan dibunuh. Ini layak dihukum berat. Dengan permintaan yang rendah dan vonis, adalah mungkin untuk mengundang orangutan pembunuhan berikutnya. Mendongeng  merupakan  metode  yang sampai saat ini masih disukai oleh anak-anak, lebih-lebih anak usia sekolah dasar. Dengan  mendongeng dan  bercerita guru dapat  berkomunikasi dengan baik kepada siswanya untuk menyampaikan pesan pendidikan dengan mudah.  Dengan demikian, mendongeng dan bercerita dapat dijadikan metode pengenalan  yang baik dalam menyampaikan materi bahasa pada Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar. Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk membekali Guru SD/MI Perian Kecamatan Montong Gading Lombok Timur agar mereka mampu mengidentifikasi, memilih, mengembangkan, dan mempraktikkan metode mendongeng dalam menstimulasi perkembangan untuk Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar.  Bentuk kegiatan yang paling cocok untuk membekali Guru SD/MI tersebut adalah pelatihan.  Kegiatan pelatihan dilakukan secara sistematis, dari kegiatan yang bersifat teoretis hingga praktis, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, praktik, dan brainstorming.
