: Treatment compliance in hypertensive patients is important because hypertensionis a disease that is not curable but it must always be controlled or controlled in order to avoid complications that can lead to death. The purpose of research known factors associated with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. The study design used is descriptive method with cross sectional approach. Sample in this study done by total sampling in accordance with the inclusion criteria amounted to 32 people. The results using statistical test of chi-square obtained to knowledge the ρ value = 0.008 <α = 0.05 motivation ρ value = 0.011 <α = 0.05 and family support ρ value = 0.001 <α = 0.05. Conclusion this study has shown a significant relationship between knowledge, motivation and family support with medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Ranotana Weru

Hubungan Disiplin Waktu Dengan Kinerja Pelayanan Kesehatan Di Puskesmas Tataba Kec. Buko Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan

: Community Health Center is a first-rate health care community built by the District Health Office. Technically can coordinate with the District Hospital. Disciplinary clinic time can affect the performance of health services and may also affect the progress of the clinic. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of time to the discipline of health service performance. This study using a sample of 32 accidental samplingdengan existing health workers in health centers. Data was collected through questionnaires to the performance of health care and observation sheet for future discipline. Furthermore, the data were analyzed with chi-square test with a significance level (α) 0:05. The results showed no relationship between the disciplines of time with the performance of health services with on-time category (good) = 10 (83.8%), timely (less good) = 2 (16.7%). While the discipline of time with kategoti slow (good) = 8 (40%), slow (less good) = 12 (60%). Conclusions of research findings that there is a significant correlation between the disciplines of time with the performance of health care services ρvalue = 0.017> 0.05, disciplined good time the better the performance of health services. Advice from expected results Tataba health workers in district health centers. Buko Banggai Islands, can provide good service, can improve the quality of work and use the time well

: Method of contraception is easy clue to the effects that impact on the body will not be know for not using it. Factors that relafe to the mother's interest against the use of contraception implants including: knowledge, education, the economy. The research was conducted on Juni in Ome health centers Tidore city. The purpose of this Study was to find out what factors relate to the mother's interest against the use of implanted contraceptives in puskesmas Ome Tidore city. The design utilizes crosst sectional , with Sampling pruposing selection. The sample consists of 88 respondents data collection will done questionnaires who made the researchers and in the contents by respondents . next the data is processed in a frequency distribution table. The research results obtained by the factors that relate to the mother's interest in the use of implanted contraceptive in puskesmas Ome tidore city. Which is reviewed from a good : knowledge factors as much as respondents (77,3%) and lack of knowledge as much as 68 respondents (22,3 %) higher education factors > high school 47 respondents (53,4%) and more than high school 41 respondents (46,6%). Good economi factors as much as 48 respondents (54,5%) and weak 40 respondents (45,5%). Conclusions in this study there was a meaningful relationship between knowledge, education, and the economy

Hubungan Personal Hygiene Dengan Kecacingan Pada Murid Sekolah Dasar Di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara

: Dewormy is a chronic endemic disease caused one or more worms that enter into the human body, with the highest prevalence found in children. Dewormy can be affected by several factors, namely environmental factors, personal hygiene (cleanliness), social economy, and the level of knowledge of the parents. Personal Hygiene is an act to maintain the cleanliness of one\u27s health and well-being, both physical and psychic. The research was carried out with methods, selection of cross-sectional samples performed 3 stages, namely with proportional stratified sampling, purposive sampling and simple random sampling. A sample of 110 respondents.Analyzed data with chi-square statistical test of the significance level (α) of 0.05.. The results showed that out of 110 study subjects, known to students with good personal hygiene status as many as 82 people (74.5%) and less well as many as 28 people (25.5%). Laboratory results for the category of positive Dewormy amounted to 20% (22 people) and the negative category Dewormy is equal to 80% (88 people). 22 students who positively Dewormy, known around 16 people (72,7,1%) with poor personal hygiene, and about 6 people (27.3%) with good personal hygiene.The conclusion of this research that there is a meaningful relationship between personal hygiene with Dewormy on primary school student with p value = 0.001

