THE EXPERIENCE OF HOPANTENIC ACID APPLICATION IN THE SYRUP FOR THE CHILDREN, SUFFERING FROM EPILEPSY WITH COGNITIVE DISORDERS AND ATTENTION DEFICIT AND HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER

The search for nootropic medications, which don't aggravate the implications of the hyperactivity disorder and sleep disturbances, is an urgent issue in the children's neurology. For the purpose of pantohamium sirupus appraisal, the researchers examined 20 patient aged between 3 years old and 4 years 11 months old, suffering from epilepsy with cognitive disorders and attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder. All the patients underwent interviewing with the composite questionnaire, oddball tasks, mechanical memory tests (memorizing 3–4 words), dynamic memory tests (repeating 2 groups of words), colour test (for the children of 4 years old), as well as electroencephalography and by indications clinical and biochemical examination. Транзиторные церебральные артериопатии у детей и подростков, особенности клинических проявлений и течения

The problem of a paediatric stroke has become relevant in recent decades. More than 50% of children with ischemic stroke are diagnosed with arteriopathy. The article presents observation of 61 patients with a confirmed diagnosis of arterial AI who underwent inpatient treatment at the Morozov City Child Clinic for the period from 2013 to 2018. 37 of them were boys, the average age of children was 7.8 years. The follow-up period was 16 months to 5 years (an average of 2.6 years). In 35 children from 61, according to neuroimaging, in the acute period, signs of arteriopathy were revealed. Of these, 24/31 revealed signs of unilateral focal stenosis of the cerebral arteries that did not correspond to the clinical and radiological picture of other types of arteriopathies, which were regarded in the framework of the focal cerebral arteriopathy. The analysis of clinical, laboratory and neuroimaging characteristics in groups of children with transient cerebral arteriopathy (TCAs) and without it was carried out. Progression of the neurological deficit and a less favorable outcome in children in the TCA group was noted. The need to isolate patients with arteriopathy is noted, which determines the tactics of dynamic observation and treatment.Проблема детского инсульта стала актуальной в последние десятилетия. У более 50% детей с ишемическим инсультом диагностируется артериопатия. В статье представлено наблюдение за 61 пациентом с подтвержденным диагнозом артериального ишемического инсульта (ИИ), проходивших стационарное лечение в ГБУЗ «Морозовская ДГКБ ДЗМ» за период с 2013 по 2018 гг. 37 из них были мальчики, средний возраст детей - 7,8 лет. Период наблюдения составил от 16 месяцев до 5 лет (в среднем 2,6 года). У 35 детей из 61, по данным нейровизуализации, в остром периоде выявлены признаки артериопатии. Из них у 24/31 зафиксированы признаки одностороннего фокального стеноза церебральных артерий, не соответствующие по клинико-рентгенологической картине другим видам артериопатий, которые были расценены в рамках фокальной церебральной артериопатии (ФЦА). Проведен анализ клинических, лабораторных и нейровизуализационных особенностей в группах детей с транзиторной церебральной артериопатией (ТЦА) и без нее. Было выявлено прогрессирование неврологического дефицита и менее благоприятный исход у детей в группе с ТЦА.
