    The syllabus of the regional component of professionally motivational education developed for the students specializing in tourism

The development of types and forms of tourism in the regions of the Russian Federation is connected with the socio-cultural and economic transformations of the tourism market, which conditions continuous improvement of the system of professional tourism education at all levels. The expansion of tourism relations and tourism activities in the district, city, region defines the variety of professional tourism education. The article explains the syllabus of the regional component within general and special subjects, determining professional motivation of students majoring in Tourism in Gzhel region of developed folk arts and crafts. It also provides such forms of extracurricular work with the students to promote effective professionally motivational education in the forms of competitions, contests, touristic fairs, Month tourism, meetings with representatives of the actively developing touristic countries, probation in tourism, charity events for Gzhel schoolchildren-the excursions with animation program and others. In general, the results of the pilot work suggest the viability of the proposed syllabus of the regional component in professionally motivational training of the students majoring in Tourism in the region with the developed of folk arts and crafts

    Educational environment ecology as factor of university teacher health saving in context of education and science reforms in modern russia

The relevance of the article is because the modern era of globalization and rapid digital development requires timely transformation of all social institutions, including the Institute of higher education, which in turn entails a change in the environment of the educational environment for University teachers themselves, which affects their health, workload and personal life. The article considers the ecology of the educational environment as a factor of health saving of teachers in the conditions of reforming education and science. It is shown that in the modern University in the conditions of reform the ecology of the educational environment for teachers is violated: in universities there are no conditions necessary to find a certain balance that would allow quickly and easily perform the full range of diverse tasks facing teachers, there are no formed templates, programs that would simplify the process of working with electronic document circulation. Now, all the requirements set by the management only complicate, not optimize the work of teachers, which in turn violates the ecology of the educational environment of teachers. It is determined that most of their working time teachers spend not on teaching and working with students, but on electronic document management, filling out various types of papers, working with a computer both for themselves and for senior colleagues. It is revealed that in the personal system of teachers’ values in the priority of the activities that are most expected within the declared profession are research, getting into various ratings, professional growth, as well as teaching and working with students. The article also shows the forms of teachers’ activity at the University (teaching, work with students, research, administrative work, and work with electronic documents). The data obtained in the work can be used in the psychology of labor, social psychology, pedagogy, psychology of education, as well as for further theoretical development of this issue

The relevance of the study is due to the trends of mass migration of daily educational operations of a University student into the virtual space of digital technologies, the transformations of dominant in the student environment of behavioral and cultural patterns, the spread of nomadism (electronic nomadism) as a new form of personality identity. These radical changes have a direct impact on all areas of student training and cause a mixed attitude on the part of the pedagogical community. The article, taking into account new trends in the transformation of the educational environment of the University reveals the pedagogic discourse of digital technology; the classification of risks and the benefits of digital technology in the preparation of the student is established. The algorithm of realization of advantages of digital technologies in innovative transformation of student training is proved. The effectiveness of the algorithm is proved by the results of monitoring of digital technologies’ implementation in the educational process of the University. The materials of the article will be useful in the development and use of instrumental platforms of digital technologies in the educational process of the University; recommended for teachers, methodologists, University managers and students