Abtrack: Professional nursing care system is a management activities in each unit of nursing care in hospital wards. Documentation is complete data on condition adn response of nursing care for clients. The purpose of this study was to determine difference documentation of nursing care room SP2KP and Non-SP2KP inpatient A and inpatient F in RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. This research is desctiptive analytic design with cross sectional study. The sampling technique used is random sampling with 106 sample. Data analysis using Independent T-test with significance level α = 0,05. The result show that the documentation of nursing care room SP2KP and Non-SP2KP that the P value= 0,000 < α = 0,05 it means that H0 is rejected. The conclusion of this study that documentation of nursing care room SP2KP categorized in complete 58.4%, while documentation of nursing care room Non-SP2KP categorized complete 26.4%. Suggestions for hospital in order to further improve the documentation of nursing care and can apply this system there all inpatient room in RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado

. Medical summary can be a subject of study for quality control of medical records. Nursing activities are not optimal at this time is the patient's discharge planning activities. One of the factors that determine the success of the planning process was a factor of personnel discharge planning. The aim of research was to determine the relationship between the factors of personnel discharge planning with the completeness of patient's medical summary at the General Hospital of East Halmahera Regency Maba. Methods of analytic observational study using cross sectional design. This research was conducted at the General Hospital Maba of East Halmahera on February 29 to March 5, 2016. The samples were nurses and entry summary documentation with the quantities of each 34. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Research instruments using questionnaires and observation guides. Data analysis was performed using chi-square test, at the significance level of 95% (α ≤ 0.05) indicates the value ρ = 0.012, this value is smaller than α = 0.05 and OR = 19,2. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the factors of discharge planning personnel with the completeness of patient's medical summary at the General Hospital Maba of East Halmahera Regency. Suggestions for nurses can improve performance especially in completeness of patient's medical summary to establish good communication between health professionals and patients and their families, although the number of nurses is still relatively small

This disease is a major cause of cancer death in women, even every year about a quarter of a million women die from this disease. Research is done in the hospital room D upper, BLU. Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado To The Effect to know relationship hormonal contraceptive use and non-hormonal with cervical cancer incidence. This observasional Type with Method cases control. Sample taken using Quota sample as much 42 people which consists of a group of cases (cervical cancer +) and control group (cervical cancer is not -). Observasional results of this study indicate that the use of 21 hormonal contraceptives 18 people cervical cancer + and 3 cervical cancer is not -. Meanwhile to of 21 non-hormonal contraceptives 2 people cervical cencer + and 19 people cervicak cancer is not. Based on the statistic test conducted, there was a significant association with contraceptive use hormone and non hormone with cancer cervical incidence, where the value p =0,00 which means that (p<0,05) wiwth the value OR 0,18. However injectable contraceptive also have many side effects such as changes in blood pressure, menstrual disorders, depression, increased vaginal discharge, acne, changes in libido, weight changes, dizziness, headaches and hematoma. The purpose of research to determine the relationship between use of injectable contraceptive Depo Medroksi Progesterone Acetate (DMPA) with changes in blood pressure in the mother in Puskesmas Ranotana Weru. The study design used is descriptive analytic design with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique is by using purposive sampling with a sample of 98 respondents. The results using statistical test of chi-square values obtained P = 0.021 <α = 0.05. Conclusion significant relationship between use of injectable contraceptive Depo Medroksi Progesterone Acetate (DMPA) and Blood Pressure Changes in the mother in Puskesmas Ranotana Weru

: A nurse is a professional who possesses the ability, responsibility and authority to execute services or nursing of various levels of nursing services. Purpose: to find out the connection of Education of nurses and the length of Work With A Nurse's performance at General Public Regional Hospital Sorong District. This study is conducted by using cross sectional method. The choosing of samples is by using Random Sampling with a number of 92 people. The data collection Is done by using primary and secondary data collection method. The result of study indicates the score of p = 0,01 with the level of meaning a0,05, this indicates that p < , this indicates that there is a connection between level of Nursing Education with A Nurse's performance at General Public Regional Hospital Sorong District. Conclusion: There is a significant relation between Education of Nurses And the length of work with The Performance of Nurses at general Public Regional Hospital Sorong District.
