Obszar roszczeń pasażerów w masowych, publicznych węzłach komunikacyjnych

The article presents the results of the first period of a research carried out at The Czech Technical University in Prague, Faculty of Transportation Sciences, which is aimed to set the optimal dimensions of waiting areas in the premises of public mass transport change nodes. It is aimed especially at a structure of passengers using public transport expressing the percentage of each of the groups for which different areal demands are characteristic. Such survey has not been carried out in the Czech Republic so far. Application of the research, of which the first outputs are presented in this article, allows us to upgrade an outdated methodology for setting an appropriate dimensions of public parts of railway station buildings, which is still used in the Czech Republic.Artykuł przedstawia rezultaty pierwszego okresu badań przeprowadzonych w Czeskim Uniwersytecie Technicznym w Pradze (Wydział Nauk Transportowych), którego celem było określenie optymalnych wymiarów przestrzeni oczekiwania w lokalach publicznych masowych transportowych węzłów wymiany. Ma to na celu, zwłaszcza w strukturze pasażerów używających transportu publicznego, procentowe wyrażenie każdej grupy, dla której charakterystyczne są różne wymagania przestrzenne. Takie badanie nie zostało jeszcze wykonane w Republice Czeskiej. Analyse détaillée de la circulation des bus en voies urbaines

Public transport priority is still a big issue in many cities. Priority measures for street public transport are the key tool to increasing the attractiveness and reliability of public transport systems. This paper contributes to this problem by introducing a detailed analysis of street public transport vehicle ride on urban roads. The ride will be divided into segments with a definition of the potential reason for possible delays. This view is the first step for a future objective decision-making tool for assessing the quality of operation of public transport on a defined urban road section.La préférence dans le domaine du transport public est encore un grand sujet dans beaucoup de villes. Les mesures de préférence qui concernent le transport public urbain représentent l´instrument primordial pour réussir à avoir un système du transport public plus attractif et plus sûr. Cet écrit contribue à trouver la solution du problème en présentant une analyse détaillée de la circulation/ du trajet les véhicules du transport public en voies urbaines. Le trajet des bus sera décomposé en éléments avec la définition des raisons potentielles qui peuvent causer un retard du bus. Ce point de vue est le premier pas pour établir un instrument décisif à prendre à fin d´augmenter la qualité de la circulation du transport public

Parameter der bahnhofsausstattung für fahrgäste in hinsicht auf die charakteristik des bahnhofs

The article presents ways and goals of categorization of railway stations and stops in the Czech railway network. The aim of this categorization is to classify railway stations (or stops) in the railway network according to a suite of entrance parameters (e.g. municipality population, transfer links, job opportunities, tourist attractiveness). On the basis of these parameters, railway stations and stops will be classified into several categories, which will be used to specify the conclusions for station equipment concerning ticket offices, commercial services, waiting rooms and other accessories. Research results can be used as a support for infrastructure managers and railway operators to optimise the scale of their services.Der Aufsatz stellt die Weisen und Ziele der Haltepunkts- und Stationskategorisierung auf dem Tschechischen Eisenbahnstreckennetz vor. Seine Absicht ist die Stationen (bzw. Haltepunkte) auf dem Streckennetz nach einem Set der Eingabeparametern (z. B. die Größe der anliegenden Gemeinde, Umsteigeverbindungen, Arbeitsgelegenheiten, touristische Attraktivität) zu kategorisieren. Aufgrund dieser Eingabeparametern werden die Stationen und Haltepunkte in einige Kategorien einsortiert, mithilfe deren werden nachfolgend Folgerungen abgeleitet, wie der Bahnhof in Bezug auf Abfertigung, Kommerzräume, Warteflächen und andere Ausstattung eingerichtet sein sollte. Die Forschungsergebnisse können den Eisenbahnbetreibern im Gebiet des Umfangs der Fahrgastdienstleistungen wie eine Anleitung dienen
