This study aims to study the issues of choosing promising directions for the development of jet technology with the creation of energy-conserving technologies. The purpose of this article is to study the issues of choosing promising directions for the development of jet technology with the creation of energy-saving. Methodological approaches have been developed for solving inventive problems within the framework of training modern designers-inventors. A new patentable jet unit has been developed and presented, which makes it possible to control the thrust vector within a complete geometric sphere (when the thrust vector is capable of deviating to any angle ranging from +180° to -180°). For the first time, demonstration versions of a nozzle apparatus capable of realizing such flow reversals through annular channels are shown. The results of computer modeling of nozzle devices are focused on energy, production, and processing of hydrocarbons when distributing energy flows at process facilities. The individual results of the ongoing work can also be used in other industries, for instance, in the creation of small-sized high-speed unmanned vehicles for search and rescue operations. Proposals have been prepared to improve the methodology for solving inventive problems as part of the development of Leonard Euler’s ideas. Doi: 10.28991/CEJ-2023-09-10-011 Full Text: PD

Deformations of Existing Buildings, Caused by Construction Activities

Construction of a new building (NB) affects existing adjacent old buildings (OB) during pit excavation, piling, footing and NB erection. Two relevant history cases are described. In the first one, the graphs of OB settlements versus distance from the pit are given for the period of pit excavation and the total settlements for the period of NB erection. The second case gives the family of OB settlement time-related graphs versus distance from the pit, in which these settlements were caused by piling operations

040/2016.The article considers the need to assess the scientific and technical level of the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, using the example of the TR EAEU 040/2016 to maintain the relevance of their requirements and compliance with the scientific and technical development of the EAEU member states. The criteria for the evaluation of NTU are given. Based on the results, proposals for amendments to the TR EAEU 040/2016 are given

A Ni(III) complex stabilized by silica nanoparticles as an efficient nanoheterogeneous catalyst for oxidative C-H fluoroalkylation

© The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.We have developed NiIII-doped silica nanoparticles ([(bpy)xNiIII]@SiO2) as a recyclable, low-leaching, and efficient oxidative functionalization nanocatalyst for aromatic C-H bonds. The catalyst is obtained by doping the complex [(bpy)3NiII] on silica nanoparticles along with its subsequent electrooxidation to [(bpy)xNiIII] without an additional oxidant. The coupling reaction of arenes with perfluoroheptanoic acid occurs with 100% conversion of reactants in a single step at room temperature under nanoheterogeneous conditions. The catalyst content is only 1% with respect to the substrates under electrochemical regeneration conditions. The catalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture and reused a minimum of five times. The results emphasize immobilization on the silica support and the electrochemical regeneration of NiIII complexes as a facile route for developing an efficient nanocatalyst for oxidative functionalization
