    指導主体としての保育士・幼稚園教諭のキャリア形成に関する研究(1) ―職業観とジェンダー観に関する心理的葛藤を中心に―

    In this study, I will clarify how childcare persons recognize their work and how they are made use of their recognition in their own career development based on qualitative research. In previous studies on childcare person’s career formation quantitative surveys mainly targeting students are carried out. However, in this study, I aim to obtain clues to solve the problems pointed out in the previous research by clarifying the psychology of the childcare person which can’t be indicated by such quantitative survey. Therefore, in this paper, while placing emphasis on the positioning of the whole study, the contents of the survey shall be partially specifiedThis article is a three-part composition. In section 1, I summarize the preceding research, clarify the tasks derived from it, and set hypotheses. In section 2, I show the contents of the qualitative survey conducted for the two childcare persons. The subjects to be interviewed were asked to speak freely about life design including views on work and marriage. In section 3, I show the summary of this paper and the challenge to the next article. In particular, I describe the necessity to conduct survey research focusing on diverse gender views

    高校での英語の授業を通した人間関係の再編と学級経営に関する研究(1) ―発達障害の疑いのある生徒を中心に据えた実践を例にして―

    The purpose of this study is to reorganize the relationships of students through English classes at high school and lead to classroom management. This research is divided into two categories: practical editing (1) and analysis section (2). In practice, we aim to improve students\u27 academic skills and reorganize human relationships with a focus on students suspected of developmental disabilities. And in this article I will discuss practical editing which is (1). This paper is a four-part composition. Section 1 summarizes the location of the problem, the significance of the research, and the previous research. In Section 2, I showed the current situation and problems of the schools and classes that I practiced and clarified the content of practice. In Section 3, we discussed the results and effectiveness of practice in a multifaceted manner from the aspect of both the core student and the surrounding students in practice. Section 4 shows the summary of this paper and reflection on practice, and described the prospects for the next article. In the next paper we will analyze this practice while positioning it as a view of the preceding research
