Roadmap tecnológico para el proceso de explotación de la unidad minera constancia

La presente tesis tuvo como objetivo elaborar el primer Roadmap tecnológico proyectado hasta el año 2030, destinado a optimizar el proceso de explotación en la unidad minera Constancia. Dicha propuesta proporcionará a la operación minera una guía estratégica para el desarrollo y la gestión sostenible del proceso de explotación, así como tener una visión a largo plazo y reconocer con mucha anticipación en cómo atender a la demanda de extracción de mineral y optimizar los procesos de la operación minera. La investigación se aplicó dentro de un enfoque cualitativo bajo un paradigma de estudio hermenéutico interpretativo y positivista, desde un alcance descriptivo y un diseño de estudio de casos. La técnica que se utilizó fue la técnica indirecta de análisis documental de revisión de fuentes secundarias y posteriormente la técnica directa de entrevista en profundidad de fuentes primarias con los expertos de las principales áreas del proceso de explotación. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos de la presente investigación, a partir del diseño del Roadmap se ha desprendido una cartera de proyectos a implementar en el corto, mediano y largo plazo desde el año 2024 hasta el año 2030 y está acorde al lineamiento de los objetivos del negocio con los sistemas y tecnologías necesarias para su cumplimiento. Se concluye que la metodología Roadmapping Cambridge ha resultado bastante versátil y didáctica para el planteamiento del Roadmap del proceso de explotación por el uso de herramientas y artefactos que facilitan la realización del diseño de la herramienta tecnológica. Palabras Clave: Roadmap, Roadmapping, proceso de explotación, herramienta tecnológica.The objective of this thesis was to prepare the first technological Roadmap projected until 2030, aimed at optimizing the exploitation process in the Constancia mining unit. This proposal will provide the mining operation with a strategic guide for the development and sustainable management of the exploitation process, as well as having a long-term vision and recognizing well in advance how to meet the demand for mineral extraction and optimize the mining processes. The research was applied within a qualitative approach under an interpretive and positivist hermeneutic study paradigm, from a descriptive scope and a case study design. The technique used was the indirect documentary analysis technique of review of secondary sources and subsequently the direct technique of in-depth interview of primary sources with experts in the main areas of the exploitation process. According to the results obtained from this research, from the design of the Roadmap a portfolio of projects has been derived to be implemented in the short, medium and long term from 2024 to 2030 and is in accordance with the guidelines of the objectives of the business with the systems and technologies necessary for its compliance. It is concluded that the Roadmapping Cambridge methodology has been quite versatile and didactic for the Roadmap approach to the exploitation process due to the use of tools and artifacts that facilitate the design of the technological tool
