This study aims to determine the effect of experiential marketing on brand awareness as well as their impact on buying interest (Study on smartphones, Samsung Electronic Indonesia branches pekanbaru). This research method in this research is quantitative with program SPSS, where samples were used that visitors to the store as many as 100 respondents. To determine the sample, this research uses accidental sampling technique Slovin formula. Data collection through questionnaires.. This study has shown that the results of hypothesis testing t test, t known t (11.004)> t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. Analisis Strategi Bersaing Industri Bisnis Farmasi/apotek di Kota Pekanbaru
This competition resulted pharmacy business trying to get consumers by way of competitive strategy and maintain its superiority. Many ways out were done in maintaining the pharmacy business by the managers such as creating competitive strategy.The Policy strategy of competing pharmacies in Pekanbaru using one variable Differentiation Strategy, Strategy focus, Overall Cost Leadership.Competitive strategy on Differentiation Strategy variables were indicators into the unique product received good feedback from respondents, while the different indicators in the perception of consumers received a Very Good response. In the Overall Cost Leadership Strategy variables, there were indicators of the ability to have a guaranteed raw material suppliers and different in a dominant market position or have a substantial capital got very good feedback from respondents. Thepurpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect of the implementationof the working procedures and discipline of work on employee performance in theproduction of PT. Cerenti Subur - Kuantan Singingi.In this study, the methodology used is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS. Todetermine the sample using the formula Slovin, methods of sampling withaccidental sampling. Techniques of collecting data through interviews,observation and questionnaires.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, classicalassumptions and multiple linear regression, the implementation of workprocedures in this study included three indicators are situational, maintainingstability and modern and the discipline of work is represented by three indicators,namely on time, adherence to regulations and ability to maintain tools. Pengaruh Relationship Marketing dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Studi pada Hotel Sapadia Kecamatan Pasir Pengaraian)
This study aims to determine the effect of relationship marketing and corporate imageon customer loyalty at the Hotel Sapadia Districts Pasir Pengaraian. Relationship marketingas a variable (X1) corporate image as a variable (X2) and customer loyalty as a variable (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative using SPSS, wheresamples were used that guests staying more than 3 times in the Hotel Sapadia Districts PasirPengaraian with respondents as many 99 people. To determine the number of samples usedslovin formula, as well as a sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data collectionthrough questionnaires and interviews.Results of analysis using multiple linear simple, using multiple linear regression, ttest and f test so that it can be seen that the variable relationship marketing positive effect oncustomer loyalty, that the provision of corporate image significant effect on customer loyaltyand significant relationship marketing and corporate image on customer loyalty

This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility to the image of plantation companies (survey on the recipient community of PTPN V csr program in Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam, Kabupaten Siak Sri Indrapura). Corporate social responsibility as a variable (X) and corporate image as a variable (Y).The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is Kecamatan Lubuk Dalam that is as much as 99 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The result of this research concludes that Corporate Social Responsibility variable has a significant effect on Company Image PTPN V Unit Kebun Lubuk Dalam
Pengaruh Country Of Origin dan Brand Image terhadap Minat Beli pada Produk Smartphone Samsung (Studi pada PT Samsung Electronic Indonesia Cabang Pekanbaru)
This study aims to determine the effect of Country Of Origin and Brand Image on Interest Buy on Samsung Smartphone Products (Study At PT Samsung Elektronic Indonesia Branch Pekanbaru). Country Of Origin is a person's view of a product from the country of origin of the product concerned. Brand Image is one important part in the company because the attitude and actions of consumers against a company brand is determined by the brand image of the company. Country of origin and brand image can have an impact on buying interest. With the influence of country of origin and brand image of buying interest then the product from the country of origin and have a brand image so that consumer buying interest appears. This research was conducted at PT Samsung Elektronic Indonesia Pekanbaru Branch. This study took the number of respondents ie 100 people.Data obtained through questionnaires. The data from the questionnaire is further processed using statistical analysis that is simple linear analysis, multiple linear analysis, determination analysis, and significance test with t test (partial), F (simultaneous) test.The results showed that the test results of the first t test hypothesis that is country of origin to buy interest is tcount (19.249)> ttabel (1,984) means country of origin significant effect on buying interest. Both brand image of buying interest is titung (9,982)> ttable (1,984) meaning there is significant influence between brand image to consumer buying interest. F test results of country of origin and brand image of buying interest are F arithmetic (203,142)> F table (3.090). This means that the country of origin and brand image simultaneously significantly influence consumer buying interest
Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus pada Staff dalam Kantor PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru)
The research was conduscted in PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. This studythe setting of the problem is the effect of the implementation of work controlling onemployee performance at PT. Riau Media Televisi Pekanbaru. Work controlling as anindependent variable (X) and employee performance achievement as the dependentvariable (Y), and this study took a number of respondents were 80 respondents. Dataobtained through the questionnaire and then further processed to be tested throughstatistical analysis such as a simple regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysisand determination with the help of using the SPSS 16 for windows application. Theresults prove that the implementation of work controlling to employee perfomanceachievementin PT.
