Pengaruh Pelatihan dan Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru
This research is done at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru which is located at Sudirman Street number 377, Pekanbaru. Population in this study there all employees, amounting to 66 people, while the number of samples in this study as many as 66 people. Determination of the numbering samples using census method. While to analyze the data, authors using multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS version 20.0. Based on F test result is known that the variable training, leadership with the same effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Based on t test result is known that the training variable be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. And leadership variabel be partial effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Donations effect of training and leadership contributed 45.90% on employee performance at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Syariah Pekanbaru. Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Intrinsik terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bagian Kesekretariat Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Provinsi Riau
The research was conducted on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau in order to determine how the Occupational and Environmental Effects of Intrinsic Motivation either simultaneously or partially The Secretariat of the Employee Performance On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau. The variables in this study is: Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation significant influence on employee performance parts secretariat On Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau and the dominant factor affecting the performance of employees is part of the secretariat of the Working Environment While the population in this study is part of the Secretariat employees on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau which amounted to 38 people, with a total sample of 38 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 17. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Work Environment and Intrinsic Motivation) has a significant effect on Perindustrian and Perdagangan Provinsi Riau the dependent variable (employee performance). Dominant variables affecting employee performance parts secretariat on is working environment where the value of t-counted highest compared with other independent variables. Recommendations to authors present is the agency needs to pay attention to the work environment and enhance intrinsic motivation for employees to improve employee performance in the future.Keywords: Work Environment, Intrinsic Motivation, Employee Performanc
Effect on Performance Leadership Training and Hospital Nurse on Mother Child Hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru
This study performed on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. This study destination to determine how the variables influence and leadership training simultaneously and partially on the performance of nurses on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru. As for the population in the study was the nurses who work on mother child hospital Eria Bunda Pekanbaru which amounts to 69 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, as it also uses namely Quantitative Analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17.0. From the results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test or F test showed that the training and leadership have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. The results of the partial test or T test showed that the training variables partially significant effect on the performance of nurses. And leadership variables partially significant effect on performance. Of the independent variable is known that training has a dominant influence on the performance.Keywords: performance, training and leadershi
Pengaruh Kompetensi dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Syafira Pekanbaru
The research was conducted on SyafiraHospital in Pekanbaru that aims to determine the influences of Competence and Work Statisfaction either simultaneously or partially on Performance of Nurses in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru. The methodology in this study is: Competence and job statisfaction significant influence on Nurses performance in Syafira Hospital in Pekanbaru and the dominant factor affecting the performance of Nurses is Job Statisfaction. While the population in this study is the Nurses on Syafira Hospital which amounted to 83 people, with a total sample of 83 respondents. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method by using SPSS version 21 Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables studied (Competence and Job Statisfaction) together (simultaneously) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Nurse performance). The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the two independent variables together against the dependent variable, while the remaining is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (Sress and Job Statisfaction) has a significant effect on Syafira Hospital the dependent variable (Nurse performance). Analysis the Influence of Marketing Mix and After Sales Service Towards Purchase Decision on Toyota Yaris at PT. Agung Automall Duri.
This study aimed to analyze the influence of the marketing mix which consisting of Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service towards purchase decision on Toyota Yaris at PT. Agung Automall Duri located on jl.Raya Dumai Km thriteen, number four Duri. The population in this study are the consumers who bought Toyota Yatis car at PT. Agung Automall in year two thousand eleven. The research conducted by using census method with members of thirty seven respondents. Data analyze using multiple linier regression model with SPSS version seventeen.The results of this study showed that simultaneously, all independent variables : Price, Product, Promotion and After sales service have a significant effect towards dependent variable (purchase decision). It can be seen from the calculated F value is greater than the E table. While partially each variable : Price, Product and promotion has a significant effect that indicated from the T value of each variable is greater than. The T table but after sales service variable has not significant effect to its T value is smaller than the T table. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) shows the independent variables contributed very powerfull in explaining the dependent variable (Purchase decision).Keywords: Purchase decision, Price, Product, Promotion, After sales service
Evaluation of Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System to Safety and Health Workers in Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk )
Background : Mining is an industry that has a high risk that factors Occupational Health and Safety being important and as one of the indicators for the performance of the company. Safety and Health Management System includes organizational structure, planning, responsibility, implementation, procedures, processes and resources required for the development, implementation, achievement, assessment and maintenance of Occupational Health and Safety policy in order to control the risks associated with work activities in order to create a workplace that is safe, efficient and productive. Method : Primary data were obtained from respondents who used as a means to obtain information or data field survey conducted through direct observation and interviews with respondents in the company and secondary data obtained from PT. BA (Persero) Tbk which is collected and prepared in accordance with the research problem that conducted the study of literature, by studying literature or books related to this research. Data were analyzed through text analysis, data interpretation, and descriptive analysis. Result : The results of the evaluation and analysis carried out in PT.BA (Persero) Tbk obtained the implementation level SMK3 in either category or yellow/caution, accident frequency (FR) in the category of green or accidents are rare and severity (SR) in the category of yellow or middle, the rate of workplace accidents in the category of level 2 (quite safe). The rate of implementation Safety and Health Management System achievement in the category of yellow while the rate of workplace accidents in the category of green. Accident rate based traffic light system in the category of yellow or caution. Safety and Health Management System implementation level of accidents in 2013 in the category of Level 3 or caution. Conclusion : SMK3 implementation level in PT . BA ( Persero ) Tbk , 79.06 % in the category of yellow green category. Accident rate of PT . BA ( Persero ) Tbk in 2013 , the frequency of accidents ( FR ) green category and severity ( SR ) yellow. Category level of occupational accidents in the category of level 2 (quite safe). Mapping the level and rate of implementation Safety and Health Management System accident at PT . BA ( Persero ) Tbk in 2013 was at level 3 (caution ) . The accident rate of factors level of education and years of service , obtained by 3 (three) indicators Safety and Health Management System implementation with the lowest value , Education Training and Recruitment 72.60 % , First Aid 73.24 % , Promotion K3 74.44 %.
Pengaruh Motivasi, Pelatihan dan Job Analisis terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang
The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of motivation, training and job analysis to employee performance of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This research use motivation, training and job analysis as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable.The population of this research are all employees of PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru which amounted to 35 respondents and all of them will be used as a sample of this research. Data analysis method in this research is multiple regression analysis.The result of using descriptive analysis is the motivation and training are not affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. And the job analysis is affect and positive to the performances of employees at PT. Warni Indah Cemerlang Pekanbaru. This indicates that the three independent variables had a posotive effect on the dependent variable

This research carried qut on a beautiful PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang. The study aims to determine how the influence of stress and discipline simultananeously or partial on employee produktivity PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk supporting the wonderful in Perawang. As for the population in the study are the employees who work in a beautiful PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk in Perawang which amounted to 51 people. The analysis is descritive analysis. As it also uses multiple linear regression method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 20.The results of tests performed simultaneous regression test or test f indicates that stress and discipline significant effect on employee productivity supporting. Partial test results t test results showed that the stress variables partially significant effect on employee productifity supporting. And variable discipline partially significant effect on productivity.
