Pengaruh Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) Petani terhadap Pendapatan Petani Padi Sawah

The objective of this research was to determine the influence of human resources (amount of whole hour of labor, education, farming experience, and frequency of counseling / training) to the rice farmers income and to determine the influence of farmers' characteristics (age, land area, number of dependents, and capital) to the rice farmers income. The method used to determined the area of ​​research is (purposive) by based on certain considerations, the data were primary and secondary data. Using 30 people this study objecvations, used Ordinary Least Square method with the tools used is SPSS 18. The results of regretion analysis showed that all of human resource variables had a significant effect on the income of farmers. Partially the amount of labor whole hour and the frequency of attending the education or training has a significant effect on farmers' income, while education and duration of farming has no significant effect on the income rice farmers. The results of model based on regretion analysis showed the farmer characteristics (Age, Land, Total Mortgage, and Capital) had a significant effect on income rice farmers. Partially the only variable that has significant effect on the income of farmers is land. There was no multicollinearity and heterocedastisity in the model, and normality assumptions are fulfilled
