グループウェア・サイボウズ(Cybozu)を導入し基礎実験を行った。また会議室無線LANを導入して連動を図ることで会議システムの簡素化を図った。さらにLearning Management System(LMS)による授業アンケートシステムその他の可能性について調査のための基礎実験を行った。前者は業務の簡素化、時間短縮等の効果が認められ、すでに実用システムとして稼働しており、後者については可能性は大きいものの、設定や大学全体としての取り組みが必要であるので、今後の一層の調査が必要であることが判明した。A group-ware Cybozu and a wireless LAN system for a discussing room were introduced both being connected to the University LAN system to examine the basic functions and the linkage connection of them. Also a Learning Management System(LMS) was introduced for exploring the various probability of usage such as a questionnaires for the courses system and so on. The former was already being functioning in the university, though the latter was found a powerful and possible tool but contains many problems to be solved for the realization and it requires further examinations

情報システムならびにクラウドコンピューティングなどの教育への利用の形態の進展ならびに変化についてのサベイが示され、議論された。また大学における利用者とｅラーニングシステム間での情報の授受のシステムについて、その導入実験について示され、その評価が示されている。Developments and changes of form in the information systems and educational applications through such as cloud computing are surveyed and discussed. グループ ウェア トウ ニ ヨル ダイガク ジョウホウ システム ノ カイゼン

グループウェアの導入のための基礎実験を行い、導入の可能性について調査した。実験的に用いたグループウェアはサイボウズ(Ver.7)である。また、e-learningの一つの試みとして、コンテンツ作成ソフト(MCG)を試用した簡単な方法によるコンテンツの作成実験とe-learningの可能性についての基礎実験を行った。いずれも、導入し活用することで、前者は業務の簡素化、時間短縮等の効果が見込め、後者はマルチメディアによる教育の効果が見込めることが結論づけられた。A group-ware and an e-learning contents generator, Cybozu(Ver.7) and MCG by registered trade name, respectively, were examined as preliminary basic experiments to see the probability of introductions. 大学における情報システムの発展系について、基礎実験を行い可能性について研究した。LMSとしてはMoodleを利用し、ポートフォリオシステムについてはMaharaを試みた。前者は比較的利用価値が高く、後者は大学独自の形式への順応が必ずしも十分できないため、前者の一部で代用することでよしとした。これらにより一定の実用化のめどが立った部分が多く、さらに実用化に向けたシステムの構築を行う必要がある。Basic experiments were tried to develop the information systems in the university, and good results were obtained for the soft-ware introduced to use in the university information systems. For a LMS, Moodle was chosen and was tried to show good results, but for a digital portfolio system Mahara was tried to find not suitable for formatted tables expected to use. Most of the experimental trials were successful and further practical utilization was expected
